RULES
1)Must provide a weekly show and at least a bi-monthly PPV
2)No show guidelines if its a 2 hour show don't have 16 matches
3)Each promotion can have 1 2-hour slot and 2 1-hour slots [secondary show and a development show]
4)No roster limit - stars are released if not used on TV for 45 days (inactive clause) [unless injured/suspended]
5)Development talents must be used on main TV show within 3 months are they are deemed inactive
6)If show is not PG, warnings must be given at start of show
7)Talent sharing is allowed
8)Trading is allowed
9)There will be a draft every 3 months
10)Inter-brand PPV's are accepted
11)As well as 12 PPV's you can have an additional 4 3-Hour Specials
12)Tournaments are allowed, although not all will be TUBL-Sponsored/Approved

It's been announced that the first match that will ever take place in WCW will be a Detroit vs Chicago rivalry. 2 teams one from Chicago will face one from Detroit as its
CM Punk and Colt Cabana vs Alex Shelley and Chris Saban for the tag team championships.

More matches to be posted later but we are excited to announce this match.

SMW News:

SMW has announced his first PPV,it'll be called "Living Hell",and the Main Event will be an Inferno Match.

The official theme of Living Hell it's "Toxicity" by System Of A Down.

Also,the first SMW Letterbomb show will be held at the Staples Center,at Los Angeles,California,with a sold-out crowd of 21,000 people,tickets are now in sale!

And lastly,the first show will be a 3 Hour Special because of beeing the first show.

Idc what time cuz I'll probs be posting it roughly 8:00 am Australian Eastern Standard Time time on Tuesdays, dunno what that is American
The first PPV name and date will be announced on the first show next week, make the cost $35.95
The theme song is actually by Hunter and Collector or something along those lines, ik my mistake.
