Three's a Crowd
We get highlights from Brock Lesnar's assault on Randy Orton last week. Tonight, Brock Lesnar and his advocate Paul Heyman will address this attack.
Plus, The Undertaker will be here tonight to talk about his match against Goldberg at WrestleMania 29.
Also, WWE Champion John Cena and World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler will team up with Daniel Bryan in our main event as they take on the team of RyAxel and Alberto Del Rio.
The "Best in the World" CM Punk makes his way down to the ring to open the show. Massive crowd reaction for the "Second City Saint" by the Texas crowd. Punk says that WwrestleMania is on the horizon and the focus and the spotlight is centered on almost any other superstar but him. He says that people talk about the match that was "never supposed to happen", the Dream match between HBK Shawn Michaels and The Rock. He says that he would love nothing more than to compete against Shawn Michaels, who he idolized when he was just a fan of wrestling and he would like nothing more than to defeat the People's Champ because until you have beat the Best in the World, you are no Great One what so ever.
And then there is the Streak. The most prestigious Streak in all of entertainment as The Phenom, The Undertaker takes on WCW's finest, Bill Goldberg. Punk admits that he has never been in the ring with Goldberg but he wouldn't say no to an invitation. But then again he would be a fool to say no to the chance at being the 1 in 20-1. He says that he would give the Undertaker a run for his money and in the end he would break the Streak. But that spot is taken so...
Then we have the grandest main event in WrestleMania history. The WWE and World Heavyweight titles will be unified as a single WWE World Heavyweight Championship. He says that most people would expect him to be frustrated for not being in that main event but the truth is that he has no one to blame for this but himself. He was that close at winning the Royal Rumble but he couldn't get it done. And then he was once again very close to becoming WWE Champion at No Way Out but once again he couldn't get the job done. Punk says that he is a man and as a man he is not afraid to admit defeat...or failure. He says that on the bright side, Dolph Ziggler is in the main event of WrestleMania and the 2nd best in the world Daniel Bryan will become the first ever WWE World Heavyweight Champion! A "Yes" chant begins now.
Punk says that then there is Brock Lesnar who apparently wants to face Randy Orton at WrestleMania. He recalls his Deathmatch with Brock at the 25th Anniversary of SummerSlam and says that he wouldn't mind going for it one more time! He says that there is no way that he will sit in the sidelines and watch WrestleMania pass him by so instead of just talking about it, he is going to do something about it!
The Swiss Superman Antonio Cesaro comes out now. Cesaro says that the sad truth is, that nobody cares about CM Punk anymore, simply because he is not relevant anymore. He says that ever since he lost the WWE Championship and was destroyed by Brock Lesnar, he hasn't done anything to justify his claim to be "Best in the World". On the other hand, the Swiss Superman came to the WWE and in four months he made more impact than Punk could make in four years. He says that if anyone deserves to face either the Rock or Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania is him. And if anyone is capable of ending the Undertaker's Undefeated Streak at WrestleMania is him. And if anyone is able to beat the Beast Incarnate at WrestleMania...that's right, is him!
Punk says that he appreciates Cesaro coming out here...not. He says that he has seen guys like Cesaro come and gone and if his memory serves him correctly when they faced each other at the Royal Rumble, the Swiss Superman got his ass handed to him. Punk says that Cesaro is in the perfect place and in the perfect time if he wants to redeem himself for that loss. Punk drops the mic and holds his fists up. Cesaro says it on and a referee storms out to the ring. This will be our opening contest!

