Most people who are tweeners anyway are just heels that people like, kind of like Orton used to be. So idk why they don't choose heel. To be a tweener either takes a REALLY good gimmick, or a large over-time change from face to heel and back and forth, like Jericho. But he pulls it off. Why? Because he's Chris Fucking Jericho.

There are a lot of heels too, since he "speaks the truth" I could see him being a 2011 CM Punk where he was meant to be a heel but the fans began to eat up everything he said and he turned face by reaction.

{As Linkin Park's What I've Done plays over the titantron The crowd in attendance start to boo loudly. Just then Dan Maskell slowly walks out from the back. Dan is wearing a Black Tapout Shirt, Black Jeans and a pair of White Trainers. As he slowly makes his way down to the ring ignoring the crowd's negative reaction to him he swipes a microphone from one of the production guys. Dan then slides under the ropes into the ring before taking his place dead in the center.]

'When I come back. I said I wanted to make an impression just as big as my last ECCW Run. I said I wanted to break necks, Cash Checks and win titles. So far I have defeated everyone who has gotten in my way and even brought the end of John Leopold's ECCW Career.'

[The crowd begins to boo again as Dan smirks.]

'So now after achieving two out of my three goals. I am about to reach my third just as easy. As I have become the number one contender for the ECCW Heavyweight Championship of the world. Which is currently held by a man known as Casey Anomaly.'

[The crowd gives the mention of Casey a decent pop.]

'Now there is no denying that he has done well for himself in ECCW. Beating guys like Angel, Venom and so on but now his run is about to come to an end. Because Casey has never competed against someone like me in his entire life. I am by far the most brutal and dangerous individual ECCW has to offer. I am not an artificial psychopath nor am I an arrogant, overbearing asshole. What I am is plain and simple. I AM A MONSTER.'

'You walk around calling yourself the nightmare among men yet really your nothing to be fearful of. Talented yes but a nightmare you are not and when we face off in that ring. I am going to prove it to you by kicking your ass and taking your title.'

[The crowd boos loudly as Dan smirks. Dan then drops the microphone in the ring before slowly making his way to the ring ropes. After climbing through the ropes and onto the apron he raises one of his arms in the air to more boos. Dan then hops off the apron and makes his way backstage.]

Casey Anomaly came out and talked about Dan Maskell. In the middle of his promo Dan interrupted, saying that Robert Cairo announced that each man was to pick an opponent for one another tonight. They both stared each other down as the show went to commercial.

Diego Garza d. Azazel (7:37)
Azazel came out and challenged Garza to a match after being defeated last week. Crowd was behind Garza throughout.

Casey Anomaly d. Big Roy w/ Roger Studley in a non-title match (9:21)
Dan's handpicked opponent was Big Roy, who after manhandling Casey throughout the match was defeated. Postmatch, Dan Maskell ran out, had Roger and Roy hold a weak Casey and then applied the Streth Muffler on him.

Kevin Evans d. Venom (5:56)
Both men wanted to blow off steam after the triple threat from last week. Afterwards they gave each other respectful nods and went to the back.

Backstage, a bandaged up Casey is seen talking to someone who is obscured by shadow. The man walks away as Robert Cairo and his Enforcers walk past, giving Casey an evil smile.

Jeffrey O'Walker and Jayden St. Pierre d. Zayten and Michael Ausberry (4:19)
Zayten's feud with Jeffrey continued as St. Pierre continues to dominate.

Nameless d. a local jobber (3:03)
The odd new Terror star quickly pinned a local jobber.

Dan Maskell walked out waiting for his opponent. Waiting a while, his opponent soon came out...

IT'S SURGE TIME!!

Surge d. Dan Maskell (12:11)
Both men fought hard, but Surge caught Dan off guard due to a distraction from Casey with a Surge Driver. Post match Casey and Surge celebrated until Cairo and his Enforcers came out. The two men held them off, but Dan blindsided them with a chair. As he scrambled to the back, Cairo made two announcements: One was that Anomaly vs. Maskell would now be a No DQ. And Two: Surge will now have his chance at #1 Contendership. At Hell Unleashed, it will be The Enforcers and the Middle Eastern Alliance vs. Surge and a partner of his choice in a 4-on-2 Tornado Handicap Match. If Surge and his partner win Surge becomes the #1 Contender for the ECCW World Heavyweight Title. If they lose, however, Surge is fired from ECCW for good. Show goes off the air as an unphased Surge helps Casey up.

off: So Jarrett, add Surge and ???? vs. Roger Studley, Big Roy, Hassan and Abdul. Also change Casey vs. Dan to a No DQ match. And you forgot to add Zayten vs. Jeffrey O'Walker for the Pure Title.
