The show kicks off with the US Champion Kofi Kingston coming out to a big pop. Wade Barrett is out next as the US Title match is our opening contest for tonight.

US Championship – Kofi Kingston vs Wade Barrett

The bell rings as Barrett takes control early yon and beats Kofi up in the corner. Barrett with a suplex for a 2 count. Kofi comes back with kicks and a pair of dropkicks. Barrett catches him for a side-slam but Kofi turns it into a 2 count. Barrett responds with a huge clothesline. Barrett goes for Wasteland but Kofi breaks out of it and unloads on Barrett. Barrett rolls out to the floor to regroup. Kofi attempts a cross-body off the top rope but Barrett moves and Kofi crashes and burns. Barrett takes it back in the ring. Barrett has Kofi in a chin-lock now. Kofi fights back with kicks now but Barrett hits him with a huge side-slam for a 2 count. Barrett connects with a big boot to the face for another 2 count. Barrett continues the assault on Kofi. Barrett stomps away on Kofi and mounts him with right hands. Another 2 count for Barrett. Kofi keeps trying to fight back but Barrett keeps him down. Barrett charges and Kofi pulls the ropes, sending Barrett to the floor. Kofi runs the ropes and dives out onto Barrett and the floor. Kofi brings it back in for a 2 count and goes back to the top. Barrett meets him with a right hand. Barrett goes for Wasteland off the top but Kofi knocks him to the mat. Kofi hits a cross-body from the top but Barrett kicks out at 2. Kofi with a kick to the face and the Boom Drop. Kofi goes for Trouble in Paradise but Barrett counters into a black-hole slam for 2. Barrett with a knee to the face and another 2 count. Barrett goes up to and jumps off but Kofi catches him in mid-air with the Trouble in Paradise. Kofi hooks the leg and gets the pin-fall at 7:23 to retain the title.

Winner and Still US Champion: Kofi Kingston!

After the match, Kingston celebrates with the US Title as we see highlights of the match leading to the end.

Gabriel works on the wrist and Slater reverses. Gabriel with a reversal of his own. Slater with a reversal. They continue to work on each other’s arm and Slater with a hammer lock. Gabriel with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. Slater tries for a hip toss but Gabriel lands on his feet and he hits a leg sweep. Slater takes Gabriel to the mat and then Slater points to the briefcase. Slater with kicks to Gabriel followed by a reverse chin lock. Gabriel with elbows and then he flips over Slater’s back and Gabriel with a spin kick and roaring elbow. Gabriel avoids a charge into the ring and Gabriel goes up top for the 450 splash but Slater with a back body drop to send Gabriel to the mat. Slater misses a moonsault and Gabriel goes up top and he hits the 450 Splash for the three count at 4:05.

Winner: Justin Gabriel!

A promo for Friday night SmackDown airs.

Sheamus and Drew McIntyre – the Foreign Invasion – come out in a big heat from the crowd. They get into the ring and they cut a short promo on the Rock, warning the Great One that next week on Nitro he will be begging them for mercy but they will show no mercy to Rocky. McIntyre says that the Rock is no longer the “Chosen One” and Sheamus adds that Rock will never open his loud mouth again. We go to commercial

Back live and Alberto Del Rio makes his way to the ring as the Foreign Invasion, Sheamus and Drew McIntyre, are already in. Out comes Edge in a big crowd reaction followed by Zack Ryder and the newly signed Pinkie Sanchez.

