Cell clenches his fists and tenses his muscles, before letting out a vile laugh as a red mist begins to stir around Cell's feet. Every loose object in the room hovers up into the air, before sitting still - seemingly suspended. Cell once again stops the flow of his energy and lets the objects drop down to the ground, before floating down to the floor and speaking...

Cell: "Unlike all of your previous foes, I actually contain super human strength. Bane, I am not your generic masqueraded villain who fights for his definition of justice, which is somewhat altered by his mental condition. I am above that; I act evil because that is what I am; and I get a huge sensation knowing that nobody can stop me..."

Cell begins to circle Bane, snickering at the courage shown by Bane who is still standing his ground.

Cell: "Dr. Gerro - my creator - programmed me to be legendary, and if you are still having doubts..."

Cell rips off his right arm, before sadistically laughing. Cell shockingly regenerates a fresh arm, before continuing ~ !!

Cell: "The word perfection has been over used to the extent that it has lost it's meaning. I am bringing perfection back into reality!"