Paul Heyman is in the ring when we return from the break. Heyman says, “Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman, and all day long they have been trying to get me to preview this video, but instead I decided to come out here live and watch this video along with every single one of you.” A video then airs that highlights last week's attack by Brock Lesnar on Randy Orton. After the conclusion of the video, the crowd is lightly booing. Heyman then introduces Brock Lesnar to the ring.
Brock Lesnar’s music hits, and the Beast Incarnate makes his way to the ring to a good reaction. Heyman says that a few months ago he and his client warned the WWE Universe that Brock Lesnar wouldn't watch WrestleMania 29 from his house in Minneapolis Minnesota but he would be facing a certain WWE superstar that Brock Lesnar feels that he needs to dismandle in front of the entire WWE Universe at the Grandest Stage of them All.
He gives us a history lesson and reminds us that last year Brock Lesnar returned to the WWE and targeted a man that talked trash about him via the social media, a man that disrespected Brock Lesnar, a man that needed to be taught a lesson. That man was CM Punk. He says that once, when everything was good in this world he loved CM Punk as a son. He helped CM Punk in his early days but in the end he couldn't stop - nor did he wanted to stop - Brock Lesnar from conquering CM Punk at the 25th Anniversary of SummerSlam.
And then, Brock Lesnar moved on to the man that didn't wanted him in the WWE, a man that knew that he would never make t to the top and stay there as long as Brock Lesnar was around, a man that transformed the WWE into his own personal playground in which Brock Lesnar was not welcomed. Brock Lesnar faced that man, who is none other than the Game Triple H, and destroyed him inside Hell in a Cell at Armageddon this past December.
So now why, why would Brock Lesnar decide to target the WWE's Apex Predator, the Viper Randy Orton? Well the answer isn't all that complicated. Heyman then presents a video that highlights the career of Randy Orton in the WWE.

(Ignore everything from 2:05 and after
)
After the video ends, Heyman says that this was very nice and it really sums up everything that Randy Orton is. However, thre is one thing that this video isn't showing and he feels like it's something that needs to be seen...

Heyman says that this was 2002. A little more than a decade ago, Randy Orton made his WWE debut right around the same time that Brock Lesnar made his own debut. The difference between them as you can see was that when Brock Lesnar came in as a rookie he was already an unstoppable beast that could not be taken down. A beast that destroyed Hulk Hogan, The Rock, the Big Show and even the Undertaker himself.
On the other hand, Randy Orton was nothing more than a kid trying to live up to the hype of being a third generation superstar. And now, ten years later people dare to compare Randy Orton's career to the legend of Brock Lesnar? They call him the most dangerous superstar in the WWE? Seriously? Just because he kicked some people in the head? Comparing the so called Apex Predator to the Beast Incanate doesn't only annoy Brock Lesnar, it serves as an insult and a show of disrespect towards the legacy of Brock Lesnar.
"Randy Orton...How dare you? How dare you sir to even think that you could ever compare yourself to the most dominant beast the WWE has ever seen?" Heyman says that Randy Orton is not the WWE's Apex Predator, Brock Lesnar is. Brock Lesnar is the Apex Predator, the Conqueror, the Beast and he issues a challenge to Randy Orton for a match at WrestleMania.
Unfortunately, Randy Orton is not here tonight to give an answer, however he better make sure that he is present in next week's Monday night Raw because for the first time in almost a decade, the Beast Brock Lesnar will compete in a match live on Raw! And Brock Lesnar will take on the man that was almost picked to be Brock's opponent at WrestleMania but eventually, he didn't make the cut. Next week on Monday night Raw, the Beast Brock Lesnar will take on the Celtic Warrior Sheamus! The crowd cheers loudly for that. Heyman says that he and his client will be waiting for Randy Orton's answer next week. He tells Orton that he can either accept and suffer...or refuse and hide!
Backstage we see John Cena and Daniel Bryan going face to face. We can't hear what they say and eventually they end up shaking hands and heading off their seperate paths. Dolph Ziggler appears from behind a crate smirking.
Tyson Kidd and Natalya come out to the ring. After winning a triple threat #1 contender's match last week, Natalya will be challenging AJ Lee for the Divas title at WrestleMania 29!

