NO HOLDS BARRED
Commentator 1: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to No Holds Barred!
Commentator 2: It's the first event of it's kind. We've had several extreme pay-per-views before and certainly plenty of extreme matches, but tonight is going to top them all!
Commentator 3: I can assure you that. Because tonight, ECCW goes extreme for one night only, as every match has a hardcore stipulation!
Commentator 1: Tonight, three World Championships are on the line, several mid-card titles, and more; all looking to be classics.
Commentator 2: We've got a lot of different match types tonight; tables, steel cage, first blood, falls count anywhere, ladder, last man standing, street fight, and lumberjack!
Commentator 3: And now we're going to get things started. Here's Justin Roberts with our first match of the evening.
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin Roberts: The following is a tag team tables match and it is for the ECCW Tag Team Championships!
*First to the ring are the team of Christopher Styles and Peter Linch, who have been having troubles getting along as of late. Peter Linch is walking in front of Styles; the two don't seem to be clicking at all right now.*
Justin: Introducing first, the challengers, from the United Kingdom, the team of Peter Linch and "The Villain" Christopher Styles!
*Their opponents, the current tag champions, the team of Xerxes Xander Xorn and Ryan Andrews, make their way to the ring, getting more cheers.*
Justin: And the opponents, they are the ECCW Tag Team Champions, the team of Xerxes Xander Xorn and Ryan Andrews!
*DING, DING, DING!*
*The match begins with all four men in the ring. Since it is a tables match, tornado rules apply. The two bigger men of their respective teams, Xerxes and Christopher, lock up, as do Ryan and Peter. Xerxes and Ryan both get the advantage, but Christopher fights Xerxes off easier. Christopher manages to break away from the grip of Xerxes and slide out of the ring, but Peter is not so lucky. Leaving his partner in the ring to get double teamed, Christopher looks on from the outside. Xerxes and Ryan throw punches at Peter, knocking him into a corner and continuing the blows. On the outside, Christopher shows little care and pulls a table out from under the ring, setting it up on the outside, not minding that his partner is being battered by Xerxes and Ryan. Christopher sets it up all the way, before quietly getting back into the ring, surprising Ryan from behind and leaving Xerxes to deal with Peter. Christopher lifts Ryan into the air and slams him to the mat with a good looking suplex. Xerxes notices Christopher's comeback and Irish whips Peter over the top rope before turning his attention back to Christopher. However, Peter hangs on to the ring apron and pulls himself back into the ring. Xerxes starts to punch Christopher, but Peter surprises him from the rear and back suplexes him. Christopher quickly gets out of the ring and takes the table he set up on the outside and sets it up inside of the ring, right in the middle of it. Peter gets ahold of Xerxes and kicks him under the bottom rope and to the floor. Ryan gets to his feet with help from the ropes, but Christopher catches him and slams him into the table. Peter snatches him up and sets Ryan on his back on top of the table. Both take some time taunting to the crowd as well as throwing punches at a laid out Ryan. Xerxes is stirring on the outside by now. Peter then climbs to the top rope as instructed by Christopher, looking like he's ready to jump off and put Ryan through the table. But from the outside, Xerxes hops onto the ring apron and stops Peter on the top rope. He climbs onto the second turnbuckle and tries to superplex Peter. Christopher intervenes and gets on the second rope and attempts to knock Xerxes off and through the table. Ryan gets up suddenly and makes his way off the table and to his feet, as he joins the fray in the corner. Now all four men are in dangerous positions with the table resting close by. Ryan is able to yank Christopher off the second turnbuckle. The two start to brawl. Christopher gets ahead of Ryan in the fight and takes him down with a knee trembler. Xerxes lifts Peter into powerbomb position with the table just below. Christopher sees this and gets involved. Both Xerxes and Peter fall, but don't go through the table. However, Christopher reaches into his trunks and pulls out some brass knuckles, cocking his arm, preparing to hit Xerxes. However, though unclear if it was accidental or intentional, Christopher hits Peter with them! The impact sends Peter onto his back, almost in slow motion, falling through the table.*
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin Roberts: Here are your winners, and still the ECCW Tag Team Champions, the team of Xerxes Xander Xorn and Ryan Andrews!
