Cyrus shrugs as he has a seat.

Cyrus Black: Not much to go over. It's a pretty standard six man tag match. Angel, his giant jackass bodyguard, and Matt Xtreme vs me, the mask-wearing Scotsman, and the other mask-wearing guy. Figured it'd be a decent enough match leading up to...um, what's the name of the next PPV?

Regardless, as it has been said, anyone can enter, except the World Champion himself, be it Cyrus Black, or by the end of the night, Angel Rodriguez. So, sure, enter at your own risk if you'd like to, because if you win both, that's 2 guaranteed title shots right there. Might be a bit of a problem later, if you do actually win, but we'll cross that bridge if we come to it."

Both of you are getting places in the Path to Power match if you so choose, since it's too late to arrange another match at the pay-per-view. And I'll also see something if I can arrange something for this week, as well. Getting you guys, the Tag Champs, back on TV again is the first step to making people watch you, and care. The sound of Pantera's "I'll Cast a Shadow" roars over the loudspeakers, which gets the crowd on their in anticipation...

Damn right, it's Cyrus Black, EFNW World Heavyweight Champion! The fans in attendance are in a frenzy for their favorite wrestler (and yours) as Cyrus walks out from behind the curtain and stands at the top of the stage, wearing his usual sleeveless hooded overcoat over dark slacks and a "Believe in Cyrus Black" T-shirt. Cyrus smirks as if this is nothing new to him as he holds up the World Title for everyone to see before slinging it over his shoulder and motioning for a microphone. Once he gets it...

Cyrus Black: So yeah...this would normally be the part where the champion pimps out his next title defense and talks about his opponent for said match. And because I'm apparently supposed to be the good guy in all of this, I should be talking about how great a competitor Angel Rodriguez is, how hard he fought to earn his title shot, and how much I'm looking forward to having a great and hotly-contested match with Angel.

Cyrus pauses for a moment as the crowd boos and heckles Angel Rodriguez.

Cyrus Black: But fortunately, I'm not a good guy. Not a bad guy either. My moral standpoint is a fine shade of grey. And quite frankly, while I could talk about Angel Rodriguez as an opponent of equal standing with me, I quite frankly can't do so without feeling like I'm lying. Not that he isn't a great wrestler, because he is. But something about him bugs the hell out of me. He seems to fight for his own personal glory, and his obsession is with being recognized as the World Champion. Which would be fine except that he needs the World Title to legitimize his supposed greatness.

Cyrus looks at the EFNW World Title on his shoulder for a second or two before continuing.

Cyrus Black: It's a problem I have with a lot of guys on the EFNW roster. They believe they need this belt to validate their prowess as wrestlers and men. Me...I see things a bit clearer than that. Greatness is validated by actions, not titles. While I do love having this title on my shoulder and being the EFNW World Champion, the Truth is I never needed it to prove that I'm one of the best. There isn't a man on this or any other wrestling roster who can Truthfully say that Cyrus Black needs the World Title to be recognized as one of the finest wrestlers walking the planet today. Angel...he doesn't understand that. I was and will continue to be the Warrior King with or without the World Title. But Angel...his sole motivation is this World Title not because he craves competition or the thrill of a battle, but because he feels that he is...inadequate without it.

Cyrus pauses to let this sink in as the crowd chants "Cyrus Black! Cyrus Black!"

Cyrus Black: True champions make the titles belts they wear mean something. False pretenders let the title define who they are. Angel, you are, if nothing else, a pretender...a pawn who believes that wearing a crown makes him king. Well, Angel, you might have once worn a shell of the title that I have restored, but don't think for one second that your flimsy and weak title reign means that you're on my level. Fighting Cyrus Black is a whole other ball game, amigo. But you'll get to experience that firsthand when I beat your Mexican elitist ass from pillar to post, up and down the Long and Winding Road, and tear out your throat and leave you little more than a pile of refried beans and blood. I will show you what a true champion looks like, and trust me when I say you will not forget the pain and agony that I will inflict upon you. Being selfish to me means that you have to look out for yourself and you don't have to sacrifice anything.

His theme hits, played out by Hollywood Undead, and the fans jump to their feet. In a while now nobody has seen or heard from Alex Nova but he's making an appearance, here tonight, and what better way to kick off the night with our EFNW Revolution Champion. The fans lift their signs in the air showing some support for him, and then there are still those faggots in the front trying to be cool and diss Nova, but he slaps him in the face just cause he can. He walks down the ramp and hops onto the mat, he waits there for a dramatic pause then enters asking for a mic.

"For a while now, I'm sure as you are all wondering, I've been gone, for quite some time. And the reason for that being, is none of your business. But now that I'm here I would like to make some things very clear. For a while now, I've held this beauty on my shoulder.."

He looks at the Revolution title slung on his shoulder and smirks

"Yes, it has been a long time hasn't it? And I specifically remember telling all of you, when i won my title back.. that I won't be letting go of it, for a long time. But of course, like you all know, I like to make sacrifices. In a month or so, I'll be looking for more competition. Bigger names, bigger moves added to my repertoire, and more knowledge of every man in the back. Let's take a look back shall we; at my match with Cyrus Black. I've noticed a few errors I've made. I let him get in my head, under my skin, and by the end of the match he did to me, exactly what he said he would do.. he beat me. I wasn't ready then, nor am I ready now. The fans cheer and chant Nova's name as he paces back and fourth around the ring

Dustin I know you're also out there, and I'm pretty sure you're watching this..I'm not going to forget our little encounter for the unified title. So just like Cyrus, I'm going to come back READY, and I'm going to beat you too. That's all I want. Listen; i don't stop until I accomplish what I failed to achieve. So whoever has beat me in the back, and I haven't got my revenge on you, this is 2012, Alex Nova will make history."

He adjusts the belt on his shoulder

"For months now, I came here on EFNW, only to achieve..or hope to achieve great tasks. I did, and then some I failed. Guys in the back may still look at me as the rookie with no talent, arrogant, a self centered individual who can talk the talk, but can't walk the walk when it comes time to lock up in the center of the ring. It feels like at the pace I'm moving that I'm not going anywhere, like a helpless little turtle stuck on it's back, with nobody to flip him over. Well I'm not that turtle, and I will pick up the pace.. I guarantee it ."

Alex drops the mic and raises his title in the air. He then hops off the mat and heads to the back.

Dustin Shore: Harry Jones...you are absolutely out of your mind! Do you even hear what you are saying?

*The crowd cheers this, but Dustin is still focused on Harry with a look of stony anger.*

Dustin Shore: I may not have broken your neck, but it's clear you've been dropped on your head one time too many. I'm tired of arguing with you, I'm tired of you shadowing me, and I'm tired of you running your mouth. Now, you've come between me and a title match. You've attacked me verbally and physically for too long. But you won't need to worry about any of that, not for long. Because at Path to Power, you'll have your wish. A title match if I win? Great, but only one thing will really matter that night, and winning is secondary. But for you to understand that, I need to explain something to you. You've won, Harry. I won't be there to be loved. I won't be there to put on a show for the 'leeching hypocrites'. For one night only, the fans won't matter to me. I will do what I do that night out of selfish disregard for whoever paid to see it, for anyone who chants my name.
