- After winning the Divas battle royal on Nitro, Mickie James is scheduled to face Velvet Sky for the Divas title in two weeks on the 12/12/11 edition of Nitro.

- For next week's Nitro it has been announced that Beth Phoenix will take on Trish Stratus

- After being confirmed that Chris Jericho, Randy Orton, Edge and Alberto Del Rio will be involved in a 4 Way Dance at King of the Ring, next week Orton and Edge will reunite to take on Jericho and Del Rio in Tag Team action.

- Also set for next week, The Rock is going to face his new rivals Sheamus and Drew McIntyre in a 2 on 1 Handicap match. Plus, we will see the first KOTR Tournament matches.

- After losing to HBK in a Loser Leaves the WWE Steel Cage match, Mark Henry is now forced to leave the company. Tomorrow night before the live special edition of SmackDown, Mark Henry will give a final word on the WWE Universe.

- Last minute announcement is that after Henry's brutal assault on Teddy Long moments after the main event of Nitro, Eric Bishoff has released Theodore from his contract. Long will stay in the hospital with WWE covering all the cost for his surgery, his medicines and his recovery. Bishoff however doesn't want Long back in the WWE. Next week, a NEW General Manager will be announced.

McGillicuty goes for the leg and then he turns it into a side head lock on Shad. Shad with a shoulder tackle. McGillicuty is pulled off the ropes by Shad and then he connects with a forearm. McGillicuty with a kick to the knee and Shad goes into the ropes and McGillicuty chokes him. McGillicuty with a front face lock but Shad tosses him into the air. Shad goes for a big elbow drop but McGillicuty moves out of the way. McGillicuty with a kick to Shad and he gets a near fall. McGillicuty goes to the turnbuckles and he connects with a forearm and gets a near fall. McGillicuty misses with the McGillicutter and Shad takes him down with a big boot to the face. The show kicks off with Chris Jericho coming down to the ring and demanding to be put into the WWE Title match at King of the Ring with a decent promo. Zack Ryder comes out to interrupt him. Ryder has the Internet Championship over his shoulder. Ryder and Jericho exchange a few words before a referee gets in and calls for the bell.

Chris Jericho vs Zack Ryder

Jericho with a waist lock and Ryder gets to the ropes and Jericho releases the hold. Jericho with a hammer lock but Ryder with an elbow and shoulder tackle. Ryder with a knee and wrist lock as he works on the arm. Jericho uses the ropes and he hits an arm drag and follows that with a rollup for a near fall and an arm drag into a Fujiwara arm bar. Jericho with a leg drop to the arm. Ryder with a kick and punch and then he tries to throw Jericho over the top rope but Jericho skins the cat to avoid Ryder and Zack goes to the floor. Ryder with a sunset flip back into the ring but Jericho tries for a the Walls. Ryder drops Jericho on the ropes and connects with a knee lift that sends Jericho to the floor. Jericho gets frustrated and kicks the steel steps. Jericho gets back in the ring and Ryder misses with a clothesline as Jericho takes him down with a neck-breaker for a near-fall. Jericho with a catapult that sends Ryder into the ring posts. Jericho misses a cross body into the corner and Ryder hits a running boot across the face and Ryder gets a near fall. Ryder with a seated abdominal stretch but Jericho gets to his feet and gets out of the hold. Ryder runs Jericho into the turnbuckles and connects with shoulders. Ryder tries for a running boot to the head but he misses and both men are down. Jericho with forearms followed by a back elbow and drop kick. Jericho with a clothesline followed by a kick and corkscrew suplex for a near fall. Jericho with a back kick but Ryder with a sit out spine-buster for a near-fall. Ryder stands over Jericho and then connects with forearms. Jericho goes to the apron and he hits a reverse rana for a near-fall. Jericho with another rollup for a near fall. Jericho tries for another rollup but Ryder with a knee. Ryder with a forearm but Jericho hits an enzuigiri followed by the Lionsault for the 2 count. Jericho goes for the Code-Breaker but Ryder catches Jericho legs and sends him face-first in the corner. Ryder hits the Rough Ryder. Cover by Ryder and Jericho kicks out. Ryder with the Walls on Chris Jericho now. Jericho manages to get to the ropes. Jericho hits the Code-Breaker out of nowhere. Hook of the leg and Ryder kicks out. Jericho gets more frustrated and he argues with the ref. Jericho looks for the Walls but Ryder rolls him up for a close 2 count. Ryder takes down Jericho with a clothesline and goes up top. Jericho follows and looks to drop Ryder with a super-plex off the top rope but Ryder knocks him off. Ryder connects with the Rough Ryder from the top rope. Ryder hooks the leg and gets the pin-fall at 8:32.

