The show kicks off with Teddy Long addressing the events of Vengeance. He says that he never trusted John Laurinaitis and now he is sure that all John wants is to take Teddy’s place as the Raw GM. He says that that’s not going to happen. Teddy announces that next week’s Raw will be a Super-Show! He has already booked four matches. Two title matches and two non-title matches. Next week, Wade Barrett is going to defend the U.S. Championship against the Internet Champion Zack Ryder! The other title match will be The Miz defending the WWE Title against CM Punk in a Vengeance re-match where if Miz gets disqualified or counted out he will lose the title. He adds that the Big Show will finally go one on one against Triple H and Mark Henry is gonna face the Showstopper Shawn Michaels! Chris Jericho comes out and gets in Teddy’s face. He demands to be taken seriously and replace CM Punk in the WWE Title match next week. He says that if Long doesn’t make that happen he will join Laurinaiti’s team. Long tells Jericho that tonight he was supposed to face Edge but the doctors told him that Edge will be unable to compete after what Mark Henry did to him last night. Therefore Jericho will face a mystery opponent in tonight’s main event and if he wins the match then he will become the #1 contender for the WWE Title. Jericho asks Teddy who is going to be his opponent but Teddy just walks out without saying anything.

Backstage John Laurinaitis is talking to Triple H and Wade Barrett. Teddy Long walks up and goes to Hi5 John. The Executive Vice President of Talent Relations tells Long that he should quit from Raw before Mr. McMahon fires him. Teddy says that the only man who is going to get fired is someone who doesn’t do his job well and that’s John. He tells Barrett and HHH to not worry about their matches next week as they have a match up next too! These two are going to face Shawn Michaels and the Big Show! HHH and Barrett didn’t like this decision at all.

Back from the break Big Show and Shawn Michaels are in the ring making some jokes. Barrett and HHH come out with Hunter’s theme song.
Triple H & Wade Barrett vs Big Show & Shawn Michaels

The match kicks off with Show and HHH. Hunter wants nothing to do with Show so he tags in Barrett. Show hits Barrett with a few chops to the chest and then knocks him down with a big boot. HBK comes in and takes down Barrett with multiple clotheslines. HBK with a back body-slam followed by an elbow drop, goes for the cover but gets 1 count. Michaels goes for a suplex but Barrett counters into a suplex of his own. Barrett misses with a leg-drop and HBK locks him in the figure four leg-lock. HHH gets in and breaks the hold. Show comes in and HHH slides out of the ring. While the referee is telling Show to go back to his corner, Barrett hits a low-blow on Michaels followed by a vicious DDT. Barrett drags HBK closer into his corner and tags in HHH. Hunter goes after HBK’s knee working on it. HBK starts fighting back but the Game knocks him down with a chop to the knee. HHH continues working on Shawn’s knee. HHH applies the figure four leg-lock on Michaels but HBK grabs the bottom rope. HHH tags in Barrett who quickly goes after HBK’s knee. Michaels fights back and connects with a neck-breaker taking down Barrett. HBK goes to make the tag with Show but Barrett cuts him with a chop to the knee. Barrett drags Michaels back to his corner and makes the tag on HHH. HHH continues working on HBK’s knee. Michaels finally escapes from HHH’s hold and takes down the game with a clothesline followed by a body-slam. HBK goes to the top rope and goes to hit the big elbow off the top but HHH moves away and HBK crashes and burns. HHH covers HBK who kicks out at two. HHH applies a head-lock on Michaels. HBK connects with a back suplex. Michaels goes to tag in Show again but this time he I cut by HHH. HHH misses with an elbow drop on Michaels. Michaels hits the ropes and runs towards HHH who catches him into a double A spine-buster. Cover by the game and HBK kicks out. Hunter goes for the Pedigree but HBK counters with a back body-slam. HHH quickly tags in Barrett who catches HBK from the leg just in time before HBK could make the tag with Show. Barrett goes after HBK’s knee again. Michaels with a roll-up out of nowhere for the two count. Barrett almost beheads Michaels with a boot to the face. Barrett goes for the Wasteland but HBK counters with a DDT. HBK finally makes the tag with Show. Barrett crawls towards HHH to make the tag but HHH drops off the ring apron refusing to get in the ring with Show. Show picks up Barrett and knocks him down with a head-butt. Show splashes Barrett into the corner and then knocks him down with a shoulder block. Show hits the Chokeslam on Barrett. Big Show then tags in Michaels who quickly goes into the top rope. HBK connects with an elbow off the top rope right into the chest of Barrett. HBK then starts tuning up the band as HHH looks on from the outside clearly intimidated by the angry giant Big Show. HBK hits the Sweet Chin Music on Barrett! HBK covers Barrett but in the count of two HBK raises up Barrett’s shoulder. HBK laughs at HHH as he tags in Show. Big Show picks up Barrett and takes him out with a huge knockout punch. Show hooks the leg and gets the pin-fall.