Edge, Zack Ryder & Pinkie Sanchez vs Alberto Del Rio & the Foreign Invasion

The bell rings and Ryder kicks off things with Del Rio. They go at it and Del Rio takes control early on with an arm-breaker and a pin attempt. Del Rio focuses on Ryder's arm. Ryder fights out of a hold but Del Rio beats him back to the mat and works on the arm. Ryder finally makes a comeback with clothesline and drops Del Rio on his face. Ryder hits the running boot in the corner. Ryder with the hook of the leg for the 2 count. Ryder makes the tag with Edge. Del Rio quickly tags in McIntyre to avoid his rival Edge. Drew charges at Edge, but Edge with a drop toe hold. Edge punches McIntyre in the corner and then he kicks him. Edge with another punch followed by an Irish whip but Edge misses a charge into the corner and Edge’s arm hits the ring post. McIntyre with an arm wringer and he gets a near fall. Drew wraps Edge’s arm in the rope and then he kicks the arm. Drew slams the arm into the apron and then he puts Edge in an arm bar. Edge punches Drew once he gets to his feet. Drew with a boot to the head and he tags in Sheamus. Sheamus works on Edge’s arm that is clearly injured after the brutal No Holds Barred match against Del Rio last Monday. Sheamus with an arm-bar as Edge tries to fight back. Edge goes up top but he is met with a punch to the midsection from Sheamus. Edge with a punch but Sheamus with an Irish whip that sends Edge sternum first into the turnbuckles. Sheamus with running double sledges and then he punches Edge in the corner followed by a short arm clothesline and a standing power slam for a near fall. Edge with a kick and then he tries for a sunset flip off the turnbuckles but Sheamus will not go down. Edge with another kick and then he goes to the turnbuckles but he is caught by Sheamus for the Irish-Curse back breaker and Sheamus gets a near fall. Sheamus with a kick and then he sets for the Celtic Cross but Edge counters into a big DDT. Edge makes the tag with Ryder as Sheamus tags in Drew. McIntyre with a big boot and a kick to the grounded Zack. McIntyre throws Ryder to the corner and hits a flurry of shots. Ryder comes back with some of his shots. Ryder whips McIntyre to the ropes but Drew rolls out of the ring. Ryder gives us an 'are you serious bro?' and decides to take it to Drew and hits him with a splash over the ropes to the outside! Ryder rolls him back in the ring and goes for another whip but Drew rolls out of the ring again. Ryder looks to go to the outside but Drew takes Ryder's legs from underneath him as he was on the apron. McIntyre hits Ryder with a sidewalk slam on the edge of the apron! McIntyre rolls him in the ring and goes for the cover but Ryder kicks out. McIntyre tags in Sheamus. Sheamus takes Ryder to the corner and beats him down with stomps. Sheamus continues the attack and wails away with forearm shots to the chest on the apron. Sheamus with a tall standing suplex and a 2 count. Ryder fights back with a neck-breaker and stomps on Sheamus. Christian with right hands, backing Sheamus up in the corner. Sheamus fights back from his knees but Ryder knocks him back down. Sheamus comes back with shoulder thrusts in the corner. Sheamus charges and misses, hitting the ring post. Ryder rolls Sheamus up