Omega: Funny how you think you can beat me. Even when I'm beaten down, tired and bleeding, I could beat you with one hand tied behind my back. Whether it's expected or not, but when I'm World Champion, I'll expect you to cash that thing in on me 24/7. I'll be prepared wherever and whenever, so be prepared to lose when you do cash in.

Jayson St. Pierre defeated Rhys Hawkens (w/ Aaron Kennedy) in the event's dark match.

ECCW: Extreme Created Championship Wrestling 25.0 - Page 35 Scared10
ECCW Scared Straight I — Sunday, October 28, 2012 — Battle Creek, Michigan

Setting the tone a bit differently at the start of the show, the lights go entirely dark as the crowd makes slight cheers at first, following them up with complete silence. Abruptly, the arena lights flash in a white strobe fashion, as the pyro finally hits on the stage, glowing a magnificent orange. The crowd is on their feet as the show is now underway: ECCW's first ever Scared Straight pay-per-view. The action gets started without hesitation as the bell sounds — though eerily slow.

ECCW LEGEND'S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Keith Golden (c) vs. Angel
Angel, having done everything he possibly could to attempt to wear down the champion, does not seem to be in a good place as Golden resumes his corner assault. The referee tries to separate the two and bring them back to the center of the ring, but Golden refuses to comply, pounding Angel with shot after shot. The crowd tries to will Angel back into the fight, which eventually seems to catch on and work, as Angel fights back with fist after fist. He then kicks Golden in the gut and hits the ropes, coming back with a brutal neckbreaker, the momentum perhaps shifting slightly in his favor. Golden does not stay down long, but the resilient Angel does not either. They go at it again, locking up in the center of the ring, getting in a bit more back and forth, demonstrating the mood of the whole match. Angel ends up getting the upper hand by connecting with a vicious enzuiguri, wasting no time in following it up with his deadly Crucifixion submission hold, the third time he has now tried to apply it in this match alone. This time, his efforts prove to be successful. Not only does he lock in the hold, but after a grueling amount of time, he manages to force Golden to give in and tap.

Winner: Angel, by submission @ 13:10

The show could not have gotten off to a better start in the minds of the fans in attendance, all seeming to be joyous over Angel's victory and title win over Keith Golden. Angel lets it soak in for a moment before exiting the ring and obtaining his brand new ECCW Legend's Championship. After much battling and much effort, Angel has finally fought his way back to championship gold in ECCW.

The cameras take us backstage as Richie is shown sitting at his desk in his office, seemingly hard at work. Fortunately for him, he has managed to evade trouble ever since being put on watch by the Jerichos a few weeks ago. The office phone then rings, as the oblivious Richie looks startled — almost frightened — at the sound. He answers it quickly, as it becomes apparent that he knows who it is fairly soon after picking up. Sounding unconvinced at whatever the mystery caller is proposing, Richie states that he does not want to make "these kinds of decisions" without consulting the Jerichos beforehand. The phone call ends with a weak: "Well, are you sure? Well, okay. Bye." Richie puts down the phone and then appears to be in deep thought as the commentators commence speculation as to who the caller was. Their speculation is eventually interrupted by the ring bell.

GRUDGE MATCH
Jarrett Calloway vs. Twista XL
Calloway is in shock that Twista kicked out of the Run Down, but his shock represents reality. He tries a bit of bargaining with the referee, who insists that the count was two. Calloway, visibly shaken, starts to brutalize Twista while he is down, taking out the many frustrations that have been building up inside of him for not only the past few months, but the past year. Twista struggles to counter Calloway's fury of hits, but he does manage to slip out of harm's way by rolling out of the ring upon getting the chance. Calloway goes into pursuit mode, chasing Twista around for a while before Twista slid back into the ring. Using this to his advantage, Twista uses Calloway's vulnerable position to prevent him from getting back into the ring, knocking him off the ring apron as he attempted. As the referee's count reached six, Twista propelled himself over the top rope with an amazing springboard move, connecting with a cross body on Calloway, who rolls away in pain. Twista is shook up from the impact as well, stopping at the apron to catch his breath for a moment. As the referee continues the count, a maniacal grin appears on Twista's face, a very scary sight. He gets Calloway up and rolls him back into the ring. Instead of following, Twista reaches under the apron and looks for a weapon. The referee practically begs for Twista to quit his hunt and get back into the ring before he is counted out. Not paying the referee a bit of mind, Twista comes across a lead pipe. The referee tries to stop Twista from getting back into the ring with it, but fails. As Calloway struggles his way to his feet, Twista's smirk returns as he wrecks Calloway with the pipe, nailing him in the ribs and knocking him to the mat. The bell is immediately rung.