Winners: Shawn Michaels & the Big Show!

After the match, HHH grabs Barrett’s leg and drags him out of the ring. HHH carries Barrett heading into the back clearly pissed off. Show and HBK look on from the ring laughing. HBK is favoring his knee though.

Backstage Mark Henry is watching what happened from the monitors. John Laurinaitis walks up and thanks him for being with his side. Henry says that he doesn’t work for anybody and he isn’t going to clean anybody’s messes. He says that he hates Teddy Long for bringing back Edge and all the other has-beens. That’s the only reason he’s helping out John, but if he decides the he doesn’t want to help him anymore then the Hall of Pain will get bigger.

Out comes David Otunga. Otunga complains about Zack Ryder getting a U.S. Title match next week while he doesn’t deserve it. He says that after he beat Ryder tonight and take his Internet title he will replace him in the U.S. Title match next week. Zack Ryder comes out holding the Internet title but this time he seems very serious.

Internet Championship - Zack Ryder vs David Otunga

The bell rings and they go at it. Ryder unloads on Otunga
in the corner. Ryder with a big clothesline for a 2 count. Ryder launches Otunga hard into the corner and covers him for another 2 count. Otunga fights back as the crowd chants for Ryder. Ryder makes a comeback but Otunga escapes out to the floor. Otunga takes his time before getting back into the ring. Ryder continues the offense on Otunga and drops him hard on his face for another 2 count. Ryder misses a splash and hits hard on the ropes. Otunga stomps on Ryder and drops a big elbow drop for a 2 count. Otunga grounds Ryder to the mat with a hold now. Otunga with another big elbow drop and 2 count. Otunga hits a big splash in the corner and Ryder goes back down. Otunga misses the next splash in the corner. Ryder misses a running boot to the head as Otunga moves. Otunga hits a big leg - drop but Ryder kicks out at 2. Otunga beats Ryder down in the corner as the ref tells him to back off. Ryder hits the Rough Ryder out of nowhere and gets the pin-fall.

Winner and Still Internet Champion: Zack Ryder!

Ryder celebrates in the ring with his title as the crowd cheers. Zack gets into the top rope and holds the title high above his head yelling “Woo Woo Woo you know it” Ryder seems pretty confident as next week he takes on Wade Barrett for the US Title.

We see some highlights from last night’s WWE Championship match. Teddy Long says that the Rock will be here tonight!

Jeff Hardy comes out into a good pop from the crowd. His opponent for tonight is Michael McGillicuty who is already in the ring.

Jeff Hardy vs Michael McGillicuty

Hardy goes right after Michael unloading on him with combination of clotheslines and drop-kicks. Hardy hits a sit-out jaw-breaker followed by sit-put inverted suplex slam. Hardy connects with a double leg-drop in the mid-section followed by a drop-kick to the face. Hardy hits the Twist of Fate on McGillicuty and then he connects with the Swanton Bomb for the squash victory.
Winner: Jeff Hardy!

After the match, Hardy hits another Swanton Bomb on McGillicuty. Clearly Hardy is pissed off about losing the US Title match last night. Hardy slaps hands with a few fans before heading to the back.

Back live, J.R., Cole and King talk about the return of Brock Lesnar in the WWE.

Backstage Josh Matthews interviews Kelly Kelly and asks her what are her thoughts about her rematch next week against Taylor Wilde for the Divas Title. Before Kelly can answer, Taylor Wilde hits her with the Divas title belt in the back of the head. Taylor laughs as Kelly is down out cold.

