Monday Night Raw
Live From New York City, New York

The show kicks off with pyro works as Michael Cole, Jerry “The King” Lawler and Good Ol’ J.R. are welcoming us to Monday night Raw!
The Big Show’s music hits and the Giant makes his way down to the ring setting to go one on one against the Game Triple H. Show gets in the ring as he gets cheered by the crowd in NY. Hunter’s theme hits and HHH walks into the ramp dressed in a suit. The Executive Vice President of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis comes out too and stands next to HHH. John says that HHH is suffering from a headache therefore he should not compete in a match tonight. He says that as the E. V. P. O. T. R. he has to make sure that the WWE superstars don’t suffer from any kind of injury. However, he says that Triple H will be competing this Sunday at Vengeance against the winner of the Wade Barrett vs Jeff Hardy match for the U.S. Title. Show yells from the ring that this is cr@p. Laurinaitis and HHH walk to the back as Show is left in the ring swearing as the crowd boos. Alberto Del Rio comes out holding a microphone and the crowd boos louder. Del Rio says that the only reason he is glad he’s not in a match tonight it’s because he will not have to compete in front of these people in New York! He walks into the ropes and stands in the ring apron. He tells Show that he should be happy he isn’t going to compete in a match here in New York. Then he winks at Show who is really pissed off. The GM of Raw Teddy Long comes out and he says that since Show can’t have Triple H tonight, and since Del Rio is out there we are going to kick off Raw tonight with Big Show taking on Alberto Del Rio! Show grabs Del Rio and gets him inside the ring. A referee gets into the ring and asks for the bell.

Alberto Del Rio vs Big Show.

Del Rio goes into the corner and Show goes after him nailing him with some strong punches. The ref yells at Show to back off but Show shoves the referee out of the way and continues hammering on Del Rio. The ref tries for the 2nd time to seperate Show from Del Rio but Show shoves him down again and continues the assault on a helpless Del Rio. The referee calls for the bell.

Winner by DQ: Alberto Del Rio!

Show doesn’t give a damn about getting DQ’d as he’s putting his frustrations out on Del Rio. Show picks up Del Rio and slams him down to the mat with a chokeslam. Show picks him up again and takes him out with a knockout punch. The referee yells at Show that that’s enough. Show hits a KO punch on the referee! Show then leaves the ring still in a bad mood as other referees run down to the ring to check on Del Rio and referee Charles Robinson.

Commercial Break.

Back live, David Otunga is in the ring and he complains about his loss to Zack Ryder last week. He says it was a complete fluke because Kelly Kelly was the referee. He demands from Zack Ryder to come out here and give him another shot at the Internet title. Rene Dupree comes out. He tells Otunga that the Internet title is just a piece of trash that Ryder created just because he couldn’t win a real title in the WWE. Otunga says that he wants to get Ryder’s title so he can destroy it in front of Zack’s fans. Dupree says that he likes this idea since that title doesn’t belong here. Zack Ryder’s theme song hits and the crowd goes nuts! Ryder comes out with his Internet title enjoying the cheers he gets from the audience. Ryder says that he is a fighting champion and he is not going to back down to any challenge. He says that since Otunga had his chance last week and lost, it’s only fair that Dupree now gets a chance at the title. Ryder gets in the ring and asks for a referee to come out. A ref comes out as Otunga leaves the ring and Ryder shouts at him “Woo Woo Woo you know it”

Internet Championship – Zack Ryder vs Rene Dupree.

They lock up and Dupree slams Ryder hard. Dupree with a big splash in the corner and a bunch of right hands. Dupree charges but Ryder connects with knees to the face. Ryder hits the Ruff Ryder out of nowhere for the quick win.

Winner and Still Internet Champion: Zack Ryder!

Ryder celebrates as Otunga looks from outside shaking his head. The ref hands the title on Ryder and he celebrates with it. Otunga gets in the ring and assaults Ryder from behind. Otunga takes down Ryder and soon Dupree joins in. Both Dupree and Otunga are assaulting Ryder now. Otunga holds Ryder down on his knees as Dupree hits Ryder in the head with the Internet title belt. Dupree and Otunga stand above Ryder as the crowd boos.