Commentator 1: What was that?!
Commentator 2: Looked to me like sabotage!
Commentator 3: Oh come on, it's clear that the brass knuckles to Peter were accidental!
Commentator 1: Judging by the replay, it looks like Christopher knew exactly who he was hitting!
Commentator 2: If that is the case, Christopher's hatred for his partner Peter Linch must be huge, considering he just gave up what could have been his first ECCW title.
Commentator 3: Regardless of his reasoning, Xerxes Xander Xorn and Ryan Andrews win and retain the ECCW Tag Team Championships!
Commentator 1: They're no push-overs.
Commentator 2: Since returning, they have each proved themselves immensely. However, in this next match, the two opponents both have a lot to prove.
Commentator 3: That's right. Many say Daniel Evans does not deserve to be Terror Pure Champion, while some say that newcomer Craig Owens hasn't done enough to contend. One way or the other, somebody has to walk out champion.
*DING, DING, DING!*
*The steel cage slowly lowers from the ceiling and to the floor.*
Justin Roberts: The following is a steel cage match, and it is for the Terror Pure Championship! In this match, victory can be achieved by pinfall, submission, or escape from the cage!
*First out to the ring is Conglomerate member Craig Owens, accompanied by his stable members, who remain outside of the cage, while he enters.*
Justin: Introducing first, representing the Conglomerate, Craig Owens!
*Next to the ring is Daniel Evans, the reigning and defending champion.*
Justin: And the opponent, he is the Terror Pure Champion, Daniel Evans!
*DING, DING, DING!*
*The two men lock up to start off the match, with the champ Daniel getting the advantage, Irish whipping Craig to the ropes. Craig ducks a clothesline attempt and turns around, connecting with some knife edge chops to the chest of Daniel, redding it almost instantly. Daniel fights back, with stronger punches, though. One takes Craig off his feet momentarily. With both men now on their feet, made fully aware of the other's abilities, they lock up once more. This time, it's Craig who gets the upper hand. He pulls Daniel into a corner nearby, throwing some more punches. Craig gets some swagger to his step as he's in control of the champion. On the outside, fellow Conglomerate members Yusuf Ali and Gray Bishop cheer him on. Craig then grabs Daniel by the head and slams him into the steel mesh of the cage. Daniel falls to his knees, where Craig stomps on him. Getting him up when he feels ready to, Craig tries to Irish whip Daniel hard into the steel, but Daniel reverses it and whips Craig back-first into it instead. Both men are down. They each get up at about the same time, where Daniel runs at Craig and takes him down with a flying elbow-like move. Craig tries to escape Daniel's attack by crawling across the ring. Daniel gives Craig a taste of his own medicine, kicking and stomping him while down. After a few minutes of dehabilitating move after dehabilitating move, Yusuf and Gray see that Craig is clearly in trouble. Being a no disqualification environment, both see fit that they each begin to climb the steel cage from the outside. Daniel tries to stop their ascent, but there isn't much he's able to do. Yusuf drops down into the ring before Gray does. Daniel takes immediate action and Irish whips Yusuf into the corner. He then orders the referee that is outside of the ring to open the cage door. Rather than leaving, he throws Yusuf into the doorway and slams the door shut on him, before tossing him out. Before he can walk out of the door too, Gray comes up from behind him and goes on the attack. Just then, almost invisibly, Tiger Boy comes running down the ramp and leaps onto the cage, climbing it with great speed. Once at the very top, Tiger leaps off the cage and hits a big cross body on Gray, just as Craig had been getting to his feet. At that moment, Daniel and Tiger hit a double DDT move on Craig, with Daniel following it up with a cover.*
Referee: 1, 2, 3!
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin Roberts: Here is your winner and still the Terror Pure Champion, Daniel Evans!
Commentator 1: I'm amazed! I guess you could sum this up with "what goes around comes around!"
