It's not lack of numbers, and being management you get to make the matches and the stips. So what's holding you back? Well, being the nice guy that I am, I'll tell you...your thinking is too linear. Wars, battles, matches...they're not won via simple numbers and cheap shots. That stuff only works when you're facing men of weak spirits and resolve. To win against men like me, you need to be able to see the unseen, plan two steps ahead and then two more steps in front of that. My scheming is much like the Long and Winding Road...full of twists and turns. Had you that ability, maybe this battle against Surge and the rest of the insurrection would be a bit more even-keel.

The Kevin Evans that beat me was hungry, looking to score a huge victory over a World Champion to put himself in line for a shot at championship gold. This Kevin Evans...this Kevin Evans that I'll fight on Insanity is a pathetic shell of that man. This Kevin Evans gave up the chance to call himself a champion just to join some stable? What kind of man just gives up a championship to use management to get what he could've gotten by himself? Slice it anyway you want, boy...but the fact is that when you had the chance to wear championship gold and make history, you threw it aside and handed it to a team that quite frankly is far and away less talented than you and J. This Kevin Evans...this Kevin Evans that I'll fight on Insanity is a pathetic shell of that man. This Kevin Evans gave up the chance to call himself a champion just to join some stable? What kind of man just gives up a championship to use management to get what he could've gotten by himself? Slice it anyway you want, boy...but the fact is that when you had the chance to wear championship gold and make history, you threw it aside and handed it to a team that quite frankly is far and away less talented than you and J. A champion doesn't throw a championship away just to make his life easier. It's pathetic, and quite frankly it makes me sick to look at what you've become. I hope that the Kevin Evans that pinned me in 3XW returns to Insanity, because that would be a fight worthy of challenging the International Champion. Because if this Kevin Evans shows up and stands across the ring from The Exile, then this Kevin Evans is going to get buried beneath the Road.

Cyrus looks back at Danny Evans.

Cyrus Black: And if this is the kind of pawn you have at your disposal, then I really feel sorry for you.

(Kevin Evans looks at the floor before looking at Black.)

"Cyrus, your right. I have fallen from grace. I have gone from the most ruthless man to a pawn. That is why, come the show I am going to bring back that Kevin Evans that beat you in 3XW, and I promise you he will be there. But for some odd reason that Kevin Evans does not come to the match, I want you to beat me until that Kevin Evans comes to life, deal?"

(Evans offfers a hand shake)

Cyrus extends his hand, but pulls it away and smirks before patting Kevin's shoulder.

Cyrus Black: You don't have to worry. Whichever Kevin shows up, I'm planning on beating the holy hell out of you. It's what I do. If you survive, you might just be worthy of wearing International gold. Do that, and I might just shake your hand.

(Kevin Evans just smirks and pushes Cyrus hand off his shoulder.)

"Just don't go easy Cyrus, this is our rematch, lets give these fans something to scream about shall we?"

(Evans leaves)

This previous Sunday, Harry Jones issued a public apology to the EFNW Universe. He said that he was incredibly frustrated by new management and that the old Harry Jones has returned. It appears that Harry's apology was accepted by his fans.

Marik, was the ECCW tribute necessary? Now there is no doubt that Crush or Terror will retaliate which will result in some kind of stupid war. When I made EFNW, I had a mix of epic story lines and 'extreme matches'. But in all honesty, 'The winner has to give ____ gobs' stipulations' is just too extreme. I am coming back as General Manager soon, Mesa.

Timeh we really need to talk on chat regarding Judgement and any other contacts you have on Xbox.

And Mesa, you are doing a good job running the thread. If I say anything negative about management, it is only Harry's gimmick. Anyway, end the feud with Jarrett, it is mocking the feds history. Hazza has spoken.

Stephen the Unlucky Cameraman, again drawing the short straw, is searching the hallways for Cyrus Black. He finds the International Champion sitting in a dimly-illuminated boiler room deep in the bowels of the EFNW Arena. He's wrapping his hands and wrists with black athletic tape slowly and methodically until he notices the nervous cameraman filming from a safe distance away. Cyrus chuckles as he waves the cameraman over.

Cyrus Black: Don't be so damn scared...get over here.

There's a loud, nervous "gulp" sound as the cameraman walks up to within a couple feet of Cyrus. Cyrus shakes his head and laughs as he continues taping his wrists.

Cyrus Black: Insanity...do you know what the definition is? Insanity, as defined by Albert Einstein, is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. A lesson that Daniel Evans and The Empire would do well to remember as the days and weeks roll on in the aftermath of Bloodbath. The Empire's schemes to regain control are failing simply because such strategies have already been used countless times by other power groups in this grand industry of ours. And while such plans and schemes would work against men of lesser intelligence and predictable behavior, they are rendered useless by men like Surge...men like me. To combat someone as unpredictable and uncontrollable like us, you need to think like us...or find someone to lead your pawns into battle that does. Why would I say this, you may ask? The answer is simple: what I desire is a challenge as I march forward to my richly-deserved rewards at Journey's End. I want the disorder that I create to leave behind men who'll stand up and give me the battles that I crave, so as to leave no doubt that Cyrus Black is, was, and forever will be the greatest professional wrestler in the world. I've said it once and I'll say it again: I care very little for the politics and machinations of management until I need to use said machinations to further my own agendas. In the end, you are either a tool to be used or an obstacle to be broken through in the eyes of The Exile.

Cyrus finishes taping his left wrist as he goes to work on the right.

Cyrus Black: Which brings me to my challenge for this week's Insanity: Kevin Evans. A young man who, in what was truly an inspired undertaking, managed to pin my shoulders to the mat for the 1-2-3. And while he barely survived that match with me, the fact remains that he did manage to get the job done and add a victory against Cyrus Black to his resume. But that Kevin Evans that gave me such a grand fight is not the same Kevin Evans that now serves as a pawn in The Empire. The Kevin Evans that the EFNW fans are accustomed to seeing is a shell of that man, a spineless dog at the table of Daniel Evans, begging for whatever scraps he decides to give. Tonight, I defend my International Title against Kevin Evans...but which Kevin will show up tonight? Will he be the sniveling little puppy, or the man with unlimited potential and aggression? I sincerely hope it's the latter, as a champion of my aptitude would be insulted if the former showed his face in my ring. Make no mistake about it though...whichever Kevin Evans shows up tonight, I will send him crashing headlong towards the pain and suffering that awaits any and all who choose to stand in my way at the end of the Long and Winding Road. Especially since the prize for me is a rather grand one...a World Championship opportunity that hangs in the balance. And come hell or high water, through the fire and the shadows, I will once again successfully defend my International Title and earn my shot at becoming World Champion for the third time in my career. There's not a man, faction, or force of nature that can stop me from doing what I've done in all the other promotions I've competed in...taking over.

Cyrus finished taping his wrist as he stands up and faces the camera. He takes the tape and affixes it to Stephen's lens, blacking it out. Although you can't see anything, the sound of Cyrus's laughter echoes throughout the boiler room and trails off, seemingly disappearing...