In the RAW GM Office Teddy Long confronts the Big Show. Long tells Show that he shouldn’t attack Del Rio and he shouldn’t put his hands on a referee. However he understands how Show is feeling after his match against HHH was cancelled. He tells Show that it wasn’t his idea to give HHH a U.S. Title shot at Vengeance. It was Mr. McMahon’s order. However he says that he can make a few changes in the match…

Divas Championship – Kelly Kelly vs Taylor Wilde.

The Divas title is vacant. Tonight we will crown a new champion. They lock up and Taylor takes it to the corner. Taylor with uppercuts. Kelly fights out of the corner but gets clotheslined for a 2 count. Taylor locks Kelly in a submission but she fights out. Kelly counters a move and goes for a roll up but Taylor stomps on her. Taylor grabs Kelly’s face and talks trash before slamming her face into the mat. Taylor continues the assault. Kelly comes back with an elbow but misses a springboard kick. Taylor connects with the Wilde Ride but Kelly kicks out at 2. Taylor then hits the bridging northen lights suplex and gets the victory.

Winner and NEW Divas Champion: Taylor Wilde!

Taylor grabs the Divas title and celebrates over a fallen Kelly. Taylor looks at the camera and says “it’s my time”

Commercial Break.

Back from the commercial the United States Champion Wade Barrett is in the ring making a promo. He says that winning the U.S. Title was just the first step in the mountain of success he is going to climb. He says that tonight he is going to defeat easily that punk Jeff Hardy and then he is going to defend the U.S. Title against HHH at Vengeance. He says that HHH has been an idol to him so this will be a dream match for him. Jeff Hardy comes out to a good reaction from the crowd.

U.S. Championship – Wade Barrett vs Jeff Hardy

The match starts off with Barrett in control. Hardy comes back and works on Barrett's arm. Barrett drops him with a right hand and gets a 1 count. Hardy comes back and dropkicks Barrett and goes back to the arm. Hardy takes Barrett back down to the mat. 2 count for Hardy. Hardy with another dropkick and a 2 count. Barrett fights back with a body shot and takes Hardy to the corner. Barrett beats Hardy down with right hands. Hardy comes back and hits a big dropkick to the face in the corner. 2 count by Hardy. Hardy runs the ropes and Barrett catches him with a big side slam for a 2 count. Barrett mounts Hardy with right hands now. Barrett slingshots Hardy off the top rope and drops him for another 2 count. Barrett with a chin-lock now. Hardy eventually comes back with a bulldog and uppercuts. Barrett stops him with a flying forearm and a 2 count. Barrett uses the ropes on Hardy now and hits him with several knees to the head. Barrett sends Hardy over the top and down to the floor with a big boot. Barrett brings Hardy back in the ring for a 2 count. Barrett with a headlock now. Back and forth action. Hardy sends Barrett flying off the apron and into the fan barrier. Hardy runs the apron and hits Barrett on the floor with a diving clothesline. Hardy brings it back in the ring and goes up to the top. Hardy with a flying clothesline to the face for a 2 count. Barrett comes back and goes for a big slam but Hardy rolls out and comes back with a few elbows, sending Barrett to the mat. Hardy connects with a sit out inverted suplex slam. Hardy then hits a double leg-drop to Barrett’s mid-section followed by a drop-kick to the face. Hardy goes for the cover and Barrett kicks out at two. Hardy goes for the whisper in the wind but Barrett moves out of the way and Hardy crashes into the mat. Barrett with the cover but gets 2.
Barrett goes for Wasteland but Hardy fights out with elbows. Hardy takes Barrett to the top. Barrett shoves him off and Hardy lands with the ropes between his legs. Barrett flies off and clotheslines Hardy dropping him down. Barrett goes for Wasteland again but Hardy counters into the Twist of Fate. Hardy goes into the top rope and connects with the Swanton Bomb. Hardy goes for the cover but Triple H gets in the ring and attacks Hardy. The ref calls for the bell.

Winner by DQ: Jeff Hardy!

HHH continues the assault on Jeff Hardy. HHH goes for Pedigree but suddenly Big Show’s music hits and Show runs down to the ring as HHH quickly slides out. Show yells at the Game to get back in the ring but HHH heads to the ramp. Teddy Long comes out. He says that at Vengeance Wade Barrett is going to defend the U.S. Title against Triple H…Jeff Hardy…and the Big Show! The crowd cheers as HHH looks really upset. Barrett gets up and sees Big Show in front of him. Show nails Barrett with a knockout punch! Show helps Hardy up and they shake hands.