Winner: Zack Ryder!

After the match, the crowd gives a huge amount of cheers to Zack Ryder as he celebrates with the Internet title. We see highlights of the match leading to the finish.

We see highlights from last week’s epic encounter between Brock Lesnar and The Rock. Later tonight Brock Lesnar will confront John Cena as he feels that Cena cost him the victory last week.

The Rock comes out to a big ovation from the crowd in Toronto. Rock talks about tonight’s main event and he says that he believes in HBK. He says that Mark Henry is gonna get his ass whooped all the way out of the WWE tonight. Then he salutes the Canadians for the love they have show to the world and he says he knows that the crowd can’t wait to see the home-town boy Edge beating the hell out of Alberto Del Rio tonight! He also says that what happened last week between Rock, Cena and Lesnar doesn’t change anything. He says that Cena made the right call because he knew that if he didn’t made the right call he would get his ass kicked by the Rock. He says that Cena was doing his job so there is no need for the Rock to thank him and then he calls Lesnar a cry-baby for not accepting his defeat. Rock says that he accepted his defeat back in 2002 but Brock is the type of a man that love to complain about everything when he doesn’t get the job done. Rock then says that he is moving on to become King of the Ring and then defeat John Cena at the Grandest Stage of them All WrestleMania. Eric Bishoff comes out along with Shad Gaspard. Apparently Shad is Eric’s lackey. Bishoff says that he is sick and tired of the Rock. He says that WCW was the most successful wrestling organization without the Rock while Raw needed the Rock to get ratings. He says he doesn’t need the Rock now. Rock says that Nitro is a bull-shit that no one likes and he says that he doesn’t believe that Vince gave the whole industry to Eric; he says that there is something bigger going on. Bishoff says that the Rock’s time is off and then he orders Shad to squash the Rock. Shad attacks, but Rock fights back with strong right hands. Rock hits a huge spine-buster on Shad and then he nails a right hand to Bishoff. Rock hits the People’s Elbow on Shad and then he sets his sites on Bishoff. Suddenly, Sheamus and Drew McIntyre jump in the ring out of nowhere and they attack Rocky. Rock is trying to fight back but he is outnumbered. Rock with a clothesline to Drew McIntyre but then he turns into a Brogue Kick by Sheamus. McIntyre then picks up Rock and hits the Future-Shock DDT. Sheamus helps Bishoff up to his feet and he spits down at the Rock. Bishoff leaves the ring along with the Foreign Invasion as the Rock is lying in the ring.

Over the Top Rope Battle Royal – AJ Lee vs Beth Phoenix vs Alissa Flash vs Kelly Kelly vs Kaitlyn vs Layla vs Maryse vs Mickie James vs Natalya vs Trish Stratus

The Divas Champion Velvet Sky is sitting on commentary as the bell rings and a brawl starts in the ring. Beth quickly eliminates Alissa Flash. Mickie James eliminates Layla as Trish eliminates Maryse. Mickie and Trish have a stare down before going at it. AJ Lee and Kaitlyn are trying to eliminate Natalya as Beth is trying to do the same to Kelly. Kelly fights back and almost eliminates Beth. Natalya takes down both AJ and Kaitlyn before getting eliminated by Trish and Mickie. Trish then eliminates Kaitlyn as Beth eliminates Kelly. We are down to AJ, Beth, Trish and Mickie. Beth and Trish go after each other as AJ and Mickie shake hands and they go at it. Beth tosses Trish over the top rope but Trish hangs on. Beth takes down Mickie and AJ. Velvet’s masked friends get in the ring and they attack the four remaining Divas. Beth and Trish work together to take the masked women out of the ring. Beth then takes down Trish with a clothesline. AJ tries to eliminate Beth, but the Glamazon sends her out of the ring. Trish eliminates Beth but then she gets eliminated by Mickie.

