The show kicks off with the newest Raw superstar Dolph Ziggler coming out. John Morrison is out next looking hurt after the beating he got on Nitro last Monday.

John Morrison vs Dolph Ziggler

The bell rings and they go at it. Dolph takes Morrison down and taunts him. They lock up again and Morrison goes behind to tie Ziggler up. Morrison takes Ziggler to the mat by his arm as the Ryder chants continue. Ziggler takes Morrison to the corner and works him over. Ziggler dropkicks Morrison and shows off. They go back and forth. Ziggler goes for a dropkick but Morrison catches him and catapults him into the corner. Morrison knocks Ziggler out to the floor, runs the ropes and corkscrews over and takes him out. Morrison throws Ziggler in the ring and re-enters the ring but Ziggler drops him with a neck-breaker for a 2 count. Ziggler keeps control and drops a big elbow before showing off some more and running his mouth to the crowd. Another 2 count for Ziggler. Ziggler keeps Morrison grounded to the mat as the referee checks on him. Morrison tries to make a comeback but Ziggler slams him to the mat by his hair. Ziggler pushes and kicks Morrison around. Ziggler slaps Morrison. Morrison pushes him back into the corner and beats him down until the referee pulls him off. Morrison charges but Ziggler catches him with a slam for 2. Ziggler goes for the sleeper but Morrison pushes him off. Morrison makes a comeback now with clotheslines and a neck-breaker for a 2 count. Morrison counters a hold and hits a springboard kick to the head for a close 2 count. They go back and forth until Dolph locks the sleeper. Morrison breaks it but Dolph locks it again. Morrison rolls out and hits a tornado DDT on Ziggler. Another 2 count for Morrison. Ziggler counters suplexes from Morrison for a roll up. They trade several pin attempts. Morrison misses another springboard kick and Ziggler hits the big leg drop for another close 2 count. More back and forth. Morrison goes for Starship Pain but Ziggler puts his knees up. Ziggler looks for the Zig-Zag but Morrison holds into the ropes and then he connects with a springboard kick to the jaw. Samoa Joe comes out holding a knife. Joe taunts that he is going to kill Morrison’s career. Joe gets on the apron and Morrison kicks him off. Ziggler with a roll-up on Morrison and a hand full of tights for the three count at 8:23.

Winner: Dolph Ziggler!

Ziggler quickly rolls out of the ring as Morrison looks upset. Joe looks on from ringside and taunts Morrison again. Morrison springboards off the ropes and right into Samoa Joe. Morrison goes after Joe on the outside and Joe shoves him back first into the steel steps. Joe puts the knife into Morrison’s neck and warns him that he will kill him next Monday.

Commercial break.

After the break the commentators run down the match card for next week’s Raw supershow. John Cena will face Brock Lesnar in a Last Man Standing match. We see backstage footage where Lesnar viciously attacked Cena after last Monday’s Nitro.

Back in the ring, Daniel Bryan and Alex Riley are scheduled to team up against KO Inc who make their way down to the ring.

KO Inc vs Daniel Bryan & Alex Riley.

Riley and Tarver kick things off. Riley with quick take down on Tarver. Tarver backs Riley into the corner and gets an elbow to the face as Riley knocks him down. Riley goes up top and connects with a shoulder block off the top for a near-fall. Riley with a head-lock and Tarver counters with a back suplex. Tag to Khali who shoves down Riley. Khali with a slap to the chest of Riley and then a big head-but. Riley with the tag to Bryan. Bryan comes off the top with a drop-kick that doesn’t do anything to Khali. Bryan with a few kicks and chops and Khali takes him down with a clothesline. Khali sends Bryan into the corner but he misses with a splash as Bryan moves. Bryan with a drop-kick in the corner and a knee to the face. Khali is on one knee as Bryan starts kicking him in the head. Khali shoves Bryan away. Bryan comes back but gets taken down by a big boot. Riley makes the tag and goes after Khali. Khali pushes Riley away and knocks him down with a chop to the head. Tarver tags in himself. Khali with the Khali-Bomb on Riley as Tarver takes down Bryan. Tarver covers Riley and gets the pin-fall at 3:56.

Winners: KO Inc!

After the match, Tarver tosses Riley out of the ring and Khali applies the vice-grip on Bryan as Tarver yells at Bryan’s face. Suddenly, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin come out with steel chairs and Tarver slides out of the ring. The Guns unload on Khali with the chairs as he goes outside of the ring. The Guns clear house as the Foreign Invasion comes out. Tag team titles are on the line next.