Kofi Kingston vs WWE Champion The Miz

This is a non-title match. The bell rings and The Miz keeps the action on the ground early on. Kingston with a quick roll up on Miz that results in a close two count. Kingston catches Miz with a big kick and then jumps high in the air into Miz in the corner hitting a few shots. Miz with a jawbreaker on Kingston and quick snap suplex. Kingston with two cross-body’s in a row, Miz tosses Kingston into the ropes, Kingston blocks himself and then levels Miz. Cover by Kingston who gets a close two count. Kingston with a big right hand from the ring apron on Miz. When he attempts to springboard himself in, Miz trips him up and Kingston crashes over the corner. Miz brings Kingston in and catapults him into the bottom rope. Cover by Miz and Kingston quickly kicks out after one. Miz with a big knee to the spine of Kingston and then applies a modified chin lock. Miz catches Kingston with a big boot when Kingston hit the ropes. Miz mounts Kingston and gets in some big left hands. Miz with another big boot to Kingston, hooks the leg and Kingston kicks out after two. Miz is back applying a chin lock when Kingston fights to his feet, gets in a quick kick to the gut, but Miz counters dropping Kingston face first on the mat after lifting him high in the air. Miz with the cover and Kingston kicks out after two. Miz connects with a big kick to the face of Kingston and then chokes him using his knee against the bottom rope. Kingston with shots to Miz. Miz tries to pull Kingston down and Kingston sends Miz through the ropes to the outside. Kingston tries to springboard himself out of the ring, but lands on the ring apron. Miz grabs Kingston by the legs and drops him spine first over the ring apron. Miz tosses Kingston back in the ring and hits the Skull Crashing Finale. Miz covers Kingston and picks up the win.

Winner: The Miz!

After the match, Miz gets the WWE Title belt and a microphone. He says that next week on Raw he will shut down the Voice of the Voiceless as he will destroy CM Punk with a pipe-bomb of his own! CM Punk comes out and has a stare-down with the Miz. Miz wishes him luck in his up-coming match tonight and slides out of the ring. Alberto Del Rio comes out as he is Punk’s opponent for tonight. The WWE Champion Miz will be on commentary.

Alberto Del Rio vs CM Punk

The bell rings and they lock up. They break and lock up again. Del Rio takes Punk down in the corner and stops away. Del Rio goes to work on Punk's arm now. The crowd chants for Punk as he fights back and elbows Del Rio down. Punk with a big kick and shoulder thrusts in the corner. Punk charges but Del Rio moves and he hits the ring post. Del Rio pulls on Punk's arm and uses the ring post on it. Del Rio comes back in and hits an arm-bar takedown for a 2 count. Del Rio goes back to work on the arm now. Punk tries to come back but Del Rio drops down and gets another 2 count. Del Rio runs the ropes and charges but Punk moves and he lands on the floor. Punk blocks a clothesline when Del Rio comes back in and hits a neck-breaker. Punk with knees to the head now. Punk hits a high knee to the jaw in the corner and then a bulldog as the crowd pops. Punk springboards in with a clothesline. Punk signals for the GTS. Del Rio slides out of it and throws Punk back into the ring post. Del Rio drops Punk with a backstabber for a 2 count. Punk blocks the arm-bar and hits Del Rio with a roundhouse kick to the head. Punk nails Del Rio with the GTS for the win.

Winner: CM Punk!

The Miz quickly gets in the ring and hits Punk with the WWE Title belt. Miz connects with the Skull Crashing Finale crashing Punk’s face into the WWE Title. Miz holds up the title and stands above Punk.

Backstage the Big Show is talking with Shawn Michaels. Show tells HBK that he should check on his knee before he faces Mark Henry next week on the Raw super-show. HBK says he will be fine. He can’t wait to kick Henry’s teeth down his throat. Show warns him that Mark Henry is not soft anymore. He asks Shawn to be careful because Henry is more dangerous than ever. He says he knows that better than anybody else. HBK thanks Show for the advice and wishes him luck for his match against HHH next week.

