Cyrus Black: Wouldn't surprise me. Still, seems rather stupid to try and force the issue. It's not like either of us has any qualms about brutally maiming one another in the name of competition. I guess I chalk that up to "well, if one of them isn't a bad guy, they can't put on a dramatic feud!" line of thinking that's infected the business. Regardless, I doubt it matters very much. You and I know who we are and aren't about to let the morons in management try and change that just because they think it'll be more "personal" or "dynamic" if they try and make us hate one another.

Harry Jones scratches the stubble on his chin, and motors onwards.

“Cyrus is nothing but an overrated coward who seriously needs to get his ego in tact, but I guess I can’t blame him. When the entire world is kissing your ass, you tend to lose grip on all situations. Speaking of people who need to get a grip … I am still waiting for Jarrett Calloway to actually respond to me. I’ve called him out six times over the last month, yet he still hasn’t – Oh, I probably shouldn’t go down that path. Diabetes tends to bring out the worst in anyone.”

The crowd make an ‘Oooo’ sound, because Harry Jones is on a roll.

“Surge … is a great athlete who I will respect until the day I die. He is talented and is definitely one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time; and do you know why he is so great? Y’see, unlike Cyrus, Surge doesn’t walk the halls telling people that he is a legend of the business. Surge has EARNED that respect, whilst Cyrus Black has FORCED you all to respect him, by spouting out bullshit like, ‘Cyrus Black is the answer’ and that ‘Cyrus Black is a God’. Well I am an Atheist, so I don’t believe in a God, and nor do I believe that Cyrus Black deserves any of your respect. Tonight was just the appetizer … Do NOT miss Friday night! Welcome Home by Coheed and Cambria blares as the crowd in the EFNW Arena get to their feet in anticipation. Cyrus Black emerges from the back, wearing his usual outfit. His many supporters are shouting and cheering for The Exile, but a noticeable number of them are booing him after Harry's continual assaults on his character. Cyrus pays them all no heed as he slides into the ring and unfastens the Extreme Heavyweight Championship from his waist and lays it on the mat. Cyrus then has a seat on one of the corner turnbuckles as his entrance theme dies down and a stagehand passes him a microphone.

Cyrus Black: Harry Jones...you win.

The crowd seems shocked by this sudden and blunt admission (except for the Jones marks, who cheer loudly).

Cyrus Black: You win, Harry. That's what you want to hear, isn't it? You want me to drop the so-called "pretenses" of my character and show the world the "real" Cyrus Black that you continue to try and convince people exists. The backstabber, the politicking prick, the egoist...that's what you want more than anything in the world. You want to be the hero to these fans so badly and you want them, more than anything, to stop supporting me in favor of you. To put it bluntly, you want to be the Savior of EFNW and of pro wrestling, and you want me to be the bad guy in all of this. It's nothing new, Harry...you always wanted it that way. Especially when you finally realized that Jarret Calloway isn't exactly the best of villainous foils. Yeah, he's a colossal prick, but he's a relatively benign one. It might have been him that fired the first shot, but you were the one who decide to go straight to nuclear war. And when I started speaking out against your complete and utter inability to take responsibility for your actions, you saw that as an opportunity.

Cyrus pauses for a minute as the crowd mutters amongst themselves, wondering what the hell Cyrus is getting at.

Cyrus Black: An opportunity...an opportunity to make yourself into a real hero and not the Anti-Hero you pretend to be. The Truth is, you really do care about the fans and whether or not they cheer you. It bugs the hell out of you whenever I'm cheered and you're booed. So what do you do? Instead of being a man, you spin webs of deceit. You call me an egotistical politician when you know it's not true. You call me a hypocrite when in reality, I have always...ALWAYS!...taken responsibility for my actions. Hell, this war between ECCW and EFNW, regardless of what you choose to sell to these fans, was nothing more than a means to stroke your own ego and get people chanting your name. And who knows? I could be wrong...but I sincerely doubt it. And I can't say that I wouldn't have done the same thing, since it's hard to see paths that aren't there. But at least I would've had the balls to say "Yes, my actions did help intensify this conflict. Yes, had I reacted differently the war might not have become a war and thrown two companies into a tizzy. Yes, my own desires, be they noble or selfish, have as much to do with making this war into a debacle as that guy in that other company!" Would I apologize? Hell no...apologizing doesn't change the past and doesn't absolve someone of the repercussions of their actions. But hey, I'm getting off-focus here.