Commentator 2: I can't disagree. The Conglomerate got involved and so Tiger Boy did the same.
Commentator 3: But the real queestion has to be why Tiger Boy helped. Is this the start of a possible alliance, or even team?
Commentator 1: Only time will tell.
Commentator 2: But for now, let's enjoy some more of No Holds Barred! This next match is sure to be nothing shy of awesome!
Commentator 3: That's right! The Doom World title match happens right now!
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin Roberts: The following falls count anywhere triple threat match is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the Doom World Championship!
*First to the ring is Dominic Johnson.*
Justin: Introducing first, the challengers, currently number three in the Doom rankings, Dominic Johnson!
*Placing second in the most recent Doom rankings, John Marino, comes out.*
Justin: And the opponents, first, currently number two in the Doom rankings, John Marino!
*Finally, Mack Robinson walks to the ring with his title.*
Justin: Finally, currently number one in the Doom rankings, he is the Doom World Champion, Mack Robinson!
*DING, DING, DING!*
*Dominic Johnson, who has the most to prove in the match, goes right after John Marino to start off the bout. He tries to convince Mack to help him out and eliminate John's chances of winning early on. However, Mack insists that Dominic do it himself, as he stands by and watches. Dominic gets John into a corner and starts his assault. After disorienting him with punches, he starts to kick John in the gut, stomping him down into a sitting position in the corner. Taking a few steps back, Dominic looks to be setting up for a running manuever of some kind, but he is stopped dead in his tracks with a spear from Mack, who comes out of nowhere and follows his move up with some hard fists. Mack gets up and taunts the two downed men, going back and forth between the two. He soon pulls John out of the corner and covers.*
Referee: 1, 2!
*John kicks out. Mack then goes right over to Dominic and covers.*
Referee: 1!
*In even less time than John did, Dominic gets the shoulder up. Mack gets him up to his feet and locks in a sleeperhold. Dominic stumbles around the ring a bit before finding the ropes and holding on for dear life. John gets up and breaks the two up, clotheslining Dominic over the top rope before turning his attention back to Mack. He kicks him in the gut and then hits the ropes before rebounding back with a swinging neckbreaker. Wasting no time, he gets Mack onto his shoulders and hits a fireman's carry, immediately going for the pin.*
Referee: 1, 2!
*Dominic re-enters the ring just as the referee slaps his hand to the mat for a second time, breaking up the pin attempt. He goes right on the attack on John once again, getting him up to his feet and knife edge chopping him into a nearby corner. Lifting him up, he places John on the top rope in a sitting position. Dominic tries to balance himself on the top rope right next to John, seemingly unsure himself of what he plans to do next. Just then, Mack leaps to his feet and shakes the top rope, causing Dominic to lose his balance and fall onto his back in the center of the ring. John then jumps off the top rope and hits a frog splash onto the standing Mack, who falls on top of Dominic. John hooks the legs of both Mack and Dominic with a double pin!* Referee: 1, 2!
*Dominic kicks out, which subsequently causes Mack to do the same. John gets up, followed by Dominic not long after. The two lock up, with Dominic getting the upper hand. He elbows John in the side of his head, stunning him for the moment. Mack then gets up and snatches up Dominic, hitting a suplex. John looks to clothesline Mack, who ducks it and then pokes the eyes of John, who soon finds himself on the outside of the ring. Dominic stands up and attempts a standing dive to take down Mack, but Mack gets out of the way, as Dominic goes flying through the ropes and instead takes down John on the outside! Mack then gets out of the ring and quickly acts, picking up Dominic and hitting the Robinson Render on the arena floor! Being a falls count anywhere match, the referee counts the pin.*
Referee: 1, 2, 3!
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin Roberts: Here is your winner and still the Doom World Champion, Mack Robinson!
Commentator 1: What a match! And what a big victory for Mack Robinson!
Commentator 2: It could not get any more crucial. The Doom finale airs this Friday, and if Mack can continue this dominance until then, he might have it!
Commentator 3: It's hard to argue with that statement.
