NXT actually has matches.
While on TE, you do dirty work that the backstage crew is too lazy to accomplish on their own.

NXT does not even compete with Tough Enough. Eventually they will have matches though. It'll be like Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling, they all work together in a scripted match.