for a 2 count. More back and forth action. Ryder trips Sheamus and chokes him on the ropes. Ryder misses with the Rough Ryder as Sheamus moves. Tag to McIntyre. McIntyre places Ryder in the corner hits a chop and follows it up with a clothesline. Cover, but Ryder kicks out. Ryder starts to mount an offense but McIntyre sends him back to the mat. McIntyre drags him to the corner and McIntyre sits on the top turnbuckle. McIntyre with some shots to Ryder but Ryder hits him with an arm drag out of no where. Ryder with some forearms. Drew to the corner and Ryder hits a running clothesline to the corner. Ryder follows it up with the broski boot and goes for the cover. McIntyre kicks out at two. Ryder sets up the rough Ryder but McIntyre catches him and hits him with a sit out power bomb. Cover, Ryder kicks out at two. McIntyre sets up for the Future Shock DDT but Ryder counters into a back body-drop. Ryder tags Edge in. Edge runs into an elbow drop by Drew and then Drew kicks Edge in the arm. Drew works on the arm and wraps the arm in the rope. Drew with a kick to the arm and then he wrings the arm to drive Edge to the mat and Drew gets a near fall. Drew with a boot to the injured arm. Drew goes to the turnbuckles but he takes too long and Edge pulls Drew to the mat. Edge with a running forearm followed by a clothesline. Edge with a kick and he tries for the Impaler DDT but Edge feels the pressure on the arm and he has to let go. Drew takes down Edge with a clothesline and tags in Del Rio. Del Rio with an armbar from the top for a 2 count. Del Rio runs the ropes but Edge knocks him down with a spin kick. They go at it each other again and Edge drops Del Rio with a boot to the face. Edge with clotheslines and more offense for a 2 count on Del Rio. Del Rio drops Edge on his arm again. Del Rio goes for the cross arm-breaker but Edge counters into a roll-up for a 2 count. Edge dodges Del Rio in the corner and rolls him up for another 2. Del Rio applies the arm-breaker on Edge but Edge gets to the ropes and breaks the hold. Del Rio goes after Edge on the apron but gets dropped on his neck on the ropes. Edge goes to the top rope but Del Rio kicks him off. Edge with the impaler DDT now. Edge gets up and readies for a spear as the crowd pops. Del Rio side steps it and delivers an enziguiri for a 2 count. Del Rio goes for a power-bomb but Edge trips him down and applies the Sharp-Shooter. McIntyre gets in to break the hold. Ryder gets in and takes down McIntyre with the Rough Ryder. Sheamus with a Brogue Kick that sends Ryder out of the ring. Edge takes down Sheamus with a boot to the face and tags in Sanchez. Pinkie Sanchez gets a nice pop from the crowd. Sanchez springboards into the ropes for a drop-kick on Del Rio. Sanchez with a corner running ass attack followed by the shinning ass for the 2 count. Sanchez goes up top and connects with the flying seated ass attack for another 2 count. Sanchez with a dragon suplex for the 2 count again. Sanchez goes for the running ass buster but Del Rio counters into a sun-set flip for the 2. Sheamus and Edge are going at it backstage as Del Rio misses with an enziguiri on Sanchez. Sanchez goes for the Pinkie Driver but Del Rio counters into the cross arm-breaker and Sanchez taps out at 18:21.