Winner: Mickie James!

Mickie is the #1 contender for the Divas title. Before she can celebrate, the two masked women attack Mickie. Mickie fights them off but Velvet comes out of nowhere and hits Mickie in the head with the Divas title belt.

Backstage, Theodore Long informs the Foreign Invasion that the Rock asked for a match with Sheamus and McIntyre and Teddy has booked a Handicap match for next week between Rock and the Foreign Invasion. Bishoff informs Teddy that in tonight’s Steel Cage match between Mark Henry and Shawn Michaels will have a special guest referee. Theodore Long!

We see footage from how Alberto Del Rio injured Edge a couple of weeks before.

No Holds Barred – Edge vs Alberto Del Rio

During Edge’s entrance Del Rio attacks him from behind. The bell rings as the two superstars are going at it on the ramp. Edge takes control and he sends Del Rio into the steel steps. Edge gets a trash can from under the ring and sends it in. He also sends in the ring two steel chairs, a table and a ladder as the crowd chants “TLC”. Del Rio takes down Edge from behind. Del Rio sends Edge shoulder first into the steel post and then he throws him into the security wall. Del Rio works on Edge’s arm banging it against the steel steps. Del Rio grabs the ring bell but before he can use it Edge takes him down with a big boot to the face. Edge clears the announcer table and he hits Del Rio in the head with a monitor. Edge sets the steel steps next to the announcer table. Del Rio knocks down Edge with the ring bell. Del Rio takes Edge into the steel steps and he lifts him in a power-bomb position. Edge counters into a DDT on the steel steps. Both men are down as the crowd is totally loving this. Del Rio slides into the ring as Edge follows. Edge takes the ladder he brought earlier and he rams it into Del Rio’s face. Edge puts the trash can over Del Rio’s head and then he goes out of the ring and gets a cane. He starts hitting Del Rio in the head which is covered by the trash can with the cane. Edge sets the table and he puts Del Rio on top. Edge sets the ladder and climbs on top while holding a steel chair. Edge jumps off with the steel chair in hand and crashes through the table as Del Rio moves out of the way. Del Rio with the cover on Edge for 2 as the crowd chants “holy shit”. Del Rio takes a steel chair and rams it into the back of Edge. Del Rio waits for Edge to get up and he nails him with a chair shot to the head. Cover by Del Rio and Edge kicks out at 2. Del Rio puts Edge’s hand around the ladder and applies the cross arm-breaker. Edge refuses to tap as Del Rio continues the pressure. Edge grabs the trash can with the other hand and throws it into the face of Del Rio as Del Rio breaks the hold. Edge gets up favoring his arm as Del Rio connects with an enzuigiri. Another cover by Del Rio for the 2 count. Del Rio body-slams Edge in the ladder and gets another near-fall. Del Rio puts Edge on the ladder and goes up top. Del Rio jumps off into an elbow-drop but Edge moves out of the way and Del Rio crashes and burns. Edge hits Del Rio in the back with the chair. Del Rio rolls out of the ring. Edge gets into the apron and jumps off with the cane in hand ramming it into the back of Del Rio. Edge puts Del Rio into the announcer table after hitting him with a few right hands. Edge takes the ladder from the ring and sets it next to the announcer table. Edge climbs into the top again and jumps off crashing Del Rio through the table with a huge splash. The “holy hit” chants break out as both superstars are down. Del Rio fights through pain to get back into the ring as Edge slowly follows. Edge picks up Del Rio and goes for the big DDT but Del Rio counters into the back-stabber. Both men are down again. Edge recovers in the corner as Del Rio is using the ropes to get up. Edge goes for the spear but Del Rio catches him with a chair shot to the face. Del Rio with the hook of the leg but Edge kicks out. Del Rio looks for the cross arm-breaker but Edge counters into an electric chair. Both men are down again. Del Rio slowly gets to his feet and Edge hits the Spear. Edge gets the pin-fall at 11:43.

Winner: Edge!

After the match, Edge rolls out of the ring taking some time to recover as we see highlights of the match. Edge heads up to the ramp raising his arms as the crowd in Toronto cheers for the Rated-R Superstar. We see highlights again. Del Rio is helped to the back by officials.