Back live, we are still expecting to see who will be Chris Jericho’s mystery opponent tonight. Suddenly…If ya smeeeeeel is heard as Rock’s music hits. The Rock makes his way to the ring to a massive ovation and soaks it all in for a few minutes. The Rock goes to speak but can't because of the huge response from the crowd. The Rock says that after 7 long years, finally.... finally.... The Rock has come back to New York, which means finally The Rock has come back to Monday Night RAW. Which means finally The Rock has come back home, he says. The Rock says he has many nicknames and calls some of them out. The Rock talks to us as Dwayne for a minute and says it's been a long time since he's been back. He says he's back not because of the money, not to promote a movie but he's back because of the fans. The Rock says the fans have never left his side and thanks them for it, saying he loves the fans. The Rock says he is never ever going away. The Rock brings out what happened last night at Vengeance and he says that he is sick and tired of this conspiracy theories that go back and forth in the WWE today. He says that back in the attitude era when you wanted something all you had to do was reach for it and take it. Now, John Laurinaitis – the man with the worst last name – wants the Raw GM spot and he gets other people to do his dirty work. He says he is ashamed of HHH who is a WWE veteran yet he helps out a suit dressed, ass kissing, bitch like Laurinaitis. He also says that Mark Henry has decided to wake up too late. He says that now then he is back for good he will make Raw fun to watch again! Just then, The Rock is interrupted by…Brock Lesnar’s theme song! Brock Lesnar comes out to a huge ovation from the crowd. Lesnar gets into the ring and has a stare-down with Rock. The two wrestling Icon stare down each other for three whole minutes as the atmosphere is electrifying in New York. Brock grabs a mic and says it’s good to see Rock again after all these years. He says that it’s been too long since the last time they met in a wrestling ring. He mentions their epic encounter at SummerSlam 2002 where he defeated him to win his first WWE Title and become the youngest WWE Champion in history. He adds that as much as he would like to share this moment with the Rock right now, tonight marks the return of the next big thing so he asks Rock to leave and allow Brock to have his moment. Rock says he is glad to see Brock back in the WWE and he adds that Brock looks to be in a pretty good shape. He says that UFC did a good job on keeping him strong. He says that the Rock remember what happened when they faced each other back then and the Rock remembers that Brock defeated him and he says that it has been eating him from the inside all these years. He says he wanted a rematch but he couldn’t get it. He asks Brock how would it sound if after nine whole years, the WWE Universe gets another epic match. What if they remind the people what was the match that made Brock Lesnar. What if they give to the people…Brock vs Rock…TWO! The rematch! Brock says that that wasn’t what he had in mind but it’s not a bad idea. He says that he can remind The Rock how that match ended any time he wants. Rock says…Just Bring It! Rock and Brock get in each other’s face. They exchange a few words and they shake hands. Brock Lesnar then walks out of the ring and heads to the back looking back at the Rock who is watching him from the ring.

Chris Jericho comes out dressed in his ring gear and demands to know who is going to be his opponent. He tells Teddy to not even dare to put him against The Rock or Brock Lesnar! And that’s because if he does so…

Jericho is interrupted by the music of John Cena! John Cena comes out as the crowd goes nuts (especially the kids). Cena yells at the camera “The Champ is Back!” Cena runs down to the ring and taunts as Jericho looks to be very unpleased. Cena throws his hat and his new black t-shirt that says “Rise Above Hate” into the crowd. He winks at Jericho who looks at him and starts swearing.