Winners: Alberto Del Rio and the Foreign Invasion!

After the match, Del Rio kicks down at Pinkie but then he turns into a spear by Edge. Sheamus gets into the ring and nails the Brogue Kick on Edge. Ryder gets in and goes after Sheamus. McIntyre attacks Ryder from behind and the Foreign Invasion take down Ryder with a double Irish-Curse back-breaker(!) Pinkie Sanchez gets up and he looks at Drew and Sheamus. Sanchez has a few words with the Foreign Invasion and they end up shaking hands. They all celebrate together until Sheamus nails the Brogue Kick on Sanchez. McIntyre picks up Sanchez and hits the Future-Shock DDT. McIntyre and Sheamus celebrate in the ring after sending a message to the Rock.

The bell rings and Bryan offers a handshake to Angle who answers with a slap across the face. They go to the mat with Angle taking control first. Lots of back and forth action on the mat here with submission attempts. Bryan goes for a big kick but barely hits it. Bryan drops Angle with a dropkick but only gets a 1 count. Bryan with a series of kicks in the corner. Angle sends Bryan to the floor. Angle goes to the floor and works over Bryan on the apron. Angle charges Bryan but he ducks. Angle ends up on the floor. Bryan runs the ring and hits a baseball slide, knocking him back into the barrier. Bryan hits a big knee drop in the air off the apron, knocking Angle back into the railing again. Back in the ring, Bryan hits a huge missile dropkick for a 2 count. More back and forth action and near-falls between Angle and Bryan. Angle with a belly to belly suplex for a 2 count. Angle goes for the Ankle-Lock but Bryan counters and goes for the LeBell Lock. Angle counters that with a backbreaker. Angle with a vertical suplex for a near-fall. Bryan with a few right hands and a big clothesline. Bryan goes up top and Angle brings him down with a belly to belly off the top. Angle hooks the leg but gets 2. Angle goes the Angle-Slam but Bryan reverses it to a DDT. Bryan with the cover for 2. Bryan with a few kicks to the chest and a big side kick to the head for the 2 count. Bryan goes for a German suplex but Angle counters into a German suplex of his own. Angle connects with another one and goes for a third but Bryan blocks it and counters into a suplex of his own now. Bryan goes another German suplex but Angle reverses into a suplex of his own and continues with three consecutive suplexes. Angle goes for the Angle-Slam but Bryan counters and locks in a guillotine choke. Angle gets close to fading but he grabs the ropes and Bryan releases the hold. Bryan goes for the LeBell lock but Angle trips him down and applies the Ankle-Lock. Bryan goes towards the ropes but Angle drags him back in the middle of the ring. Bryan reverses the hold into a small-package for the 2. Bryan with a big drop-kick that sends Angle out of the ring. Bryan then connects with a cross-body of the ropes right into Angle on the outside. Angle gets back to his feet and catches Bryan into a belly to belly suplex on the floor. Angle sends Bryan back in the ring and he drives Bryan’s ankle into the steel ring post. Angle gets back in the ring and locks in the Ankle-Lock. Bryan fights out of it and rolls through to send Angle out to the floor. Bryan goes up top and jumps off but Angle moves and Bryan crashes to the floor. Angle picks up Bryan and connects with the Angle-Slam on the floor. Angle pulls Bryan back in the ring and goes for the cover but Bryan kicks out at 2. Angle goes for the Angle-Slam again but Bryan counters into an arm-drag. Big clothesline by Angle for a 2 count. Angle stomps down at Bryan and then he goes up top. Angle with a moonsault off the top but Bryan moves out of the way. Bryan with a side kick to the back of the head but only gets 2. Bryan goes up top and misses with a missile drop-kick. Angle locks in the Ankle-Lock again. Bryan reverses it into the LeBell lock but Angle reverses into the Ankle-Lock again. Bryan is dragged in the middle of the ring by Angle. Bryan rolls through and catches Angle in a small-package for the pin-fall at 10:14.

Winner: Daniel Bryan!

After the match, Bryan celebrates in the ring as Angle can’t believe it. Angle knocks down Bryan from behind and applies the Ankle-Lock as Bryan taps out. Angle stands over Bryan and acts like he won the match, until Bryan trips him down and applies the LeBell lock. Angle taps out and Bryan releases the hold. Bryan heads up the ramp celebrating as Angle looks pissed off from the ring.

Up-Next: John Cena will call out Brock Lesnar.

King of the Ring promo airs.

John Cena comes out in a mixed crowd reaction as he looks very serious. He starts walking down the ramp until Brock Lesnar jumps him from behind. Lesnar came out of nowhere. Lesnar sends Cena into the steel steps and then he gets a steel chair. He smashes the chair into the back of Cena three consecutive times. Cena rolls inside the ring and Lesnar gets in as well. Lesnar with a chair shot to the skull knocking Cena out cold. Lesnar rips off Cena’s t-shirt and holds it up as he stands above the Cenation Leader. Lesnar sets the chair next to Cena and takes a seat looking down at Cena as the show goes off…

