It's also the only real fed, so in turn, it's also the least active Wink

See, so here we have Granger volenteering for E-Feds, and Adam, Karlito, and John for BTB, this is when the mods would ALL HAVE A GRAND DISCUSSION, and finally select at the end of all the volenteers have been made. Make a deadline or something. If you guys want, Ill keep a list.

I completely wouldn't do it like that. I'd moreso have them elected by the whole board not just have the current mods chose because then technically they can just be biased and shit.

I wouldn't mind being a mod for the E-feds, so that I could update rosters and such because thread owners can be lazy sometimes and it will take a while for them to do something about it.

I'd like to think I'd make reasonable smart decisions.
Plus if it went to an election, it may come down to popularity in some cases rather to what's best for the board.

With that being said, I'd also think it would be very important to see who would be interested in what, who everyone thinks would be good for what etc.