Backstage, Matt Stryker interviews the Foreign Invasion. Sheamus explains that they attacked the Rock because they are sick of watching him in the ring stealing TV time from other superstars that deserve it more than him. McIntyre says that Rock needs to go back to Hollywood because Nitro is looking bad with him on the roster.

RED wrote:: Back from the break and Wade Barrett is coming out to a big heat from the crowd. Barrett said that even though he lost the US Title to that useless waste of skin Kofi Kingston last week, he is still the best in this company and the Barrett Barrage will continue. He promises to regain the US Title tonight one way or another. Kofi Kingston comes out to a good crowd reaction.

US Championship – Kofi Kingston vs Wade Barrett

The bell rings and Kofi goes after Wade with a punch and elbows but Barrett answers with a knee to the mid-section. Kofi with a kick and chops to Wade. Kofi with a drop kick but he misses the Superman punch. Kofi tries for the SOS but Wade escapes. Kofi with the pendulum kick in the corner followed by a cross body. Kofi with kicks to Barrett and then he sets for the Boom Drop and he hits it. Kofi sets up for Trouble in Paradise but Barrett counters with a big boot to the face and he gets a near fall. Barrett waits for Kofi to get up and then Barrett sets for Wasteland but Kofi counters into a roll-up for 2 counts. Kofi goes for the Trouble in Paradise but Barrett avoids it rolling out of the ring. Kofi jumps over the ropes right into Barrett with a cross body but he lands awkwardly on his neck. Barrett picks up Kofi and Kofi connects with the Trouble in Paradise out of nowhere. Kofi however looks to have injured his neck as he stays down. The ref counts to 8 and both men are up. Barrett shoves Kingston into the steel steps and rolls back in the ring. The ref counts to 10 and Kingston has been counted out.

Winner via Count Out: Wade Barrett!

Barrett doesn’t celebrate however because a count out victory won’t give him the title. Barrett puts Kofi back in the ring and assaults him. Eric Bishoff comes out and he says that a championship match cannot end this way. He says he doesn’t care about Kofi’s condition so he asks for the match to restart. Teddy Long comes out and he says that this match is over and until the doctors decide that Kofi is clear to compete there won’t be a rematch. Bishoff tells Long that he replaced JBL on SmackDown and he can do the same with Nitro so Teddy better not get into his way. Teddy sees that Kofi is getting up so he orders for the match to restart. Indeed a referee gets in and asks for the bell.

As soon as the match begins, Kofi hits a low-blow on Barrett causing the match to end via DQ. Kofi gets a steel chair from under the ring and hits Barrett in the back three times. Bishoff looks to be mad about this as Teddy smiles and says that we can restart the match again. Bishoff shakes his head and walks to the back as Kofi gets the US title and points to Teddy Long who gives him a nod.

A promo for tomorrow’s NTX premiere airs.

Backstage Eric Bishoff wishes good luck to Mark Henry for his steel cage match against HBK. Henry asks Bishoff why did he put Teddy Long in the referee spot and Bishoff tells Henry that inside the steel cage there are no DQ’s therefore if a superstar “accidently” knocks down the ref he doesn’t lose the match.

WWE Champion The Miz comes out in a big heat from the crowd. Miz gets in the ring and says that it’s unfair to put him in a steel cage match against CM Punk at King of the Ring. He says that Punk doesn’t deserve a title match anyway, but a steel cage is too much. CM Punk comes out and says that he agrees that the steel cage is indeed a bad idea and that’s something normal since Eric Bishoff was the one that announced it. He says he talked to Teddy Long about it and Teddy has changed the match. The WWE Title match will no longer be a steel cage match. Miz says that’s good because now the world is going to watch CM Punk getting the beating of his life in any part of the arena. Punk says that that’s true because their match will be a Ladder match! Punk notices that the Miz is not too happy about that so he guesses that the Miz won’t be happy after hearing who will be his opponent tonight. Randy Orton’s theme hits as the crowd goes nuts. Randy Orton comes out after being drafted to Raw by SmackDown. Miz looks extremely upset about it.