Hell's bells tolls and the last outlaw, The Undertaker, makes his way out to the stage.
"There's an old saying that goes, 'The more things change, the more they stay the same.' Bill Goldberg has convinced himself that he has the equation in how to eradicate the legacy of the Undertaker. He talks with confidence in how he will defeat me at WrestleMania and break the Streak. But this past Monday, I heard Bill Goldberg on Raw and that confidence is starting to fade into uncertainty and soon the uncertainty will turn into despair because as the days grow closer to the apocalypse, an Armageddon of mega-sized proportion, he will realize that the words 'die trying' were more prolific than he thinks. It is the words 'die trying' that will be his epitaph on his tombstone."
"Goldberg, on March 30, 2012 the night that you decided to interrupt me, your fate was decided. Your number was chosen. At WrestleMania, Bill, you will put all of your accolades, all of your success, all of your fame on the line to become a number, and that number is 21!"

Valiant Cody Rhodes comes out to the ring as we get highlights from his attack on Mick Foley a couple of weeks ago.
Rhodes says that WrestleMania is only a few weeks away and he is still NOT in the main event of WrestleMania and he still has no one else but Mick Foley to blame for that. Rhodes says that he was promised a meeting with the soon to be Hall of Famer tonight and he was looking forward to it for the past 6 days. Rhodes says that there is no reason to waste anymore time so let's get things started because we all know where this is headed.
Rhodes gets out of the ring and pulls a couple of kendo sticks from under the ring before tossing them inside along with some steel chairs and even a table! Rhodes calls out Mick Foley so they can end this.
Mick Foley appears on the titantron. Mick says that even though he would love nothing more than to be in Cody's party he is stuck in traffic here in the parking lot and he can't make it in time. He says that Cody shouldn't be disappointed however because Mick just called one of his best friends in the world and arranged for his friend to replace him tonight. He says that his friend, this dude, looks a lot like him so Cody will not even notice the difference!
"Awww Have Mercy!"
Dude Love comes out on the stage doing his trademark dance as the crowd goes wild! Dude Love says that the Mickster couldn't be here so he came back to represent him in this dance off. Rhodes says that this is enough. He says that everyone knows that Dude Love and Mick Foley are the same person. He says that he doesn't knw how or why he is doing this but nothing will save him from his punishment tonight!
Dude Love asks Cody if he believes that Mrs. Foley's baby boy is suffering from a double personality syndrome. He says that clearly, Cody is familiar with that issue judging by his experience.
The titantron then shows images of "Dashing" Cody Rhodes, "Disfigured" Cody Rhodes and "Valiant" Cody Rhodes.
Dude Love says that Cody shouldn't consider changing his name to DDV. He says that Cody's three faces of terror look a lot like this:
The titatron then shows images of Dude Love, Mankind and Cactus Jack.
Dude Love says that he and the boys have had so much fun over the years but the laughs they have when they watch Cody Rhodes trying to be the next Mick Foley are out of this world! He says that "Dashing" Cody Rhodes is nowhere as cool as the Chick Magnet is, "Disfigured" Cody Rhodes ain't even close enough to be as bizzare as Mankind and "Valiant" Cody Rhodes may like to play with chairs and kendo sticks but Cactus Jack made all of these toys in the first place!
Rhodes says that this is all a load of garbage much like Mick Foley's entire career! He says that whether its Dude Love, Cactus Jack or Mankind they are all pathetic and he would never want to be like any one of those has beens. He says that Mick Foley has no place in the Hall of Fame anyway! He says that Mick Foley being inducted to the Hall of Fame will be an insult to legends like his father, the American Dream Dusty Rhodes, who actually deserve to be there.
Dude Love says that wasn't nice. He says that talking like that for Mick infront of him ain't cool at all. But he is not a man of violence, his moto is "make piece, no war". However, there is this friend of he's that can't wait to get into that ring and tear Cody Rhodes apart right now.
The lights then go out for a little while and when they come back, Cody Rhodes is in the ring with Mankind! Mankind catches Rhodes with the dirty Mr. Socko! Rhodes gets a kendo stick and hits Mankind in the ribs to break free. Rhodes beats Mankind down with the kendo stick before setting up the table. Rhodes goes to suplex Mankind on the table but Mankind counters with a suplex of his own on top of a chair!