Ryder fights back with a neck-breaker and stomps on Sheamus. Christian with right hands, backing Sheamus up in the corner. Sheamus fights back from his knees but Ryder knocks him back down. Sheamus comes back with shoulder thrusts in the corner. Sheamus charges and misses, hitting the ring post. Ryder rolls Sheamus up for a 2 count. More back and forth action. Ryder trips Sheamus and chokes him on the ropes. Ryder misses with the Rough Ryder as Sheamus moves. Tag to McIntyre. McIntyre places Ryder in the corner hits a chop and follows it up with a clothesline. Cover, but Ryder kicks out. Ryder starts to mount an offense but McIntyre sends him back to the mat. McIntyre drags him to the corner and McIntyre sits on the top turnbuckle. McIntyre with some shots to Ryder but Ryder hits him with an arm drag out of no where. Ryder with some forearms. Drew to the corner and Ryder hits a running clothesline to the corner. Ryder follows it up with the broski boot and goes for the cover. McIntyre kicks out at two. Ryder sets up the rough Ryder but McIntyre catches him and hits him with a sit out power bomb. Cover, Ryder kicks out at two. McIntyre sets up for the Future Shock DDT but Ryder counters into a back body-drop. Ryder tags Edge in. Edge runs into an elbow drop by Drew and then Drew kicks Edge in the arm. Drew works on the arm and wraps the arm in the rope. Drew with a kick to the arm and then he wrings the arm to drive Edge to the mat and Drew gets a near fall. Drew with a boot to the injured arm. Drew goes to the turnbuckles but he takes too long and Edge pulls Drew to the mat. Edge with a running forearm followed by a clothesline. Edge with a kick and he tries for the Impaler DDT but Edge feels the pressure on the arm and he has to let go. Drew takes down Edge with a clothesline and tags in Del Rio. Del Rio with an armbar from the top for a 2 count. Del Rio runs the ropes but Edge knocks him down with a spin kick. They go at it each other again and Edge drops Del Rio with a boot to the face. Edge with clotheslines and more offense for a 2 count on Del Rio. Del Rio drops Edge on his arm again. Del Rio goes for the cross arm-breaker but Edge counters into a roll-up for a 2 count. Edge dodges Del Rio in the corner and rolls him up for another 2. Del Rio applies the arm-breaker on Edge but Edge gets to the ropes and breaks the hold. Del Rio goes after Edge on the apron but gets dropped on his neck on the ropes. Edge goes to the top rope but Del Rio kicks him off. Edge with the impaler DDT now. Edge gets up and readies for a spear as the crowd pops. Del Rio side steps it and delivers an enziguiri for a 2 count. Del Rio goes for a power-bomb but Edge trips him down and applies the Sharp-Shooter. McIntyre gets in to break the hold. Ryder gets in and takes down McIntyre with the Rough Ryder. Sheamus with a Brogue Kick that sends Ryder out of the ring. Edge takes down Sheamus with a boot to the face and tags in Sanchez. Pinkie Sanchez gets a nice pop from the crowd. Sanchez springboards into the ropes for a drop-kick on Del Rio. Sanchez with a corner running ass attack followed by the shinning ass for the 2 count. Sanchez goes up top and connects with the flying seated ass attack for another 2 count. Sanchez with a dragon suplex for the 2 count again. Sanchez goes for the running ass buster but Del Rio counters into a sun-set flip for the 2. Sheamus and Edge are going at it backstage as Del Rio misses with an enziguiri on Sanchez. Sanchez goes for the Pinkie Driver but Del Rio counters into the cross arm-breaker and Sanchez taps out at 18:21.

Winners: Alberto Del Rio and the Foreign Invasion!

After the match, Del Rio kicks down at Pinkie but then he turns into a spear by Edge. Sheamus gets into the ring and nails the Brogue Kick on Edge. Ryder gets in and goes after Sheamus. McIntyre attacks Ryder from behind and the Foreign Invasion take down Ryder with a double Irish-Curse back-breaker(!) Pinkie Sanchez gets up and he looks at Drew and Sheamus. Sanchez has a few words with the Foreign Invasion and they end up shaking hands. They all celebrate together until Sheamus nails the Brogue Kick on Sanchez. McIntyre picks up Sanchez and hits the Future-Shock DDT. McIntyre and Sheamus celebrate in the ring after sending a message to the Rock.

