| Feel free to ask more questions to the remaining candidates. What problem do you think The Universe faces most and how do you plan to fix it? - Click for Karl's answer:
I would say that the main problem would probably be inactivity from the vast majority of users on The Universe. Of course it is pretty much impossible to make people become active so what you need to do is give them a reason to want to be active. One way in which I believe will encourage more people to come on this site is giving more of a wide range of discussion boards on this site. Now I'm not saying that we need to add more discussion boards but what we do need to do is try and get more people participating in discussions etc. on the current discussion boards we have on this site. The Universe's most popular discussion board on this site is Fantasy Wrestling and that is fine but what a lot of people come on this site for is to discuss what is going on in the wrestling world and what has happened in the past. If they come on this site and nobody is appearing to participate in these discussions then they will not feel compelled to join the site. So what I propose to do is encourage users to join in discussions all over the site to make the site more appealing to other wrestling fans on the internet.

Lack of activity. I'd try to motivate people to be active.
What do you think makes you the most qualified candidate for the admin position? - Click for Karl's answer:
I wouldn't say I am necessarily the most "qualified" candidate but what I would say makes me the best candidate for the admin position is that I will not abuse my power. I will use the admin power merely to make this site a better place for all different kinds of wrestling fans. I may not be the most "popular" on here but I would consider myself to be one of the "originals" from back on the original WWE Universe and even Fan Nation.
- Click for TJ's answer:
I actually listen to what people have to say and do more than, "take into consideration" of what they say.
Why did you decide to run for admin? - Click for Karl's answer:
I have always made it clear that I want to improve this site by any means necessary. I have looked for opportunities to do so in the past but there has never been as good an opportunity to do so than through being an admin so when this Admin Election began I decided I would give it a go and hope for the best.
- Click for TJ's answer:
Because no one else did.
What specific plans or ideas do you have that you would intend to implement as admin? - Click for Karl's answer:
One idea that I have already implemented is little mini tournaments pitting wrestlers, wrestling moves etc. against each other to see which is most popular in the opinion of the users of this site. We have already had one successful tournament and we have our second underway at the moment, with a third set to begin immediately following the current tournament. Another idea I have already stated I intend to implement is getting a small group of dedicated users who, like me, wish to get more discussions going in each discussion board. This group will post news or rumors as they are revealed anywhere that people notice. For example, if somebody in this group read an article about a wrestler being suspended then they would post it in the correct discussion board and try to get people involved in discussing that piece of news. There are other plans that I have "up my sleeve" but I am going to put them on hold just in case I do not get the position.
- Click for TJ's answer:
None, really. I would try to increase traffic, but other than that there's not much else to do.
Describe the site in one word if you were elected. - Click for Karl's answer:
Better.
- Click for TJ's answer:
Tacos.

| Good answers from both, whilst it might not look like it, TJ has just as good morals/beliefs as Karl. Karl just went into extended detail.
To both candidates;
What are your feelings on having specific members mod certain parts of the board in an attempt to increase activity in said sections.

| The only thing that needs doing is to assign users a specific section. They wouldn't even require admin powers, except maybe sticky things in their section only. The intention of this would be to attract new users and when this is successful, then some of the users can be given extra powers, however this would still be limited to their specific section.
Simple? Saves all the bullshit that you've decided to do instead.

Especially since people volunteer for their specific part, which would indicate that they actually want to make that part better.

| TJ's answers are so much more full of win. Short and confronting. To Karl: TL;DR | |