The bell rings and here we go. Fast lock up and Cena pushes Jericho away. Another lock up and Jericho gets a headlock applied. Shoulder block by Jericho on Cena. Jericho with kicks and shots to the neck of Cena. Jericho with a kick to the ribs of Cena. Jericho backs off smiling. Cena with a big takedown and shots on Jericho. Jericho bails to the outside and Cena follows sending Jericho face first into the steel steps. Cena sends Jericho into the ring. When Cena gets in Jericho hits him with a kick to the face. Jericho with elbows and a headbutt shot. Jericho with some elbows to Cena in the corner. Cena with a big clothesline on Jericho. Jericho attempts a sleeper on Cena. Cena tries to break free and falls back on the mat with Jericho on his back. Jericho hangs on as Cena backs him into the corner. Jericho pulls Cena to the mat and keeps the sleeper locked in. Cena lifts Jericho up onto his shoulders. Jericho jumps off and counters into a big DDT on Cena. Cena is on the ring apron when Jericho springboards off the turnbuckle. Cena catches Jericho on his shoulders. Jericho jumps off and then pushes Cena off the ring apron right into the steel steps face first. Jericho tosses Cena back into the ring, hooks the leg and Cena kicks out after two. Jericho with a big kick to the head of Cena. Another kick to the head followed by a kick to the back by Jericho. Jericho levels Cena yet again with a kick to the head and wraps Cena up against the ropes. Jericho leans back on Cena’s neck using the top rope for leverage. Jericho with a snapmare on Cena back into a modified rear naked choke. Jericho with a big knee to Cena’s gut as Cena breaks the hold. Jericho misses a charge in the corner and Cena explodes off the ropes with a pair of shoulder blocks. Cena with a twisting side slam. Cena stands up and calls for the five knuckle shuffle. Cena connects with the five knuckle shuffle, lifts Jericho up, Jericho counters off and attempts the Walls of Jericho. Cena counters out, hits a belly-to-belly, cover and Jericho kicks out. Jericho with an elbow and missle dropkick to Cena. Cover by Jericho and Cena kicks out. Cena with a hip toss and clothesline on Jericho. Jericho comes back taking Cena down and connecting with a Lion-sault. Cover by Jericho and Cena again kicks out. Jericho with a clothesline in the corner and some elbow shots to Cena. Jericho lifts Cena up to the top turnbuckle, climbs up with Cena, Cena hooks Jericho’s leg, lifts Jericho up and sends him down to the mat. Cena jumps and connects with his flying leg drop. Cover by Cena and Jericho gets a shoulder up after two. Cena taunts at Jericho saying it is over. Cena has Jericho up on his shoulders, Jericho with elbows, Cena sends him out for the Attitude Adjustment, Jericho lands on his feet and grabs Cena hitting the Code-breaker. Cover by Jericho…1…2…Cena somehow kicks out. Jericho argues with the referee, pushes him aside, charges at Cena and Cena hits the AA on Jericho. Cover by Cena…1…2…Jericho kicks out as well. Cena walks up to Jericho. Jericho with a small package and Cena kicks out. Jericho attempts a kick to the head. Cena ducks, drops down and tries to apply the STF. Jericho fights out, stands up and gets the Walls of Jericho applied on Cena. Cena screams in pain as he pulls himself towards the ropes. Cena gets close when Jericho pulls Cena back out to the middle of the ring and wrenches back even more. Cena hulks up, flips back, reverses and applies an STF on Jericho. Jericho taps out and it is over.

Winner: John Cena!

After the match, John Cena raises his fist in victory as the crowd cheers. We see highlights of the match leading to the finish. Cena goes into the top rope and celebrates his victory. We get a shot of John Laurinaitis looking on from a monitor smirking. Cena continues to celebrate in the ring as the show goes off…

HBK connects with a back suplex. Michaels goes to tag in Show again but this time he I cut by HHH. HHH misses with an elbow drop on Michaels. Michaels hits the ropes and runs towards HHH who catches him into a double A spine-buster. Cover by the game and HBK kicks out. Hunter goes for the Pedigree but HBK counters with a back body-slam. HHH quickly tags in Barrett who catches HBK from the leg just in time before HBK could make the tag with Show. Barrett goes after HBK’s knee again. Michaels with a roll-up out of nowhere for the two count. Barrett almost beheads Michaels with a boot to the face. Barrett goes for the Wasteland but HBK counters with a DDT. HBK finally makes the tag with Show. Barrett crawls towards HHH to make the tag but HHH drops off the ring apron refusing to get in the ring with Show. Show picks up Barrett and knocks him down with a head-butt. Show splashes Barrett into the corner and then knocks him down with a shoulder block. Show hits the Chokeslam on Barrett. Big Show then tags in Michaels who quickly goes into the top rope. HBK connects with an elbow off the top rope right into the chest of Barrett. HBK then starts tuning up the band as HHH looks on from the outside clearly intimidated by the angry giant Big Show. HBK hits the Sweet Chin Music on Barrett! HBK covers Barrett but in the count of two HBK raises up Barrett’s shoulder. HBK laughs at HHH as he tags in Show. Big Show picks up Barrett and takes him out with a huge knockout punch. Show hooks the leg and gets the pin-fall.

Winners: Shawn Michaels & the Big Show!

After the match, HHH grabs Barrett’s leg and drags him out of the ring. HHH carries Barrett heading into the back clearly pissed off. Show and HBK look on from the ring laughing. HBK is favoring his knee though.

Backstage Mark Henry is watching what happened from the monitors. John Laurinaitis walks up and thanks him for being with his side. Henry says that he doesn’t work for anybody and he isn’t going to clean anybody’s messes. He says that he hates Teddy Long for bringing back Edge and all the other has-beens. That’s the only reason he’s helping out John, but if he decides the he doesn’t want to help him anymore then the Hall of Pain will get bigger.