Cyrus again pauses as the crowd is unsure of how to react.

Cyrus Black: My point is...you want me to be the bad guy. You want me to play the villain in your own little delusionary world so that if...IF...you manage to beat me in any definitive fashion, you can get everyone to love you and proclaim yourself the new Wrestling Jesus. And despite the fact that I am no man's heel, you can't get it through your head that you can actually build a legacy that's not built on my downfall. But no...instead, you have to take a charlatan's path. You take my off-hand comments meant to be humorous...yeah, because I TOTALLY expect to have a church built in my honor, you twit...and try to twist them to make me out to be this egomaniac hell-bent on burying everyone on the roster. When I bring up legitimate gripes about how you, Jarrett, your father, and the Jerichos have forced this war down the throats of everyone instead of focusing on the talent on the roster, you pervert it by claiming that I'm not happy with my push or my run in the main event. Harry, you sanctimonious prick...the more you open your mouth, the more crap comes flying out and what little respect I had for you is quickly swirling down the drain.

Cyrus snarls as his fans chant his name, drowing out the chants for Harry Jones.

Cyrus Black: Never once have I asked anybody to kiss my ass and pander to my whims. All I've ever wanted was to fight and prove night in and night out why I am as good as I truly believe I am. And if somebody had a problem with me, I've always asked them to settle it in the ring. I don't cheap shot, I don't politic...I just wrestle. And guess what, Harold? I not only wrestle, but many, many, MANY people say I do it rather well. Hell, even your diehard fans know that's the Truth, even if they'd never admit it. I never asked to be revered as the best in the world, only that I be given the opportunity to prove it. And to an extent, I have. Ask the boys in the back. Ask the fans of not only your beloved EFNW, but of ECCW, 3XW, and any other promotion I've ever competed in. Ask them if Cyrus Black is the real deal and, to a man, whether they be rivals or friends, they'll all respond "YES!"

Cyrus hops down off the corner turnbuckle as he gets in close to a camera.

Cyrus Black: So go on, Harry...make me the bad guy. Make me the Darkseid to your Superman. In the end, it won't make a damn bit of difference. See, the one thing that separates us more than anything else is the fact that, unlike you, I know who I am. I am the man who was the cornerstone for a little company called 3XW. I am the man who went from indy nobody to a well-respected ring warrior. I am a multi-time World Champion, and the current reigning Extreme Heavyweight Champion. I am the man who's walked a thousand miles, has endured a thousand trials, and has emerged from the fire smelling like smoke. I am a mat wrestling technician...I am a hardcore wrestling savant...I am a teacher and mentor for the young men and women who need guidance in this crazy business of ours. I am a champion in every promotion I've ever competed in, and above all of that I am a man of integrity and resolve. I am brutal, but I am honest. I am twisted, but I am also rational. I am The Exile, Cyrus Black...and you? Who the hell are you? Some semi-talented wrestler who thinks himself to be a savior? An "Anti-Hero?" A "Retrospective?" Whatever you choose to call yourself, you'll always and forever be remembered as a whiny, petulant little brat who wasn't hugged enough by either his biological or adoptive father and has decided to badmouth everything and everyone that receives more love and admiration than you.

Cyrus pauses as the crowd, now firmly behind him save for a handful of detractors, roar their approval for Cyrus Black.

