He doesn't recognize the number but once he sees the little 'Savior' thing at the bottom he realizes who it is. He reads the very short text over and over again before finally deciding to reply.*

Angel feels his phone vibrate in his pocket, almost alarming him. It was very early in the morning. Or was it night? Surge wasn't even awake, doing Christ knows what in his locker room down the hall.

Groggily, he adjusts himself to reach in to his pants pocket and pull out his phone.

Seems like you've lost touch with what made you great.