Out comes David Otunga. Otunga complains about Zack Ryder getting a U.S. Title match next week while he doesn’t deserve it. He says that after he beat Ryder tonight and take his Internet title he will replace him in the U.S. Title match next week. Zack Ryder comes out holding the Internet title but this time he seems very serious.

Internet Championship - Zack Ryder vs David Otunga

The bell rings and they go at it. Ryder unloads on Otunga
in the corner. Ryder with a big clothesline for a 2 count. Ryder launches Otunga hard into the corner and covers him for another 2 count. Otunga fights back as the crowd chants for Ryder. Ryder makes a comeback but Otunga escapes out to the floor. Otunga takes his time before getting back into the ring. Ryder continues the offense on Otunga and drops him hard on his face for another 2 count. Ryder misses a splash and hits hard on the ropes. Otunga stomps on Ryder and drops a big elbow drop for a 2 count. Otunga grounds Ryder to the mat with a hold now. Otunga with another big elbow drop and 2 count. Otunga hits a big splash in the corner and Ryder goes back down. Otunga misses the next splash in the corner. Ryder misses a running boot to the head as Otunga moves. Otunga hits a big leg - drop but Ryder kicks out at 2. Otunga beats Ryder down in the corner as the ref tells him to back off. Ryder hits the Rough Ryder out of nowhere and gets the pin-fall.

Winner and Still Internet Champion: Zack Ryder!

Ryder celebrates in the ring with his title as the crowd cheers. Zack gets into the top rope and holds the title high above his head yelling “Woo Woo Woo you know it” Ryder seems pretty confident as next week he takes on Wade Barrett for the US Title.

We see some highlights from last night’s WWE Championship match. Teddy Long says that the Rock will be here tonight!

Jeff Hardy comes out into a good pop from the crowd. His opponent for tonight is Michael McGillicuty who is already in the ring.

Jeff Hardy vs Michael McGillicuty

Hardy goes right after Michael unloading on him with combination of clotheslines and drop-kicks. Hardy hits a sit-out jaw-breaker followed by sit-put inverted suplex slam. Hardy connects with a double leg-drop in the mid-section followed by a drop-kick to the face. Hardy hits the Twist of Fate on McGillicuty and then he connects with the Swanton Bomb for the squash victory.
Winner: Jeff Hardy!

After the match, Hardy hits another Swanton Bomb on McGillicuty. Clearly Hardy is pissed off about losing the US Title match last night. Hardy slaps hands with a few fans before heading to the back.

Kofi Kingston vs WWE Champion The Miz

This is a non-title match. The bell rings and The Miz keeps the action on the ground early on. Kingston with a quick roll up on Miz that results in a close two count. Kingston catches Miz with a big kick and then jumps high in the air into Miz in the corner hitting a few shots. Miz with a jawbreaker on Kingston and quick snap suplex. Kingston with two cross-body’s in a row, Miz tosses Kingston into the ropes, Kingston blocks himself and then levels Miz. Cover by Kingston who gets a close two count. Kingston with a big right hand from the ring apron on Miz. When he attempts to springboard himself in, Miz trips him up and Kingston crashes over the corner. Miz brings Kingston in and catapults him into the bottom rope. Cover by Miz and Kingston quickly kicks out after one. Miz with a big knee to the spine of Kingston and then applies a modified chin lock. Miz catches Kingston with a big boot when Kingston hit the ropes. Miz mounts Kingston and gets in some big left hands. Miz with another big boot to Kingston, hooks the leg and Kingston kicks out after two. Miz is back applying a chin lock when Kingston fights to his feet, gets in a quick kick to the gut, but Miz counters dropping Kingston face first on the mat after lifting him high in the air. Miz with the cover and Kingston kicks out after two. Miz connects with a big kick to the face of Kingston and then chokes him using his knee against the bottom rope. Kingston with shots to Miz. Miz tries to pull Kingston down and Kingston sends Miz through the ropes to the outside. Kingston tries to springboard himself out of the ring, but lands on the ring apron. Miz grabs Kingston by the legs and drops him spine first over the ring apron. Miz tosses Kingston back in the ring and hits the Skull Crashing Finale. Miz covers Kingston and picks up the win.

Winner: The Miz!

