Doom 5 – Bloody Eagle

The seventh episode of Doom 5 kicks off with…Ryan Andrews! Andrews says that he is waiting for XXX to come out here so he can take him out for good. Triple X appears in the titantron and says that he will meet Ryan Andrews later tonight, but first he will make a “Finishing Move” challenge for the rookies. Whoever manages to hit a finishing move on Ryan Andrews wins! The rookies come out and they surround the ring. Coty Weston gets in but he is taken out by a big boot by Andrews. Lackett goes for the Eye-Opener but Andrews counters with a huge clothesline. Del Rosario jumps off the top rope, but Andrews catches him in mid-air and tosses him out of the ring right into Hennings, Wreckingball and John America. Evans takes down Andrews with a drop-kick off the top rope. Evans goes to hit the Ace in the Hole, but Jeff Nowell sends him out of the ring with a drop-kick and goes to the top of the corner. Nowell goes for a Phoenix Splash, but Andrews moves out of the way. Lackett and Wreckingball are both taken out by Andrews next. Andrews hits a big boot on Evans sending him back into the outside. Nowell gets up and he connects with a Yakuza kick on Andrews to win!

Winner of the “Finishing move” challenge: Jeff Nowell!

Wreckingball and Lackett quickly attack Nowell. Santiago Del Rosario jumps into the ring to make the save. Andrews takes out both Santiago and Nowell only to get hit by a Spike DDT by Evans.

A Gold Rush promo airs.

Jeff Nowell def. Ricky Lackett at 12:09. Very good match. Wreckingball tried to interfere, but Santiago Del Rosario took him out. Lackett then took out Del Rosario, but that gave the opportunity to Nowell to hit the Yakuza kick, followed by the Phoenix Splash for the win.

Backstage, the Doom World Champion Coty Weston asks McDonald to cancel his match tonight against Triple X. McDonald says he will do something better. He makes the match a tag team match. Coty Weston and Ryan Andrews against Triple X and Kevin Evans!

Randal Hennings def. John America via the Patriotic Punishment at 5:34!

Terror recap airs.

Santiago Del Rosario def. Mikey Wreckingball at 9:31. Great match. The luchador won via a roll-up. After the match, Wreckingball took out Del Rosario with the Mikey Likey.

Crush recap airs.

Kevin Evans & Xerxes Xander Xorn def. Coty Weston & Ryan Andrews at 11:21. XXX locked the “Best seat in the House” on Andrews outside of the ring while Evans pinned Weston after hitting the Evans Spike. After the match, Dustin Shore and Coty Weston attacked Evans and XXX. Ryan Andrews joined them soon. Ricky Lackett and Mikey Wreckingball came out too. 5 men are taking on two. Santiago Del Rosario and Jeff Nowell run down. However the number game comes in to play. Andrews power-bombs XXX through the announcer table, but then he gets another Yakuza kick by Nowell. Nowell gets back in the ring to help Del Rosario but he is taken out by the Eye-Opener of Ricky Lackett. Santiago connects with a hurricarana on Lackett but then he gets a low-blow by Wreckingball. The two buddies hit a double chokeslam(!) on Del Rosario. Evans starts fighting back Weston and Shore but Wreckingball and Lackett drop him down. 4 guys start beating down Evans. Evans gets busted open as Wreckingball and Lackett celebrate. Lackett yells at Evans the he will be the champion again, but he gets knocked out by Weston who uses the Doom World title belt to hit Ricky in the skull. Wreckingball gets a low-blow by Shore, followed by the Blackjack by Weston. Weston and Shore are standing tall as bodies are laying everywhere. XXX and Ryan Andrews are out cold outside of the ring, Nowell and Del Rosario are down, Wreckingball and Lackett are down too and Evans is a bloody mess after being attacked by four men. The Champion Coty Weston holds up the World title with Dustin Shore applauding as the show goes off…

The GM of Doom Jason McDonald has announced the following matches for next week:

Mikey Wreckingball and Ricky Lackett will face the team of Jeff Nowell and Santiago Del Rosario in a Tag Team No Holds Barred match.

Plus, Kevin Evans will meet the Doom World Champion Coty Weston one on one just two nights before Gold Rush.

Dustin: You did a good job sending messages to your competition, we left them lying around the ring area like a hurricane came through. But you were pinned by Kevin Evans, 1-2-3, Coty. You shouldn't let it happen next week and you certainly can't let it happen at Gold Rush! I've spent weeks filling your ears with praise and helping you out, but now I need you to step up. I have a meeting with the Jerichos next Friday, so I will not be at DOOM to help you. Make it through in one piece and I'll be at ringside to support you come Gold Rush.

*Coty looks at the DOOM World Title, then back to Dustin.*

Coty: All right, I got it. I can handle one week alone. I'm the champion, after all.

Dustin: Good. I want you to cut a promo before your title match at Gold Rush, too. There are a lot of people saying you are coasting on my reputation. They are your critics, and you need to address them. Tell them that you are the next winner of DOOM!

*Coty walks off to prepare, while Dustin shakes his head and goes back to his paperwork.*