Backstage John Laurinaitis tells Theodore Long that this decision was wrong. Teddy tells him that it doesn’t matter what John says because he isn’t the Raw GM, Teddy is. He says that Barrett will defend the title he never earned in a fatal four way match this Sunday and that is official.

Somewhere else backstage, Raven is beating the hell out of Michael McGillicuty. Michael attacked Raven last week on Raw to make a name for himself and now he is paying for it. Raven threw Michael through a metal door and then Michael was thrown through a glass window. Raven dragged Michael’s lifeless body down into the ring where he smashed him five times with a steel chair in the back before dropping him with a DDT on the chair. Raven then celebrated as the crowd loved this kind of violence.

Commercial Break.

Back live Matt Striker is interviewing the WWE Champion, The Miz. Miz says that it doesn’t matter who is going to win tonight’s Fatal 4 Way match because no one can stop the two time WWE Champion now. Miz says that his new title reign will be even more successful and historic than the first one. He says he will be watching this match really closely.

Fatal 4 Way match for the #1 Contender for the WWE Championship – CM Punk vs Chris Jericho vs Edge vs Shawn Michaels.

J.R., Cole and King have just been informed that Edge has been pulled out of this match and this is why: During the commercial break Mark Henry attacked Edge backstage and crashed him into the hood of a car with a world’s strongest slam. Henry yelled at Edge that they will meet at Vengeance this Sunday. Cole then informs us that Edge vs Mark Henry has been official for Vengeance.
So the match now will be a triple threat. During HBK’s entrance Mark Henry came out and attacked the Showstopper from behind. Henry slammed HBK into the floor. Henry then threw HBK right into the steel steps. Henry grabs HBK and rams him into the ring post and then into the fan barrier. Henry tosses HBK over the Spanish announcer table straight into the Spanish announcers. Henry clears the table and then he puts HBK through the table with the World’s Strongest Slam! Henry yells that Michaels was next and then he walks off as ETM’s run down to check on Shawn. CM Punk comes out and gets a huge pop from the crowd as he enters the ring. Jericho comes out to some loud boos as HBK is stretchered out of the arena. Teddy Long comes out and says that thanks to Mark Henry this is now a one on one match!

#1 Contender for the WWE Championship – CM Punk vs Chris Jericho.

The two exchanged some strikes before settling into a little headlock action. A little while after that they played around with some roll ups and back slides.
Finally Punk rapped Jericho in the mug with a right hand and went for a quick cover attempt. Punk hit some not so nice elbows into the grill of Chris Jericho who responded with a not so nice kick to the chest and a cover attempt of his own. Jericho laid in a back breaker before Punk slowly rose to his feet and the two traded punches before Jericho flipped him head over feet with a knee to the gut. Jericho dug an elbow in on the face during the cover attempt before gathering the straight edge sissy boy and flopping down on his mid section with a senton. Jericho hung Punk up on the middle of the top rope, but got greedy and was hung up himself trying to play around. Punk quickly gathered him and hit a forearm to the face, but ended up getting back body dropped to the floor. Jericho went for a baseball slide dropkick but completely whiffed. Punk capitalized and nailed a big round house kick. Back in the ring, the two traded big moves before settling into a striking exchange. Punk missed a drop kick before Jericho missed on the lion sault. Jericho came up lame on the landing and Punk pounced, hitting a knee breaker. Jericho tried to get something going but found himself stuck in Go 2 Sleep. Jericho fought out and went for the walls and once Punk broke free, Jericho tossed him into the ropes. Punk looked for a lariat, but Jericho ducked under it and caught him with the code breaker in mid-air. Jericho goes slowly for the cover but Punk kicks out at 2 and a half! Jericho goes to pick up Punk and Punk quickly lifts Jericho into his shoulders and hits the GTS! Punk covers Jericho and gets the pin-fall!

Winner: CM Punk!

CM Punk will face the Miz at Vengeance for the WWE Championship! Miz comes out and attacks Punk from behind. Miz goes for the Skull Crashing Finale but Punk counters into the GTS nailing down the champion. Punk celebrates over a fallen WWE Champion as the crowd goes crazy. Punk yells “it’s clobbering time at Vengeance” as the show goes off.