Winner: Jarrett Calloway, by disqualification @ 19:26

The match may have ended at the bell, but the assault did not. Twista kept on with his brutality post-match, beating Calloway with the pipe, even while down. The referee is incapable of restoring order, which leads to Richie helplessly rushing further referees and some security personnel down the ramp and into the ring. It takes a lot, but they eventually overpower Twista and restrain him. Medics come out to check on Calloway; obviously, the current status is not an optimistic one. He is helped to the back.

A Survive to the End promo video is aired.

William Davis IV comes down to the ring to a chorus of boos from the fans. He mentions that Halloween is coming up fast, then posing the question of what that means for ECCW. His answer: nothing. He says that the ECCW locker room is already full of creeps, going on to his usual rhetoric of him being superior to everyone else. Moving on, he starts to poke fun at some of his fellow Terror superstars, calling Zayten a freak, Dan Maskell a whiner, Neville Ryan a cheat, Angel Rodriguez an illegal, Surge a has been — but gets no further, as the ring posts burst out blue flames, as a familiar music hits. The look on Davis' face changes immediately, as does his attitude. None other than Venom then comes down to the ring. Davis looks for an escape. Acting too late, he backs out of the ring and attempts to book it over the security barricade and through the crowd; Venom catches up to him at the barricade and throat thrusts him to the floor, tossing him around a bit. The crowd seems to enjoy the beating, as Venom rolls Davis into the ring, following him. Grabbing him by the throat, Venom lifts Davis up and slams him right back down with a devastating Chokeslam. His pyro hits again as Davis is left broken and regretful in the ring.

SUBMISSION MATCH
Tim Tapout vs. A local competitor
In an unscheduled match, Tapout absolutely dominates the local competitor out of Battle Creek. The crowd jeers Tapout for going up against such an easy target, an obvious mismatch. The match is over before it really begins, as Tapout makes the jobber, well, tap out within two minutes.

Winner: Tim Tapout, by submission @ 1:42

Tim Tapout spends a few minutes after the match parading around the ring, seeming to be proud of himself for his "accomplishment."

A Wednesday Night Doom recap video is aired.

ECCW TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP "I QUIT" MATCH
Will Williams (c) vs. Angel Rodriguez
Williams has Rodriguez tied up pretty good in a Boston crab submission hold, applying more and more pressure as time goes on, hoping to force Rodriguez into uttering the words "I quit." Rodriguez does whatever he can to get to the ropes, though a rope break would be of no official assistance to him in a no disqualification match of this sort. Making it to the nearest bottom rope, he grasps it, hoping to achieve some leverage to alleviate the pain of the submission. In time, Williams elects to give up on the hold, having done significant damage, going back to square one: just beating Rodriguez up. Rodriguez fights off Williams as best he can, which isn't much. Williams gets Rodriguez up into the Dream Crusher, but the attempt is reversed. Rodriguez tries for a reverse DDT but he fails on that too. Williams then knees Rodriguez in the crotch, bringing him down to his knees; such a move would be illegal in a normal match, but this is no normal match. The crowd likes it, cheering on Williams' barrage. Rodriguez being quite vulnerable in such a position, Williams intelligently uses the time given to him to continue the attack, this time locking in an ankle lock. The already-pained legs of Rodriguez are once again under pressure. After a couple more questionings by the referee, Rodriguez finally groans, "I quit."

Winner: Will Williams, by forfeit @ 22:25

Backstage again, an interviewer is standing by with Neville Ryan, who has the ECCW Heavyweight Championship belt thrown over his shoulder, proudly displaying it. The interviewer asks him what his thoughts are heading into his match against Zayten later in the night. Ryan talks about his return to ECCW dominance, reminding everyone — as if a reminder was necessary — that he has won Money in the Bank and King of the Ring since making his grand return to the company. He says that Zayten is nothing compared to him. "It may almost be Halloween, but that doesn't make Zayten scarier; all it does is cheapen the price of his 'babyish costume.'"

A Friday Night Crush recap video is aired.