After the match, Miz gets the WWE Title belt and a microphone. He says that next week on Raw he will shut down the Voice of the Voiceless as he will destroy CM Punk with a pipe-bomb of his own! CM Punk comes out and has a stare-down with the Miz. Miz wishes him luck in his up-coming match tonight and slides out of the ring. Alberto Del Rio comes out as he is Punk’s opponent for tonight. The WWE Champion Miz will be on commentary.

Alberto Del Rio vs CM Punk

The bell rings and they lock up. They break and lock up again. Del Rio takes Punk down in the corner and stops away. Del Rio goes to work on Punk's arm now. The crowd chants for Punk as he fights back and elbows Del Rio down. Punk with a big kick and shoulder thrusts in the corner. Punk charges but Del Rio moves and he hits the ring post. Del Rio pulls on Punk's arm and uses the ring post on it. Del Rio comes back in and hits an arm-bar takedown for a 2 count. Del Rio goes back to work on the arm now. Punk tries to come back but Del Rio drops down and gets another 2 count. Del Rio runs the ropes and charges but Punk moves and he lands on the floor. Punk blocks a clothesline when Del Rio comes back in and hits a neck-breaker. Punk with knees to the head now. Punk hits a high knee to the jaw in the corner and then a bulldog as the crowd pops. Punk springboards in with a clothesline. Punk signals for the GTS. Del Rio slides out of it and throws Punk back into the ring post. Del Rio drops Punk with a backstabber for a 2 count. Punk blocks the arm-bar and hits Del Rio with a roundhouse kick to the head. Punk nails Del Rio with the GTS for the win.

Winner: CM Punk!

The Miz quickly gets in the ring and hits Punk with the WWE Title belt. Miz connects with the Skull Crashing Finale crashing Punk’s face into the WWE Title. Miz holds up the title and stands above Punk.

Backstage the Big Show is talking with Shawn Michaels. Show tells HBK that he should check on his knee before he faces Mark Henry next week on the Raw super-show. HBK says he will be fine. He can’t wait to kick Henry’s teeth down his throat. Show warns him that Mark Henry is not soft anymore. He asks Shawn to be careful because Henry is more dangerous than ever. He says he knows that better than anybody else. HBK thanks Show for the advice and wishes him luck for his match against HHH next week.

The Rock makes his way to the ring to a massive ovation and soaks it all in for a few minutes. The Rock goes to speak but can't because of the huge response from the crowd. The Rock brings out what happened last night at Vengeance and he says that he is sick and tired of this conspiracy theories that go back and forth in the WWE today. He says that back in the attitude era when you wanted something all you had to do was reach for it and take it. Now, John Laurinaitis – the man with the worst last name – wants the Raw GM spot and he gets other people to do his dirty work. He says he is ashamed of HHH who is a WWE veteran yet he helps out a suit dressed, ass kissing, bitch like Laurinaitis. He also says that Mark Henry has decided to wake up too late. He says that now then he is back for good he will make Raw fun to watch again! Just then, The Rock is interrupted by…Brock Lesnar’s theme song! Brock Lesnar comes out to a huge ovation from the crowd. Lesnar gets into the ring and has a stare-down with Rock. The two wrestling Icon stare down each other for three whole minutes as the atmosphere is electrifying in New York. Brock grabs a mic and says it’s good to see Rock again after all these years. He says that it’s been too long since the last time they met in a wrestling ring. He mentions their epic encounter at SummerSlam 2002 where he defeated him to win his first WWE Title and become the youngest WWE Champion in history. He adds that as much as he would like to share this moment with the Rock right now, tonight marks the return of the next big thing so he asks Rock to leave and allow Brock to have his moment. Rock says he is glad to see Brock back in the WWE and he adds that Brock looks to be in a pretty good shape. He says that UFC did a good job on keeping him strong. He says that the Rock remember what happened when they faced each other back then and the Rock remembers that Brock defeated him and he says that it has been eating him from the inside all these years. He says he wanted a rematch but he couldn’t get it. He asks Brock how would it sound if after nine whole years, the WWE Universe gets another epic match. What if they remind the people what was the match that made Brock Lesnar. What if they give to the people…Brock vs Rock…TWO! The rematch! Brock says that that wasn’t what he had in mind but it’s not a bad idea. He says that he can remind The Rock how that match ended any time he wants. Rock says…Just Bring It! Rock and Brock get in each other’s face. They exchange a few words and they shake hands. Brock Lesnar then walks out of the ring and heads to the back looking back at the Rock who is watching him from the ring.

