After defeating the formerly undefeated Rhyno at X-PW’s fifth DVD taping, Xtrodinary, Carlito has been untouchable. How will the “cool one” perform at the top?
X-Champion – Shark Boy
A surprise packet in X-PW, “Stone Cold” Shark made his debut in an invitational for the X-Championship where he defeated champion, and now former employee Ken Doane. Since then Shark Boy has remained undefeated taking on some big names with some big success.
X Tag Team Cup – Yet to be Contested
When for one night X-PW turns all its attention on tag team wrestling at the X Tag Team Cup taping, which strange pairing will take the gold?

X Tag Team Cup Tournament Announced
-Earlier today via www.X.com “Mr. X” announced that on July Wednesday the 20th X-PW will be taping the X Tag Team Cup Tournament. The show will see stars from X-PW and various other promotions paired together at random then forced to team together to battle for the X Tag Team Cup.

Ladies, Gentlemen, Boy and Girls, Cats and Dogs, this is your leader, your messiah and your favourite booker in all of the world, Mr. X writing to you from an undisclosed destination and boy do I have some big news for you! On July 20th I have organized for stars from CHIKARA, Dragon Gate, PWG, RoH and so much more to come to the X Tag Team Cup DVD Taping to compete in a tournament for the X Tag Team Cup! But what makes it so special? Well there isn’t going to be normal tag teams. We’re going to see stars paired at random and made work together whether they like each other or not to try and take home some silverware. So keep your eyes peeled!

::Shark Boy © vs. Rhyno::
<X-Championship>

The bell sounds and the crowd of 700 people are going nuts. Rhyno quickly charges at Shark Boy and forces him into the corner. He pounds away at his jaw and chest with clenched fists leaving him trying to cover up in while pushed up against the turnbuckle. As Shark Boy leans in the corner Rhyno stomps away at his mid-section until the ref. can finally pry him off of the champ. The ref. yells at Rhyno things like respect and authority but Rhyno just throws the ref. aside which garners heat from the crowd. Rhyno moves back towards Shark Boy who hits him with a forearm staggering him back a step. Shark Boy quickly nails another before charging at Rhyno. Unfortunately Rhyno catches him and nails a spinning spinebuster! He quickly covers,

Kick Out!

::Mr. F:: Oh my god! Rhyno is trying to kill him!

::Mr. Q:: It’s like a wacky nature channel show, land verse water, Rhino verse Shark!

::Mr. F:: Haha! Go Shark Boy.

Rhyno gets to his feet and looks annoyed. He quickly starts laying into Shark Boy with repetitive stomps to the chest. The ref. tries to tell him to get away but he’s having none of it. The ref. continues to try and get Rhyno away but he just shoves him off him and to the mat. The ref. is quickly back to his feet just as Rhyno lifts Shark Boy to his. The ref. moves towards Rhyno furious but is suddenly knocked down when Rhyno sends Shark Boy flying through the air and crashing into the ref. Rhyno quickly rolls out of the ring and goes under the ring. He pulls out a steel chair and table.

“Shark Boy! Shark Boy! Shark Boy!”

The crowd continues to chant for the champ as Rhyno sets up the table in the centre of the ring. Shark Boy starts to stagger to his feet and Rhyno quickly grabs the steel chair, he lines Shark Boy up before slamming the chair over his head, putting a huge dent in the centre of it! Rhyno slowly backs into the corner and begins bouncing up and down in a squatting position egging Shark Boy to get up as the ref. begins to stir. Shark Boy uses the table to get to his feet and just as he turns around he is met by a massive Gore from Rhyno sending him crashing through the table. The ref. is up just in time to see it and quickly calls for the bell signaling a DQ.


>>Rhyno gets to his feet looking shocked as the ref. leaves the ring begins talking to Mr. Z. After about 30 seconds Mr. Z brings the mic. to his bag<<

::Mr. Z:: The referee has informed me that Rhyno has been disqualified meaning the winner of this match and still X-Champion, the undefeated, Shark Boy!!