Cyrus Black: Harry, I'm done with you. If you want to make me out into the bad guy, then go right ahead. I could care less. This is the last time I'm going to give you any of my attention, as I have far more pressing matters to attend to. Such as my upcoming visit to ECCW...and Jerichos, I've yet to hear from you, so I'm just going to assume that you don't want me there. Which is too bad, seeing as how your fans are really going to want to hear what I have to say. But that's fine...I'm more than willing to just simply crash your show at my leisure. But more importantly than that, I've my big title unification match against EFNW World Champion Twista XL at No More Sorrow. And folks, unlike what will surely be a rather dull and uninteresting matchup between Harry and Jarrett, this match will be epicly brutal and beautiful at the same time. Twista, homeboy...I want you to bring your best to No More Sorrow, and I know you will. Win, lose, or draw...one of us will earn the right to call ourselves the one true EFNW World Heavyweight Champion.

Cyrus drops the mic and picks up his title belt as "Welcome Home" cues. As Cyrus slides out of the ring, the crowd chants his name loud enough to shake the rafters as he disappears behind the curtain.

*The crowd seems a tad bit confused when they hear new music beginning to play through out the arena. But as soon as a man in a golden mask steps out the fans go ape-shit because they know just who it is. The man takes his face off and as expected it's Casey Anomaly. There's something different about the former Tag Team Champion though. Casey now has short hair now, he has more tattoos and seems to carry himself differently then before. Of course though, he still has his usual signature grin on his face. Casey struts back and forth on the stage listening to his music play a little longer before speaking to Tim.*

"Tim before I respond to your little ramble there, let me address the fans on something."

*Casey gets a pop from the fans and as Tim tries to cut Casey off Casey just speaks as if Tim agreed.*

"Thanks Tim, really appreciate it. As some of you may or may not have noticed, I look different then I usually do. I don't have my long hair any more and there is just an over all different look about me. I have a new theme song and most importantly, I have a new attitude. Actually, scratch that. It's not new, it's revived. For far too long I have been, for lack of a better term, lying dormant, in the professional wrestling world. I have been in a slump so to say. I lost my ECCW Terror Championship at Survive to the End, just lost the tag team championships here in EFNW and haven't gotten a one on one win here in a while. I'll be the first to admit there was something wrong with me. I didn't have a drive or any motivation to want to compete to the best of my abilities. *Casey grins and motions for some one to come out. A crew member comes out with a briefcase. The fans all see that its the briefcase Casey won a few months back. Inside the briefcase is a contract saying Casey can have a match at any time for the Extreme Championship. Casey takes the case and thanks the man*

"See this Tim? This is a case has a contract saying I can cash it in any time i want for a chance at the Extreme Heavyweight Championship. But, Im not going to go down the same road Ive been down before."

*Casey takes the contract out and folds it before putting it in his pocket. He then tosses the case off the stage.*

"Like I said though, it's once I am done with you. One thing I have forgotten to mention is your inability to think about anything three days ahead. You decided you were going to, as you out it, 'make a statement', which says a few things about you. First and foremost it means you have high expectations which is a necessity in this business but in your case you seem to always shoot a little too high. Which brings me to number two. You chose to make a statement by attacking me. In my mind its one of the stupidest things you could have done. You could just as easily jumped any other man in this locker room who doesn't know jack-shit about you. You had to be an idiot and chose me. By not knowing anything about you, you may have, for once in your life, had the upper hand on some one. But, nope. You decided to choose the man who knows you better then anyone else in this company or hell even the industry of professional wrestling. That brings me onto the final reason, which shows that you screwed yourself. Because now not only are you going to have to deal with me wanting to slaughter you and decimate you, you are also putting yourself lower on the roster in line for these two coveted belts we have here in EFNW. Is that really what you wanted when you came here? Well its too fucking bad because now I'm gonna have to prevent you from ever winning either of those belts due to the fact you decided to fuck over the wrong guy"

*Casey at this time is pacing the stage and the fans are chanting his name and various other nicknames he has. Casey stops in the middle of the stage and looks down to the ring at Tim*