The bell rings and they go to lock up but Orton drops Miz with a right hand. Orton takes it to the corner and beats Miz down with a series of rights and a kick. Orton tosses Miz through the ropes and out to the floor. Orton goes out after him and throws him into the fan barrier twice. Orton with a big clothesline on the floor. Orton brings it back into the ring for a 2 count. Orton stomps away on Miz. Orton slingshots Miz's neck under the bottom rope and covers him for another 2 count. Orton charges in the corner but Miz elbows him in the face. Orton beats Miz down in the corner. Orton chokes Miz on the ropes now. Orton stomps on Miz's gut, keeping in control. Miz takes control for a minute but Orton makes a comeback and clotheslines him out of the corner. Orton charges in the corner but Miz moves out of the way. Miz turns it around and starts kicking on Orton in the corner. Miz makes a comeback for a 2 count. Miz applies a headlock on Orton now. Orton fights out of it with a head-butt but Miz takes it back with a knee to the gut. 2 count for Miz. Miz with a running boot to the face and another 2 count. Miz continues the offense and hits an elbow to the face for another 2 count. Miz goes outside and beats on Orton while he's on the apron. Miz with a big knee to the face and another 2 count. Miz with another headlock, wearing Orton down. Orton fights out and applies a sleeper hold on Miz. Miz breaks free and goes for a back suplex but Orton fights him off. Orton responds with a big back drop. Miz drops Orton with a huge right hand for a 2 count. Miz goes to the top rope but Orton knocks him down. Orton with right hands while Miz is on the top. Orton goes up for a super-plex and nails it, laying Miz out. Orton with a 2 count. More offense from Orton. Miz ends up on the apron and Orton goes for the second rope DDT but Miz counters and backdrops Orton over the ropes and to the floor. Miz comes outside and rams Orton into the barrier and the apron. Miz brings it back in for a 2 count. Miz with another 2 count after more offense. Miz mounts Orton with right hands now. Yet another 2 count. Miz with a chin-lock on Orton now. Miz sends Orton back out to the floor and comes after him. Orton fights him off and goes for a move on the floor. Miz counters and slingshots Orton head first into the ring post. Orton charges back in the ring and unloads on Miz with right hands. Miz turns it around in the corner with rights of his own. Miz charges again but Orton drops him with two clotheslines and a power-slam. Orton starts stomping on Miz now. Orton misses with a big knee drop and Miz hits a neck-breaker for another 2 count. Miz charges but Orton dodges him and goes for an RKO. Miz counters with a Skull Crushing Finale attempt but Orton counters that with a big slam for a 2 count. Miz rolls out to the floor to regroup. He picks up his WWE Title belt and starts to leave but CM Punk gets in his way. Punk walks towards the Miz and Miz back away and gets into the ring apron. Orton with a kick to the mid-section and then he connects with the second rope DDT. Orton calls for the RKO and when the Miz gets up he nails it. Orton with the hook of the leg for the victory at 14:23.

Winner: Randy Orton!

After the match, Orton celebrates in the ring as Punk at the Miz from outside. Punk gets in the ring and grabs the WWE Title but Orton grabs the other side of the title. Orton and Punk exchange a few words. Orton decides to leave the title to Punk and walk out. Punk sees the Miz getting up so he nails him with the GTS. Punk celebrates with the WWE title symbolically pointing to the King of the Ring sign.

Backstage, Triple H comes face to face with Shawn Michaels. HHH says that tonight the fun is over for the Show-Stopper; tonight HBK’s legendary career will finally come to an end. Michaels says that HHH always wanted to be the one to end Shawn’s career but that’s not going to happen. He says that HBK will decide when his career is going to end, not Mark Henry or anybody else. HHH tells Shawn that he lived in a dream world for way too long and tonight reality is going to strike him.

RED wrote:: Back from live and Rob Van Dam is in the ring as the crowd is cheering. We see footage from last week’s WWE Superstars where R-Truth assaulted RVD from behind backstage. R-Truth comes out to loud boo from the audience.