>>Rhyno is visibly annoyed as the ref. hands Shark Boy his title. Shark Boy is still down and out as the ref. checks on him and Rhyno begins to circle around the ring. He turns his focus to the ref. and Shark Boy and lifts the ref. to his feet before throwing him from the ring to the floor. Rhyno then turns his attention to Shark Boy who has the title across his chest out could in the rubble of the table. Rhyno lifts him to his feet and is setting up for a Running Power Slam when the X-PW Champion Carlito comes running to the ring. The crowd erupts and Rhyno throws Shark Boy aside as Carlito drops his belt on the ramp and slides in the ring. Rhyno quickly goes for a clothesline but Carlito ducks and quickly plants him with a huge Backstabber! The crowd go nuts as Rhyno rolls out of the ring holding his back in pain. Carlito goes to grab his title before getting back in the ring and celebrating with Shark Boy as we cut backstage<<

>>We cut to the parking lot where we see Jimmy Rave leaning against a wall. He has a cigarette dangling from his mouth. He removes it and holds it in between his two end fingers as he turns to face the camera<<

::Jimmy Rave:: Val Venis … Val Venis! What you did last week was just unacceptable, getting involved in my match like that … costing me my match like that … not cool man, not cool at all. See Val, you think your this big man on campus, just because the only action you ever got was action you were getting payed for. See, the difference between me and you, is I’m a real man, and when I’m finished with you … [Rave takes a long drag from his cigarette before blowing the smoke away] you’ll know what it’s like to be Jimmy Approved!

>>Rave flicks his cigarette but at the camera and it bounces off the lens. He walks past the camera man and back into the arena as the crowd boo’s loudly<<

>>The shot goes back to the ring and we are all set for our next match of the night with Necro Butcher, Val Venis, Jimmy Rave and Hurricane Helms squaring off in a fatal four way match for the rights to become number one contender for the X-Championship<<

::Necro Butcher vs. Jimmy Rave vs. Hurricane Helms vs. Val Venis::
<#1 Contenders Match for X-Championship, Elimination Style>

The bell sounds and Rave quickly charges at Val Venis and the two men begin to trade rights and lefts in the corner. This leaves Necro Butcher and Hurricane Helms to go at it. Helms quickly moves towards Butcher but he throws his hands up telling him to wait, Hurricane seems confused until Butcher pulls a kendo stick out from the back of his shirt! The crowd boo as he closes in on Helms. Butcher starts swinging for the fences but our resident super hero quickly dodges the first attempt. Butcher quickly goes for another swing but Hurricane ducks under it and then again on the rebound! Helms throws both his arms in the air in celebration, bad move, Butcher clocks him over the head with the cane. The crowd boo.

::Mr. F:: BANG! Did you see that, Helms just found his kryptonite!

::Mr. Q:: Necro is gonna butcher his arse!

::Mr. F:: You’re so corny …

Meanwhile Rave has Venis down in the corner and is stomping a mud hole into him. Butcher moves towards the two men and taps Rave on the shoulder telling him to get out of the way. Rave nods before Butcher cracks Venis over the head breaking the cane in half.

::Mr. Q:: Bit of team walk there!

Rave quickly rolls Butcher up and puts both feet on the second rope.

::Mr. F:: Nope.

Rave quickly gets to his feet and kicks Butcher out of the ring before leaning over the top rope and spitting his gum on him. Rave quickly picks Venis back up and boots him in the guts. He grabs him in a front face lock before nailing a snap suplex! Rave gets to his feet but is quickly knocked back down by a Hurri-Kick from Helms knocking him from the ring!

::Mr. F:: Big move there buddy!

::Mr. Q:: Do you reckon Hurricane Helms can fly?

::Mr. F:: Maybe when he’s high …

Hurricane quickly turns his attention to Val Venis as he is getting to his feet. He charges at him and nails a massive Eye of the Hurricane! The crowd erupt as he goes for the cover!

::Mr. F:: We’ll it’s all over for our little pornstar!

Helms quickly rolls out of the ring and grabs Rave by his head. He throws him back in the ring and quickly follows suit. Rave gets to his feet and Helms goes for another Hurri-Kick but Rave ducks it and punches him in the grapes!