Commentator 1: But keep in mind, anything can happen in ECCW! There's always something unpredictable!
Commentator 2: That's a good point. A great example is this next title match.
Commentator 3: When Amy beat Sophie Mac at Slam-Mania II, she didn't anticipate that she'd be defending the championship against Sophie so soon. But she is.
Commentator 1: Well, she has had time to prepare.
Commentator 2: Yes, but Amy found out that you can never let down your guard, especially when you are a champion!
Commentator 3: Let's take it back to Justin Roberts with this sure-to-be exceptional diva match-up!
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin Roberts: The following lumberjack match is scheduled for one fall!
*The lumberjacks make their way to the ringside area first.*
Justin: Introducing first, the lumberjacks: Tina Starr, Jenny, Trish Cuthbert, Lisa Lee, and Amber!
*Next out to the ring is Sophie Mac, who gets booed.*
Justin: The challenger, from England, Sophie Mac!
*Out comes Amy, to a significantly larger ovation.*
Justin: And the opponent, from the Bronx, New York, she is the ECCW Women's Champion, Amy!
*DING, DING, DING!*
*Rather than starting off the contest like a normal match, Amy decides to get things started right away, slamming Sophie down with a Lou Thesz press. She then grabs the head of Sophie and slams it into the mat a few times. Amy then gets up and shoves Sophie under the bottom rope with her foot, sending her to the floor. The lumberjacks do their job, as all five start to attack Sophie, some more fiercely than others. After a while, it is Amber who whips Sophie back into the ring for Amy to continue her dominance. Amy starts to stomp on Sophie. She then focuses on Sophie's legs, hitting various legbreakers. Her leg assault finishes off with a knee drop and some elbow drops to the right knee of Sophie. Amy waits for Sophie to get up before going back on the attack. It is clear that Amy's leg assault is hurting Sophie's mobility. Amy then smirks, looking ready to further injure Sophie. However, Jenny reaches into the ring and trips up Amy, yanking her out of the ring. does very well in defending herself, slapping Jenny across the face and sliding back into the ring before the other lumberjacks can get involved. Sophie is up, as she charges at Amy, who dodges it, forcing Sophie to almost lose her balance and fall through the ropes again. Amy grabs Sophie and tosses her over the top rope. n even bigger frenzy than before erupts, as Amy feeds Sophie to the sharks once again. This causes some turmoil between the lumberjacks themselves, as they all begin an all-out brawl between sides at ringside. Sophie is caught up in the mix. The referee starts to count out Sophie, who is virtually helpless. The lumberjacks don't even seem to realize that the referee is counting.*
Referee: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10!
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin Roberts: Here is your winner and still the ECCW Women's Champion, Amy!
Commentator 1: You've got to be kidding me!
Commentator 2: For the second time in under two months, Amy has put Sophie away in quick fashion!
Commentator 3: Not only quick, but I imagine Sophie must feel both humiliated and frustrated.
Commentator 1: If in her position, I would!
Commentator 2: Well, she did lose to Amy in the shortest Slam-Mania match ever, and also one of the shortest matches in ECCW history altogether.
Commentator 3: Do keep in mind that Sophie, though on what I will call an unlucky streak, is very dangerous and can definitely fight.
Commentator 1: Yes, you cannot take that away from her.
Commentator 2: I wouldn't disagree if you called them both legendary divas.
Commentator 3: Very well, but speaking of legends, we have our Crush Legend's title match coming up next.
Commentator 1: That's right. The undefeated champ Ali Fernando will do battle with Trenton York, another fast rising star on Crush.
Commentator 2: Remember that just a month ago, Ali beat ECCW Hall of Famer Chris Xtreme to retain that very championship.
Commentator 3: If you ask him, you'll certainly hear about that.
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin Roberts: The following is a ladder match and it is for the Crush Legend's Championship!
*Trenton York walks down to the ring slowly but surely.*
Justin: Introducing first, the challenger, Trenton York!