RVD vs R-Truth

Truth takes RVD down. They lock up again and go back to face off. Another lock up and Truth with a side headlock. Truth takes RVD down to the mat with the hold and gets a few 2 counts. Truth with a nice sit-down powerbomb roll-up move and another roll-up. Several pin attempts by Truth and RVD already. Truth with another headlock takedown. More back and forth action with pin attempts by Truth. RVD counters with a jawbreaker and a dropkick. 2 count by RVD. RVD goes for a suplex but Truth counters it into a nice stunner for a 2 count. RVD ducks the scissors kick and hits a nice spinning heel kick to the face. RVD connects with the rolling thunder for the 2 count. RVD goes up top but Truth knocks him off. Truth goes for the Pay-Dirt but RVD holds into the ropes. Van Dam with a drop-kick to the face. RVD goes up top again but he misses with the Frog-Splash as Truth rolls out of the way. Van Dam comes up with a crucifix pin out of nowhere, and he gets the three count at 4:45 as Truth looks shocked.

Winner: RVD!

After the match, RVD celebrates in the ring as Truth is looking upset. Van Dam gets out of the ring and slaps hands with a few hands. Truth jumps him from behind and takes him out with a Pay-Dirt on the floor. Truth taunts RVD as he heads to the back.

Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole run down the current match card for King of the Ring. Miz will defend the WWE Title against CM Punk in a Ladder match. Plus, there will be a Fatal 4 Way #1 contender match for the WWE Title with the winner facing the WWE Champion at the Royal Rumble. The participants for this Fatal 4 Way will be Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, Edge and Alberto Del Rio.

Triple H comes out in a mixed crowd reaction. John Cena is out next to a mixed reaction as well.

John Cena vs Triple H

The bell rings and here we go. Cena steps forward first and they begin to circle each other. Lock up and Triple H gets the headlock. Triple H with a shoulder block on Cena to take him down. Triple H walks up and stares down Cena who gets up on one knee and stares him down as well. Triple H with another headlock, Cena breaks it up, but Triple H connects with another shoulder block. Triple H blocks a hip toss and connects with one of his own. Triple H with a crotch chop to Cena and the fans cheer. Another lock up, Triple H with a headlock and Cena fights out of it showing his strength. Cena with a headlock of his own. Triple H attempts an irish whip, but Cena keeps it locked on and down to the ground. Triple H ties Cena up in the ropes, lands a few elbows and Cena levels Triple H with a shoulder block. Triple H attempts another hip toss and Cena overpowers him with a big clothesline. Cena then mocks Triple H doing a salute to him. Triple H shoves Cena away and Cena tackles Triple H. John Cena with a kick to the gut and quick suplex on Triple H that results in a two count. Triple H fires back with a kick to Cena’s chest, misses a clothesline, Cena connects with a flying shoulder block, Cena attempts this again and Triple H moves causing Cena to crash and burn. Cena rolls to the outside and Triple H drives him back first into the ring. Back in the ring, Triple H drives his knee into the spine of Cena. Triple H drops an elbow over the back of Cena and drops another over his ribs. Triple H with a huge irish whip to Cena that causes Cena to bounce off and hit the ring with force. Triple H irish whips Cena with force to the opposite corner as well. Quick cover by Triple H and Cena kicks out. Cena fires back with some right hands and the fans boo every time he does this. Triple H catches Cena with a big boot in the corner and the fans cheer. Triple H jumps off and Cena gets his feet up. Triple H connects with his feet, gets taken down with a shoulder block and then Cena takes him down with his spinning side suplex. Cena calls for the Five Knuckle Shuffle, but Triple H kicks him in the face and catches Cena with a high knee off the ropes. Triple H with a knee to the face and attempts a Pedigree. Cena counters into a blockbuster off the ropes. Cena goes up top, jumps and catches Triple H with a big leg drop to the back of the neck. Cena attempts the STF, but Triple H kicks him away. Triple H misses a clothesline and Cena connects with the spinning side slam again. Cena calls for the Five Knuckle Shuffle, attempts it again and again Triple H connects with a high knee levelling Cena. Triple H with a big spine-buster on Cena. Triple H attempts a Pedigree, Cena counters and sends Triple H over the top rope to the outside. Triple H grabs his knee right after he hits. The referee starts the count, gets to 5 and Triple H rolls in and out to break the count. Cena leaves the ring, chop blocks Triple H’s knee and then lifts him up dropping his knee over the steel steps. Cena then rams Triple H’s knee into the steel ring post and returns to the ring. Cena leaves the ring and again throws Triple H’s leg off the steel ring post. Triple H crawls over and grabs the bottom rope to try and get to his feet. When he does, Cena again chop blocks him and takes him off his feet. Cena drops an elbow over Triple H’s knee and attempts to turn him over. Cena gets him over onto his stomach and applies the STF. Triple H reaches and gets the bottom rope to break it up. Triple H counters an AA attempt and connects with the Pedigree. Triple H hooks the leg but Cena kicks out. When they return to their feet Cena connects with the AA. Cena hooks the leg and Triple H kicks out. Both men are down. They get back up at the referee’s 8 count. Cena catches Triple H with a stiff right hand. Triple H responds with a stiff right hand of his own. Cena with a right. Triple H with a right. Cena with another right and Triple H with another right. They exchange rights. The fans boo for Cena and cheer for Triple H. Cena with yet another spinning side slam on Triple H after ducking a right hand. Cena calls for the Five Knuckle Shuffle and finally connects on his third attempt. Triple H is up. Cena gets him up, Triple H hangs onto the top rope, falls off, Pedigree attempt, but Cena rolls under and applies the STF on Triple H. Cena keeps it wrenched in as Triple H reaches. Triple H gets the ropes a little bit, but Cena pulls him out to the middle and applies it more. Brock Lesnar comes out. Cena breaks the STF and sets his eyes on Lesnar who acts like he is going to get in the ring. Cena yells at Brock to get in. Brock goes up into the apron and Cena knocks him off. Cena then turns into a second Pedigree by Triple H. Trips hooks the leg and gets the pin-fall at 16:23.