WWE Tag Team Championship – The Foreign Invasion vs Motor City Machine Guns

The match didn’t start as the two teams started to go at it before the ref could call for the bell. Sheamus goes after Sabin in the corner as Shelley and McIntyre are going at it on the outside. Teddy Long comes out and announces that this match will now be a No Holds Barred match.

The bell rings as McIntyre and Shelley are fighting on the outside. Sheamus rams Sabin shoulder first into the steel post in the corner. Shelley gets back in and takes down Sheamus but McIntyre takes him down from behind. The Foreign Invasion double team on Shelley. McIntyre brings 2 chairs in the ring. McIntyre smashes a steel chair into the back of Sabin as Sheamus nails the Brogue kick on Shelley. Drew puts one chair under the head of Sabin as Sheamus goes to smash Sabin’s head with the other but…

ARE YOU READY?

The crowd goes nuts as Triple H and Shawn Michaels come out dressed in street fight clothes. Sheamus and McIntyre get one chair each and they look at the legendary superstars that stand outside the ring. Sabin sends Sheamus out of the ring with a drop-kick. HHH and HBK get in and they unload on McIntyre. They get the chairs and they start slamming them repeatedly into McIntyre’s back. Shelley and Sabin knock Sheamus off the apron with a double drop-kick. Michaels hits the Sweet Chin Music on Drew while the Chosen One was on his knees. Trips picks up McIntyre and connects with the Pedigree. Sabin covers McIntyre and gets the three count at 2:56.

Winners & NEW WWE Tag Team Champions: Motor City Machine Guns!

The Guns head to the ramp holding the tag team titles and celebrating. Sheamus looks into the ring from the outside as HBK and HHH stand above Drew McIntyre who is out cold and they do the DX chop to the Celtic-Warrior.

Back live and the Intercontinental Champion Christian comes out as El Generico is already in the ring.

El Generico vs Christian.

Generico with kicks to Christian followed by a springboard arm drag that sends Christian to the floor. Generico teases a move to the floor, but he hits the ropes and does a few flips in the ring as Christian moves away from the ring. He gets close to the ring again and Generico teases a triple jump cross body but instead he fakes the move and flips around in the ring some more. Christian gets back in the ring, he punches Generico and connects with a forearm to the back of the head. Christian slingshots to the floor for an uppercut but Generico knows it is coming and he avoids it. Generico with a kick to Christian followed by the corkscrew pescado. Generico with a slingshot corkscrew press for a near fall. Christian with a side head lock followed by a shoulder tackle for a near fall. Christian with a punch to Generico and then he sends him into the turnbuckles. Generico with a kick and then he uses the ropes for an arm drag. Generico with a head scissors take down for a near fall. Christian goes to the apron and he connects with a shoulder and then Christian sends Generico over the top rope to the floor. Christian sends Generico into the ringside barrier and then Christian gets a near fall when they return to the ring. Christian with kicks followed by a rear chin lock. Christian with a slam and then he takes too long and Generico with a rana that sends Christian into the corner. Christian with a kick for a near fall. Christian puts Generico in the ropes and he chokes him. Christian with a punch and he goes up top for a diving head butt but Generico moves and Generico gets a near fall. Generico with a springboard back elbow and both men are down. Generico with a single arm DDT but he can only get a near fall. Christian gets Generico on his shoulders but Generico counters with a roll-up and gets a near fall. Christian with a punch to Generico and then Christian goes back to the turnbuckles but Generico recovers and he connects with a kick to the head. Christian pushes Generico off the turnbuckles but Generico lands on his feet and then he does a hand spring and Christian goes to the floor. Generico goes to the apron and he kicks Christian and hits a head scissors off the apron. Generico rolls Christian back into the ring and he kicks Christian in the head. Generico with a springboard cross body for a near fall. Christian with an inverted DDT for a near fall. Generico with an inside cradle for a near fall. Generico with a drop kick that staggers Christian. Generico tries for the handspring back elbow but he doesn’t have the distance properly calculated so he lands short and Christian is able to catch Generico and he tries for the Killswitch but Generico escapes and Christian is sent into the corner. Generico tries for a move in the corner but Christian avoids it and he pulls Generico off the top rope. Christian hits the spear and he gets the three count at 12:09.

Winner: Christian!
After the match, Eric Bishoff comes out and hands the Intercontinental title to Christian. They celebrate together for some reason as the show goes off.

Now what if at stake in that match was the last entry into the Royal Rumble? You would give Raw a HUGE advantage by having the last entry and pretty much assure your show the main event at WrestleMania. Think about it with a Star as big as myself or even young Randall coming in very last you would leave an enormous impact that would be felt even over on this shows little sister Smackdown
