"Well, I dropped some clients to a competitor due to some... personal issues, but now that those are all sorted out, I figured I could secure some talent and do some damage control here in ECCW. Especially if I can get a veteran of the business the respect he deserves."

Shiplett gives the pen to Brooks, and waits for a response.