Winner: Triple H!

After the match, HHH rolls out of the ring as Lesnar gets in holding a steel chair. Lesnar waits for Cena to get up and when he does, Lesnar nails him with a chair shot to the head. Lesnar with a few chair shots to the back of Cena. Lesnar sets the chair down and he picks up Cena. Lesnar connects with the F-5 on the steel chair. Brock looks down at Cena and gives him the "you can't see me" taunt.

Up-Next: Shawn Michaels faces Mark Henry in a Steel Cage match with the loser leaving the WWE.

Teddy calls for the bell as Henry and HBK look at each other and Henry laughs.

Steel Cage match/Loser leaves WWE – Mark Henry vs Shawn Michaels

The bell rings and the two top superstars exchange a few words. The crowd is hot and the electricity is in the air. Michaels with a few right hands on Henry but Henry shoves him down and laughs at him. Michaels gets up and glares at Henry. Michaels with a few more right hands and a clothesline but Henry is not even moving. Henry grabs Michaels and tosses him into the other side of the ring. Henry yells at HBK that he is finished. Michaels goes for the super-kick but Henry catches his foot and drops him down. Henry with an elbow-drop into the back. Henry steps into HBK’s back. Henry stomps down at the back of HBK. Henry continues to work on the back. Michaels fights back but Henry takes him down with a clothesline followed by an elbow-drop for the first 2 count of the match up. Henry misses with a leg-drop and Michaels drops an elbow into the knee of Mark Henry. Michaels goes after Henry’s knee. HBK attempts the figure four leg-lock but Henry kicks him away. Henry with a big boot to the face followed by a leg-drop for the 2 count. Henry goes after HBK’s back again. Henry takes HBK into his arms and drives him back first into the side of the steel cage. Henry does that three more times. Henry with the hook of the leg for 2. Henry puts HBK over his shoulder and goes to crash his face into the steel but HBK rolls out and pushes Henry into the cage. HBK goes up top and he connects with a flying drop-kick taking down Henry. Michaels covers and gets 2. Michaels goes after Henry’s knee again but Henry shoves him away and then he takes him down with a head-but. Henry with two more head-buts that really hurt HBK. Henry puts HBK over his shoulder again and this time he drives Michaels face first into the steel. Henry goes to the 2nd rope and jumps off for a splash but Michaels rolls out of the way. Michaels applies the figure four. Henry is able to fight out of it kicking HBK away with his strong feet. Henry with another head-but on Michaels. Henry steps into HBK’s neck again and this time the referee Theodore Long tells Henry to back off. Henry glares at Teddy Long. HBK finds an opening to hit a low-blow on Henry followed by a DDT. Michaels doesn’t go for the cover though as he decides to climb his way out of the cage. Henry gets up and grabs HBK’s foot just as Michaels was reaching the top. Henry drops Michaels down to the mat and connects with a big splash. Henry with the cover but HBK kicks out at 2. Henry puts HBK near the corner, he goes to the 2nd rope and he connects with a big splash but HBK rolls out of the way again. Michaels quickly goes up top and connects with the big elbow-drop. HBK goes for the Sweet Chin Music but Henry catches him into the World’s Strongest Slam. Cover by Henry and Michaels kicks out just as the crowd was about to explode. Henry looks furious. Henry picks up HBK and he wraps his strong arms around Shawn’s waist to apply the bear-hug. HBK looks like he is going to fade as the “HBK” chants get