::Mr. Q:: Oooo, low blow

::Mr. F:: I honestly thought a superhero would wear a jock strap

Rave gets to his feet and begins setting Helms up for a Ghanarhea but is taken down by a clothesline to the back of the head from Val Venis! The crowd erupts with cheers as Rave goes down. Val Venis quickly picks him back up before nailing a huge Big Package!!

::Mr. F:: I wonder if that’s the biggest package Venis has got?

::Mr. Q:: Given his past … no.

Venis quickly leaves the ring as Helms crawls to the cover,

::Mr. Z:: Here is your winner and number one contender to the X-Championship, Hurricane Helms!

>>The crowd erupt with cheers as Helms staggers to his feet and pulls his arm in front of him. The ref. raises his hand in the air as Venis claps him from the ramp. Helms celebrates on the second rope as Rave begins to come through in the ring. He looks towards Venis and mouths “Your mine” as we get a video package with Mr. X<<

>>The feed starts off very static like. It cuts to normal and Mr. X is seen standing in a pure white room. He, of course has his bag on<<

::Mr. X:: As you should all know by now on July the 14th X-PW will be host the X-Tag Team Cup DVD Taping with wrestlers from various other promotions taking part in the event. Well I can now confirm that wrestlers from TNA, Ring of Honor and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla plus stars from our own company will be taking part in this massive event. So stay tuned, keep your eyes glued to www.X.com for the latest updates on this tournament and expect to see the participants and teams named soon.

>>The shot again goes very static as the fans chant “X! X! X!” as we cut to the locker room of Rhyno<<

>>We cut to Rhyno’s locker room where he is seen pacing back and forth. He has one hand constantly on his back, visibly still sore from the Backstabber he received from Carlito earlier in the night. He continues pacing back and forth as he begins to talk<<

::Rhyno:: Why did I do what I done? Why did I put Shark Boy through a table? Why did I cost myself the X-Championship? Why did I look to punish Shark Boy some more? Because I wanted to make a statement, I wanted to make a statement that I am above and beyond that stupid little X-Championship. I wanted to make a statement that Carlito will be giving my title back and very soon. I wanted to prove that no one will ever catch me off guard again like he did last week to take my title … like he did tonight! [Rhyno grabs the trash can by the door and throws it across the room in frustration. Bottles, food containers etc. go everywhere] Carlito, when I get my re-match, and trust me when I say I will be, you won’t be catching me off guard again, no, no, no, no .. no! I’ll be catching you … with a GORE! GORE! GORE!!!

>>Rhyno continues to pace back and forth fuming as we cut to the ring where Carlito is standing in the ring<<

>>We cut to the ring and Carlito is standing in the centre dressed to compete. He has a mic. In one hand and the X-PW Championship around his waist. “Car-Li-To! Car-Li-To!” chants break out across the arena<<

::Carlito:: Last week, X-PW got just a little bit cooler when I ended my losing streak and took home the X-PW Championship, handing Rhyno his first ever loss in X-PW! [The crowd pop] And Rhyno I know you want this title back and I know you’re itching to get a re-match, but I think I proved tonight, that you’re too easy for me to take down! It took me less than 5 seconds to get rid of your arse, and do you wanna know why I did so easily? Because you’re not cool! [The crowd cheer] But even though you’re an easy win for me, I guess you do deserve a re-match, so how about in two weeks’ time, right here on X, exclusive to www.X.com I give you your re-match!? [The crowd goes nuts] But first, right now, I have to deal with someone else who isn’t cool, Naruki Doi! [The crowd boo] Doi, you wanted to take on the champ, so get out here and let’s get this over with!

::Mr. F:: Huge match up right here, Speed Muscle’s Naruki Doi taking on the champ, Carlito!

::Mr. Q:: Let’s just hope Masato Yoshino doesn’t get involved.

<Non-Title Match>

The bell sounds and the men quickly move towards each other meeting up in the centre of the ring. They quickly lock up. Carlito uses his slight size advantage in his favour and quickly puts Doi in a side head lock. Doi backs up to the ropes and quickly pushes Carlito off of him and across the ring. The two men meet in the centre of the ring and Carlito takes Doi down with a shoulder block. Doi quickly rolls to his feet and runs at the ropes himself, Carlito follows him and when he turns off the ropes Carlito puts a knee in his ribs.