GRUDGE MATCH
Dustin Shore vs. Adam Jones
The crowd gets into the "yay, boo" cheers and jeers as Shore and Jones go back and forth, trading blows. The tide turns in Shore's favor; Shore gets in several consecutive shots, one of which is so powerful that Jones is knocked off his feet, staggering to the mat. He gets up quickly. Shore charges in his direction, but Jones ducks out of the way, causing Shore to go over the top rope. He grabs onto the top rope and pulls himself to the ring apron, avoiding a fall. Jones kicks him in the gut through the ropes, however, possibly regaining the temporary advantage. He goes for a stunner of sorts on the top rope, but Shore counters, shoving Jones forward. Jones comes back with a clothesline attempt, but Shore pulls the top rope down, which does cause Jones to spill to the outside. The ring out count is therefore broken. Shore drops down to the outside, Irish whipping Jones into the announce table, wanting to cause him as much pain as possible, revenge clearly on the mind. Obviously in severe pain, Jones does what he can to continue to bring the fight to Shore. He is rather successful in doing so. He kicks Shore — questionably low — but the referee's view is obstructed. Jones rolls Shore back into the ring at the eight, sliding in himself at the nine. He stops to catch his breath with the little time he has to work with. Before he knows it, Shore is back up, going after Jones again. Jones tries to fend off Shore, but this time is unsuccessful, as Shore rains on Jones with strong punches before Irish whipping him to the ropes. Rebounding back, Shore lifts him up and slams him down with a Shore Leave. He covers as the referee glides into position to count the three.

Winner: Dustin Shore, by pinfall @ 23:01

Revenge belongs to Dustin Shore — at least on this night. The crowd is on their feet applauding Shore and joshing a downed Adam Jones. Shore is all smiles, though Jones did put up a valiant fight. Shore will definitely be walking away from this one with plenty of bruises of his own.

A Monday Night Terror recap is aired.

ECCW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
King Neville Ryan (c) vs. Zayten
Ryan hits a big clothesline on the fast approaching Zayten. Ryan taunts Zayten while he is down, a strategy he has implemented throughout the night, mocking his opponent before the match even got underway, as Ryan came out wearing vampire makeup, fake fangs, and a dark cloke. Zayten is not up for funny business, however, and this is proved by his unwillingness to give in even when Ryan is giving him a hard time. In one of those times, Zayten wills himself back to his feet, but Ryan takes him back down with a chop block before locking in a headlock. He squeezes as tightly as he can, pushing the life out of Zayten — that is, assuming there is any to begin with. Ryan elbows Zayten while he is locked in, but to the crowd's delight, Zayten brings himself to his feet using all of his strength. Ryan maintains the headlock, but Zayten elbows Ryan enough times for him to let go in time. Zayten hits the ropes and rebounds back with a dropkick to Ryan's knee, bringing him down to a lower level. Working with that, Zayten hits a one handed bulldog, building up momentum. This momentum does not last long however, as it is Ryan that eventually hits the Knightmare on Zayten, sealing the deal.

Winner: King Neville Ryan, by pinfall @ 15:05

Neville Ryan celebrates his retaining of the ECCW Heavyweight title in and around the ring as the fans are left shocked, disappointed that there were so many times that Zayten came so close to regaining the strap.

ECCW WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Peter Linch (c) vs. Omega
Enjoying his new-found cheers from some members of the ECCW crowd, Linch uses the electricity in the arena to get fired up while Omega makes it back to his feet. Charging at Omega, he hits a corner clothesline, positioning himself on the second rope afterwards. Omega sees what is coming next from a mile away, as he moves over to shake the ropes and cause Linch to lose his balance. Luckily for the champ, he only staggers a bit, manging to land on his feet on slightly shaky legs. Omega still uses it to his advantage, connecting with a back suplex on Linch. Ready to end it then and there, Omega signals for the 100% Bomb. Linch stands up and falls for the setup. Omega lifts Linch onto his shoulders, but his finishing attempt is countered in an impressive and brilliant manner, as Linch reverses it into a spiked DDT with loads of impact. Omega is visibly taken aback by the unpredictable maneuver, trying to get back up. Linch's confidence grows as he lifts a disoriented Omega onto his shoulders and hits the Bank On It. All happening so quickly, Linch is covering Omega in no time, and just like that, successfully defends the ECCW World title, hanging on to it for at least the time being.

Winner: Peter Linch, by pinfall @ 16:44