louder and louder. HBK refuses to die and he fights back with elbows to the side of Henry’s head. Michaels gets away from the hold and he drop-kicks Henry’s knee. Michaels with a head-lock on Henry now. Henry shoves Michaels away and Michaels hits the Sweet Chin Music. Michaels with the hook of the leg but Henry kicks out. The crowd is crazy as HBK looks in disbelieve. Michaels decides to climb the cage again. Henry slowly gets up and the King of the Jungle starts climbing too. HBK goes to the top and Henry grabs his leg. HBK with a few kicks into the face as Henry losses his balance and falls back into the ring. The ring is shaking. HBK turns to climb out of the cage but then he looks down at Henry and he shakes his head. HBK looks at the crowd who are cheering and then he does the incredible. Instead of jumping out of the cage he connects with a huge elbow-drop from the top of the cage right to the heart of the Silverback Mark Henry. The “holy shit” chants break out. HBK is down as well as Henry and Teddy Long is looking really shocked. HBK pulls an arm over Henry’s chest and Teddy with the count but Henry kicks out at 2 and a half. HBK slowly gets up using the ropes. Henry gets up as well looking hurt. Michaels goes for the kick but Henry with a big clothesline. Henry connects with a big splash for the 2 count. Henry goes for the World’s Strongest Slam, HBK jumps off of Mark’s hands and he nails the superkick for the 2nd time. Michaels starts climbing the cage and when he gets to the top he gets to his feet and he looks up at the sky. Michaels then connects with a moonsault from the top of the cage right into Mark Henry. Michaels rolls around with his hands on his stomach as louder “holy shit” chants break out. Michaels slowly reaches and puts a hand over Henry as Teddy counts to three but Henry puts his foot on the bottom rope. Both HBK and Henry are trying to get up. HBK with a third superkick. Michaels this time climbs the cage slowly and falls out to the floor to win the match at 15:45.

Spoiler:

After the match, Michaels gets up and heads to the ramp slowly as the crowd cheers loudly. We see highlights of the match leading to the finish. HBK gets to his knees on the top of the ramp saluting the fans as the crowd applauds. Henry is getting up slowly as Teddy Long is clapping. Michaels heads to the back with his legendary career intact. Back in the ring Teddy Long asks the referees from the outside to unlock the door but they walk away leaving Teddy locked in the cage with Henry. Mark gets up and realizes that his career is over. Teddy confronts Mark and reminds him that he helped him to begin his career. Henry shakes hands with Teddy and then they have a hug. Henry raises his arms as the crowd cheers. Henry then grabs Teddy and tosses him into the side of the steel cage. Henry continues beating down the Raw GM as the crowd boos. Henry with three consecutive splashes on Teddy Long. Henry picks up Teddy and throws him into the steel again. Henry then picks up Teddy again and connects with the World’s Strongest Slam. Eric Bishoff comes to the ramp and asks for the cage to be raised. The cage indeed begins to raise as Henry rolls out of the ring and grabs a steel chair before re-entering the ring. Henry wraps Long’s leg up in the chair and climbs to the second rope. Henry bounces and hits a big splash, coming down hard on Teddy’s leg and the chair. Long sits up and starts yelling in pain. A trainer checks on Teddy as Henry walks off. They bring a stretcher down as Henry walks up the ramp. Teddy Long is been stretchered out of the arena as the show goes off…