::Mr. Q:: Veteran move there from our champion

Carlito grabs Doi by the head as he is bent down clutching at his ribs. He slaps him across the face before sending him into a corner. Carlito quickly follows and starts to kick away at Doi’s ribs. He grabs him by the back of the head before throwing him to the opposite corner. Carlito quickly charges at him and goes for a body splash but Doi gets out of the way in in time and Carlito crashes and burns.

::Mr. F:: Lucky escape their for Doi!

Carlito staggers out of the corner and Doi quickly turns to him and nails a swift kick to his lower back. Carlito falls to his knees’ in the corner and grabs his back in pain. Doi grabs Carlito by his hair and lifts him to his feet. Doi slams Carlito’s head on the corner turnbuckle before throwing him over the top rope and to the floor. Doi goes to leaves the ring but the ref. stops him. While the refs. Back is turned Yoshio boots Carlito in the head. The ref. starts his count.

Carlito uses the barrier to pull himself to his feet. Doi sees an opening and sprints across the ring before sprinting back and nailing Carlito with a massive suicide dive between the middle and top rope which sends both men crashing into the barrier!

“That was Awesome!” clap, clap, clap-clap-clap “That was Awesome!”

::Mr. F:: What a huge suicide dive!

::Mr. Q:: Carlito isn’t looking so cool now is he!

The ref. restarts his count as the fans continue to go crazy,

Doi uses the barrier to struggle to his feet as Carlito is dragging himself towards the ring. Doi quickly staggers over to the ring before falling under the bottom rope at 7. He quickly yells at the ref. to keep counting.

::Mr. F:: So close, Naruki nearly pulled off a huge upset!

::Mr. Q:: Come on Carlito kick his ass!

Carlito dives in just in time! The crowd erupts! Doi looks pissed and quickly starts stomping away at the back of Carlito with vicious kicks. After about eight seconds the ref. finally pulls Doi away. He talks to him about respecting the rules etc. until Doi see’s Carlito getting up. He pushes past the ref. and quickly boots him in the side of the head knocking him back down! The crowd “Ooooo!” Doi quickly moves to the nearest set of turnbuckles and climbs to the top rope. He balances himself before hitting a Bosou Elbow! Doi quickly covers,

Kick Out!

::Mr. Q:: Oh so close! Naruki Doi looks to be closing in on a victory right now!

::Mr. F:: Yes he does! This could be the upset of the year!

Doi gets to his knees’ and pounds the mat in frustration. He gets to his feet and begins to line Carlito up as he uses the ropes to pull himself to his feet. Doi runs across the ring and looks to hit Carlito with a cross body but Carlito sees it coming and leaps in the air and connects with a dropkick to Doi’s mid-section knocking both men to the flat. Doi grabs at his ribs in pain.

::Mr. Q:: That’s an equalizer!

::Mr. F:: And he didn’t even have to use a sledgehammer!

The ref. checks on both men as they struggle to their feet at the same time. They start to trade rights and lefts back and forth until Carlito catches one of Doi’s and plants him with a Superkick square the jaw! Doi goes down! Carlito falls into the corner trying to regain his breath. He watches Doi as he struggles to get to his feet before staggering over to him. He drives an elbow into his jaw forcing him to do a 180 spin and falling to one knee. Carlito quickly plants him with a Backstabber!

::Mr. Z:: Here is your winner, your X-PW Champion, “Caribbean Cool” Carlito!!

>>The crowd erupts with cheers as Carlito slowly gets to his feet and Yoshino helps Doi out of the ring and to the back. The ref. hands Carlito his championship and he raises it in the air. Suddenly the crowd erupts with boos. Carlito looks confused at first but as soon as he realizes what’s going on it’s too late as Rhyno drives him into the mat with a huge Gore! Rhyno gets to his feet and grabs the X-PW Championship. He raises it high above his head as “Rhyno Sucks!” chants break out across the arena and “X” ends for the night<<
