Universe Election [Step 4a - Campaigning]

We are now officially beginning step four of the election process for the new admin on The Universe. We are down to five candidates for the position. According to the election guidelines, only three candidates are allowed onto the final ballot. Because of this, two of the current candidates will be eliminated during this step, in part 4b, the primary election. The primary election will occur sometime within the week after campaigning has happened for a while. The two candidates who receive the least amount of votes in the primary vote will be eliminated. It will also be used as a form of showing which candidates stand where in the polls and who needs to do more work to get more support, in terms of the top three.

Campaigning may begin now, even though all five candidates have unofficially began. Be creative in how you do it; make a thread outlining your plans, state why you are best for the job, answer questions. Do whatever it is you feel necessary will help you. If you have ideas for certain campaign events, please let myself or Richie know. We're always interested to hear what you are thinking. If you are a candidate that wants to get creative and host a particular event, advertise the campaign on the site, etc. let us know and we can hopefully figure something out.

Myself and Richie may look into a Q&A / debate style session with the five candidates. If this happens, more information will be coming soon.

The primary election (not the OFFICIAL one) is scheduled for Thursday, January 10. The candidates that will be on the ballot are Hazza, Karl, Mesa, Nova, and SP.