The bell rings and Bryan offers a handshake to Angle who answers with a slap across the face. They go to the mat with Angle taking control first. Lots of back and forth action on the mat here with submission attempts. Bryan goes for a big kick but barely hits it. Bryan drops Angle with a dropkick but only gets a 1 count. Bryan with a series of kicks in the corner. Angle sends Bryan to the floor. Angle goes to the floor and works over Bryan on the apron. Angle charges Bryan but he ducks. Angle ends up on the floor. Bryan runs the ring and hits a baseball slide, knocking him back into the barrier. Bryan hits a big knee drop in the air off the apron, knocking Angle back into the railing again. Back in the ring, Bryan hits a huge missile dropkick for a 2 count. More back and forth action and near-falls between Angle and Bryan. Angle with a belly to belly suplex for a 2 count. Angle goes for the Ankle-Lock but Bryan counters and goes for the LeBell Lock. Angle counters that with a backbreaker. Angle with a vertical suplex for a near-fall. Bryan with a few right hands and a big clothesline. Bryan goes up top and Angle brings him down with a belly to belly off the top. Angle hooks the leg but gets 2. Angle goes the Angle-Slam but Bryan reverses it to a DDT. Bryan with the cover for 2. Bryan with a few kicks to the chest and a big side kick to the head for the 2 count. Bryan goes for a German suplex but Angle counters into a German suplex of his own. Angle connects with another one and goes for a third but Bryan blocks it and counters into a suplex of his own now. Bryan goes another German suplex but Angle reverses into a suplex of his own and continues with three consecutive suplexes. Angle goes for the Angle-Slam but Bryan counters and locks in a guillotine choke. Angle gets close to fading but he grabs the ropes and Bryan releases the hold. Bryan goes for the LeBell lock but Angle trips him down and applies the Ankle-Lock. Bryan goes towards the ropes but Angle drags him back in the middle of the ring. Bryan reverses the hold into a small-package for the 2. Bryan with a big drop-kick that sends Angle out of the ring. Bryan then connects with a cross-body of the ropes right into Angle on the outside. Angle gets back to his feet and catches Bryan into a belly to belly suplex on the floor. Angle sends Bryan back in the ring and he drives Bryan’s ankle into the steel ring post. Angle gets back in the ring and locks in the Ankle-Lock. Bryan fights out of it and rolls through to send Angle out to the floor. Bryan goes up top and jumps off but Angle moves and Bryan crashes to the floor. Angle picks up Bryan and connects with the Angle-Slam on the floor. Angle pulls Bryan back in the ring and goes for the cover but Bryan kicks out at 2. Angle goes for the Angle-Slam again but Bryan counters into an arm-drag. Big clothesline by Angle for a 2 count. Angle stomps down at Bryan and then he goes up top. Angle with a moonsault off the top but Bryan moves out of the way. Bryan with a side kick to the back of the head but only gets 2. Bryan goes up top and misses with a missile drop-kick. Angle locks in the Ankle-Lock again. Bryan reverses it into the LeBell lock but Angle reverses into the Ankle-Lock again. Bryan is dragged in the middle of the ring by Angle. Bryan rolls through and catches Angle in a small-package for the pin-fall at 10:14.

Winner: Daniel Bryan!

After the match, Bryan celebrates in the ring as Angle can’t believe it. Angle knocks down Bryan from behind and applies the Ankle-Lock as Bryan taps out. Angle stands over Bryan and acts like he won the match, until Bryan trips him down and applies the LeBell lock. Angle taps out and Bryan releases the hold. Bryan heads up the ramp celebrating as Angle looks pissed off from the ring.

Up-Next: John Cena will call out Brock Lesnar.

King of the Ring promo airs.

John Cena comes out in a mixed crowd reaction as he looks very serious. He starts walking down the ramp until Brock Lesnar jumps him from behind. Lesnar came out of nowhere. Lesnar sends Cena into the steel steps and then he gets a steel chair. He smashes the chair into the back of Cena three consecutive times. Cena rolls inside the ring and Lesnar gets in as well. Lesnar with a chair shot to the skull knocking Cena out cold. Lesnar rips off Cena’s t-shirt and holds it up as he stands above the Cenation Leader. Lesnar sets the chair next to Cena and takes a seat looking down at Cena as the show goes off…