Chris Jericho comes out dressed in his ring gear and demands to know who is going to be his opponent. He tells Teddy to not even dare to put him against The Rock or Brock Lesnar! And that’s because if he does so…

Jericho is interrupted by the music of John Cena! John Cena comes out as the crowd goes nuts (especially the kids). Cena yells at the camera “The Champ is Back!” Cena runs down to the ring and taunts as Jericho looks to be very unpleased. Cena throws his hat and his new black t-shirt that says “Rise Above Hate” into the crowd. He winks at Jericho who looks at him and starts swearing.

The bell rings and here we go. Fast lock up and Cena pushes Jericho away. Another lock up and Jericho gets a headlock applied. Shoulder block by Jericho on Cena. Jericho with kicks and shots to the neck of Cena. Jericho with a kick to the ribs of Cena. Jericho backs off smiling. Cena with a big takedown and shots on Jericho. Jericho bails to the outside and Cena follows sending Jericho face first into the steel steps. Cena sends Jericho into the ring. When Cena gets in Jericho hits him with a kick to the face. Jericho with elbows and a headbutt shot. Jericho with some elbows to Cena in the corner. Cena with a big clothesline on Jericho. Jericho attempts a sleeper on Cena. Cena tries to break free and falls back on the mat with Jericho on his back. Jericho hangs on as Cena backs him into the corner. Jericho pulls Cena to the mat and keeps the sleeper locked in. Cena lifts Jericho up onto his shoulders. Jericho jumps off and counters into a big DDT on Cena. Cena is on the ring apron when Jericho springboards off the turnbuckle. Cena catches Jericho on his shoulders. Jericho jumps off and then pushes Cena off the ring apron right into the steel steps face first. Jericho tosses Cena back into the ring, hooks the leg and Cena kicks out after two. Jericho with a big kick to the head of Cena. Another kick to the head followed by a kick to the back by Jericho. Jericho levels Cena yet again with a kick to the head and wraps Cena up against the ropes. Jericho leans back on Cena’s neck using the top rope for leverage. Jericho with a snapmare on Cena back into a modified rear naked choke. Jericho with a big knee to Cena’s gut as Cena breaks the hold. Jericho misses a charge in the corner and Cena explodes off the ropes with a pair of shoulder blocks. Cena with a twisting side slam. Cena stands up and calls for the five knuckle shuffle. Cena connects with the five knuckle shuffle, lifts Jericho up, Jericho counters off and attempts the Walls of Jericho. Cena counters out, hits a belly-to-belly, cover and Jericho kicks out. Jericho with an elbow and missle dropkick to Cena. Cover by Jericho and Cena kicks out. Cena with a hip toss and clothesline on Jericho. Jericho comes back taking Cena down and connecting with a Lion-sault. Cover by Jericho and Cena again kicks out. Jericho with a clothesline in the corner and some elbow shots to Cena. Jericho lifts Cena up to the top turnbuckle, climbs up with Cena, Cena hooks Jericho’s leg, lifts Jericho up and sends him down to the mat. Cena jumps and connects with his flying leg drop. Cover by Cena and Jericho gets a shoulder up after two. Cena taunts at Jericho saying it is over. Cena has Jericho up on his shoulders, Jericho with elbows, Cena sends him out for the Attitude Adjustment, Jericho lands on his feet and grabs Cena hitting the Code-breaker. Cover by Jericho…1…2…Cena somehow kicks out. Jericho argues with the referee, pushes him aside, charges at Cena and Cena hits the AA on Jericho. Cover by Cena…1…2…Jericho kicks out as well. Cena walks up to Jericho. Jericho with a small package and Cena kicks out. Jericho attempts a kick to the head. Cena ducks, drops down and tries to apply the STF. Jericho fights out, stands up and gets the Walls of Jericho applied on Cena. Cena screams in pain as he pulls himself towards the ropes. Cena gets close when Jericho pulls Cena back out to the middle of the ring and wrenches back even more. Cena hulks up, flips back, reverses and applies an STF on Jericho. Jericho taps out and it is over.

Winner: John Cena!

After the match, John Cena raises his fist in victory as the crowd cheers. We see highlights of the match leading to the finish. Cena goes into the top rope and celebrates his victory. We get a shot of John Laurinaitis looking on from a monitor smirking. Cena continues to celebrate in the ring as the show goes off…
