Friday night SmackDown (5/18/12) "Caged Heat"

We are live from Bakersfield, CA and the King of the Ring throne, the red cape and the crown are in the ring. SmackDown’s King will officially be crowned. Michael Cole introduces the 2012 King of the Ring, Christian who comes to the ring on a mobile throne. After Cole sung the praises of the new King, Christian was crowned by none other than...Maxine. In his first royal decree, King Christian introduced Maxine as the new Queen but then said that he wouldn't like to have such a whore by his side so he announced that there will be no Queen because there is no need for a Queen. King Christian proclaims that all the SmackDown Superstars should bow down to their monarch. The King asks the 2006 KOTR Booker T to get in the ring and bow down. Booker refuses and Cole tries to force him but Booker shoves him away. Christian tells Booker that he will either get in the ring to bow down or Christian will go down there and drag Booker in the ring. Randy Orton's theme hits and the Viper comes out. Christian tells Randy that their match last Sunday was epic and they should shake hands but since Christian is the King now, Orton needs to bow down. Orton takes down the King with a clothesline and Christian quickly leaves the ring. Orton gets a mic and says that the only reason that we get to see Christian wearing a crown is because Wade Barrett decided to stick his nose into Orton's business. Orton calls out Barrett demanding to know why he cost him the match last Sunday. The World Champion comes out and he says that all he did was just show his respect towards the KOTR Christian. He says that he made sure that Sheamus wouldn't be the World Champion after Judgment Day and Orton wouldn't be KOTR after Judgment Day. Now the next one in line for the Wrld title is the KOTR Christian. Christian jumps Orton from behind and Barrett joins in on a 2 on 1 fight. Sheamus comes out and clears the ring. Sheamus and Orton drop the throne out of the ring. Teddy Long is out and he says that Sheamus didn't lose his match against Barrett at Judgment Day so he deserves a 2nd chance. From the other hand, Christian won the KOTR Tournament so he deserves a chance at the title too, but if it wasn't for Wade Barrett, Randy Orton would be the KOTR. There for since all three men deserve a World title shot, all three will get one. Wade Barrett is going to defend the World title against Christian, Sheamus and Orton in a Fatal 4 Way, Steel Cage match. Christian and Barrett look upset over that decision while Orton and Sheamus seem to like it.

Commercial break

We come back to see Justin Gabriel in the ring. Hunico comes out next and cuts a pre-match promo to offend Gabriel.

Justin Gabriel vs Hunico

They lock up, and Hunico quickly gets a side headlock applied. Gabriel twists out, and he hits an arm drag. Hunico quickly comes back, and he takes him down. Hunico sends him into the ropes, but Gabriel holds on. Hunico charges, and Gabriel back body drops him to the apron. Hunico slides through the legs, and he kicks him in the head. Monday night Raw (5/21/12) "Ladder's aren't just for Climbing"

Raw begins with Chris Jericho sitting on the top of a Ladder that's inside the ring. Jericho says that in six days CM Punk will enter Jericho's playground. Jericho says that he has made history in ladder matches beating superstars like Shawn Michaels and Christian. He says that Punk got lucky at WrestleMania and then at Backlash but this time his luck will run out. Jericho vows to climb the ladder this Sunday, rach for the title, unhook it and become the WWE Champion, proving that he is the best in the world. CM Punk comes out and he tells Jericho to enjoy his time on the top of that ladder because this Sunday he will not even get close to the highest step. Punk says that this Sunday he will once again prove that he is the best in the world - he starts climbing the ladder and comes face to face with Jericho - and better than Chris Jericho was, is and ever will be. Jericho says that if he wanted to he would knock Punk off of this ladder right now, cause him an injury and make sure that he is not able to compete at Extreme Rules but he doesn't want to do that. He wants to beat CM Punk just like he beat him last week with the only difference being that this time he will not pin him or make him submit, he will just climb the ladder and win the title. And while he does that he will make sure that Punk is watching so he can see the WWE Title slipping away from him. Punk says that this was a good story but it's far from truth. He says that this Sunday will be the final encounter between CM Punk and Chris Jericho. And in that last encounter the world is going to see CM Punk kicking Chris Jericho's ass off of the ladder, sending him down to the bottom, right where the sales of his latest music album is. The segment ends with Punk and Jericho getting face to face while on the top of the ladder.