*Out comes the undefeated champion Ali Fernando.*
Justin: And the opponent, he is the Crush Legend's Champion, Ali Fernando!
*DING, DING, DING!*
*Several ladders surround the ring as the two men in the ring take a minute to stare each other down. The two men both lock up. Ali, the larger of the two competitors, gets the advantage and pulls Trenton into a side headlock. After holding him in the submission for a while, he takes him off his feet with a strong European uppercut. Trenton uses the ropes to help him get back to his feet quickly. Ali goes for a clothesline which would send Trenton over the top rope, but Trenton ducks down and instead sends Ali over the top rope and to the floor. Luckily for Ali, his fall is not very hard. Trenton exits the ring through a separate set of ropes, grabbing a ladder fast. Ali sees Trenton's move and decides to do the same, also taking a ladder. Both men enter the ring at about the same time, each carrying a ladder. The two stand face to face, both with fury in their eyes. Both rush towards each other, slamming ladder to ladder. The only damage done is a bit of stinging to the men's arms. They try again, but not one can get a distinct advantage. That is, until Trenton turns his ladder around so that the top of it is facing Ali, as he hits Ali with his ladder. Ali's ladder is not enough to stop the impact, as Ali falls backwards and drops his ladder. Trenton wedges his ladder in the corner of the ring and kicks Ali's ladder out of the ring. Next, Trenton scoops up Ali and Irish whips him into the ladder. Trenton takes a few steps back and tries for a jumping crossbody on Ali, but Ali leaps out of the way, causing Trenton to hit the ladder chest-first and fall, which makes the ladder fall right on him. Ali then hits the ropes and connects with a leg drop onto the ladder, which injures Ali's legs about as much as it does Trenton's upper body. As Ali stands up with visibly hurt legs, Trenton is still buried under the ladder. Ali picks up the ladder and sets it up in the center of the ring. He begins to situate it before climbing it. He gets about halfway up it before Trenton begins to slowly get up. Ali is almost at the top when Trenton is fully standing, but still appears dazed. Ali reaches up and gets his hands on the title belt, before Trenton finally realizes the severity of the situation and quickly starts to scale the other side of the ladder. Ali notices him coming up, so once he is at the top, Ali starts punching him right away. Trenton still manages to get his fingers on the belt, where he proceeds to hit Ali in the head with the dangling championship. Ali doesn't fall, but he feels the impact and drops a few rungs. Trenton, still now one hundred percent however, climbs up some more rungs until he is as far as he can go. He stands up and puts both hands on the belt, tugging away at it. Ali climbs back to the very top and headbutts Trenton in the chest. Ali then headbutts Trenton in the head, which causes him to fall backwards. However, he manages to grab onto one of the rungs of the ladder, holding on by a thread. Trenton gets his feet on the top rope, somehow balancing. He uses the rope to springboard himself back to the top of the ladder, where Ali doesn't even seem to notice him coming back up. Trenton takes another risk, throwing himself into the air and wrapping his legs around the neck of Ali, looking for a hurricanrana. However, Ali gets ahold of Trenton's legs and stops the attempt from happening, throwing Trenton away. Trenton falls all the way down, looking as if he hit his head on one of the bottom ladder rungs. Ali decides to waste no more time and tries to end the match that has been spent mostly on the ladder, reaching up and undoing the title belt for the victory.*
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin Roberts: Here is your winner and still the Crush Legend's Champion, Ali Fernando!
Commentator 1: Trenton York just took a bad spill there.
Commentator 2: We can only hope he's okay. Ladder matches are dangerous. Especially when the better part of this match was spent atop a ladder.
Commentator 3: And Ali Fernando is a dangerous individual.
Commentator 1: Nonetheless, not only can Fernando leave tonight with his Crush Legend's title, but also the bragging right of being undefeated.
Commentator 2: Who is going to stop this man?
Commentator 3: I believe it's going to happen in due time.
Commentator 1: Clearly, Fernando has impressed many since winning Doom season three, but now I'd like to talk about another impressive individual who has recently came to Crush.
Commentator 2: I know exactly who you're talking about, and that's Harry Jones.
Commentator 3: That's right. On his first night on Crush following the draft, he defeated Prince Awesome and won the ECCW Television Championship.
Commentator 1: Just a week after a grueling match with Hardcore Demon and a good showing at the draft, might I add.
Commentator 2: And with that victory, he also ended the rather short undefeated record of Prince Awesome, the former title holder.
Commentator 3: But now, more than the TV title is on the line, as both men have put their Crush contracts on the line, also. Who is leaving Crush? Let's find out!
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin Roberts: The following loser leaves Crush street fight is scheduled for one fall and it is for the ECCW Television Championship!
*The audience boos Prince Awesome as he makes his way to the ring.*
Justin: Introducing first, the challenger, Prince Awesome!
*There is a big pop for the champion Harry Jones on his way to the squared circle.*
Justin: And the opponent, from Perth, Australia, he is the ECCW Television Champion, Harry Jones!
*DING, DING, DING!*
*Both Harry and Prince start things off with a lock up. Prince sees an opportunity and lifts Harry into a suplex position, dropping him down on his stomach. Harry gets up and shoves Prince. From there on, the two exchange blows, each trying to outdo the other in strength. Eventually, Harry looks like he is getting the upper hand, but Prince stops him by getting down and grabbing Harry from behind. He goes for a quick roll up.*
Referee: 1!
*Harry takes little time to kick out of the schoolboy. Both men get to their feet once again. They go for another lock up, but Prince is one step ahead this time as well, as he ducks down and forces Harry into a corner, throwing him hard against the turnbuckle pads. Prince starts kicking Harry. Tossing him out of the corner, Prince positions himself on the second turnbuckle. He leaps off and takes down Harry with an impressive leg drop to the neck of Harry. Prince is in total control as he exits the ring and searches under the ring for a weapon. He finally decides on a garbage can, as he brings it into the ring to use on his opponent. He waits for Harry to stand before actually utilizing it. As soon as Harry makes it to his feet, Prince plows him with a garbage can shot! Harry falls right back down. Prince goes right back on the attack, dropping the can for a minute. Once satisfied with the beating he's dishing out, he picks up the garbage can again. Once Harry gets up, Prince tries to whack him with it again, but Harry dodges it. He grabs onto the turnbuckles in a nearby corner and moonsaults into the air, landing right on Prince and the garbage can, as both are now down and out. The first man up is Harry, who immediately exits the ring and grabs a kendo stick from under the apron. Deciding it's not enough, he also pulls out a steel chair. With both in his hands, he re-enters the ring. Starting things out with the kendo stick, he starts lashing out on Prince, hitting him in the back with the kendo stick over and over. Prince has a hard time making it to his feet, but when he does, Harry attempts to bring the chair into play. Taking a swing, Harry misses. Prince takes control and whips the chair out of the hands of Harry, before smacking him right in the head with a brutal chair shot! Not letting up, he does to Harry with the steel chair what Harry did to him with the kendo stick, hitting him repeatedly with it while on the mat. He covers.*
Referee: 1, 2!
*Possibly off instinct alone, Harry wills himself to get the shoulder up. Prince doesn't let up, continuing his steel chair attack. After a while, he exits the ring again and drags Harry out with him this time. Getting Harry up right away, he Irish whips him into the security barricade at ringside. Prince looks under the ring for another weapon to use. This time, his choice is a table. Pulling it out and setting it up right there, he throws some more punches at Harry in order to keep him out of the way. Once the table is completely set up, he goes back to Harry. Lifting him up, he sets him up in a sitting position on top of the security barricade. Unsure of what's next, many fans that are nearby back away. Prince then reaches into his boot, pulling out an unidentifiable object. He reaches into the other boot and pulls out something else. Working with the mysterious objects in his hands, it soon becomes clear what is on his mind. Smirking with his handiwork, he holds high up in the air a flaming match. Grabbing Harry, he tosses the match on top of the table, which quickly becomes engulfed. Picking Harry up into a suplex position, he slams him from the top of the barricade right through the flaming table! At this point, the referee has seen enough and calls for the bell.*
*DING, DING, DING!*
*Trainers and doctors alike rush to the ringside area to extinguish the fire and help Harry out. Prince seems happy with what he's done. The referee can be seen talking to Justin Roberts, probably discussing his decision.*
Justin: Ladies and gentlemen, the referee has declared that Harry Jones is unable to finish the match. As a result, the winner of this match - Prince Awesome! However, still ECCW Television Champion, Harry Jones!
Commentator 1: Wait, if Prince won, shouldn't he be champion? Commentator 2: Well, Harry was never pinned or submitted!
Commentator 3: How can you two be talking about the referee's decision when we've just seen a human being be set aflame?!
Commentator 1: This moment really does put the E in ECCW!
Commentator 2: I knew these two would pull out all the stops, but I never expected anything of this caliber!
Commentator 3: Wait, Prince Awesome has just grabbed the microphone from Justin, looks like we're going to hear from him.
Prince Awesome: Although I believe I've proven I deserve the ECCW Television title far more than Harry Jones, however I'm not all that upset that this imbecile of a referee has allowed him to hold onto the title. You see, there's no doubt I'll get another shot at the belt and that I will win it back. But what's most satisfying to me in this moment is seeing a helpless Harry Jones be carried out of here by EMTs! I find it quite funny actually. And although my quest to regain my championship has just begun, one of my goals has already been accomplished. Harry, remember our stipulation? You still lost the match. And therefore, you're gone from Crush! I hope you've enjoyed your stay!
Commentator 1: I'm speechless, did he just say he found it funny?
Commentator 2: He made it quite clear that he has no regard for the safety of Harry Jones.
Commentator 3: I give the "imbecile" referee credit, he let Harry live to fight another day.
Commentator 1: After seeing this, it's going to be difficult moving on.
Commentator 2: Obviously, the show must continue. Our next two matches are for World Championships respectively.
Commentator 3: We'll keep you informed on the health of Harry when we hear anything.
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin Roberts: The following is a first blood match and it is for the Crush World Championship!
*The mood in the arena changes in an instant as the slow-paced entrance of John Leopold comes on. He is wearing a towel around his neck, something out of the ordinary.*
Justin: Introducing first, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he is the Crush World Champion, John Leopold!
[]*A big crowd reaction follows the start of Jarrett Calloway's entrance music. The cheers only get louder as he nears the ring.*[/i]
Justin: And the opponent, the challenger, from New York, New York, weighing in at 235 pounds, Jarrett "Ice" Calloway!
*DING, DING, DING!*
*The bell sounds as everybody prepares themselves for what is sure to be another extreme match. The referee is wearing rubber gloves, as this match will not end until someone is bleeding. Jarrett has a no nonsense attitude as he approaches John, delivering punch after punch. He then Irish whips John to the ropes and hits a big boot. The crowd goes wild as a result of Jarrett's early advantage. Jarrett, deciding not to waste time, throws some more punches. The focus of his attack is based around John's head, probably one of the easiest things to make bleed. Jarrett continues to assault John's head area, connecting with a knee drop. He lets John get up before attacking again. This proved to be a mistake, as John fights back with all he has, hitting Jarrett with some punches of his own, almost matching the strength of Jarrett's. The crowd reaction switches from good to bad just as quickly as the tables turned in the match. John kicks Jarrett in the gut and tries to pull him into a Future Shock DDT and hopefully finish things early. Jarrett gets out of it, wrestling John into a standing armbar. He pulls the arm behind John and grabs the other arm, also pulling it behind John's back. He applies some added pressure and keeps the hold locked in, until John makes it to the ropes. At that time, John still struggles to fight his way out of the hold. As an easy way to get out of it, John uses his legs and reaches back, kicking Jarrett straight in the groin, which forces him to let go of John almost immediately. John takes advantage, this time hitting the Future Shock! The referee checks the head of Jarrett, but there is no blood to be found. John gets him up and hits another Future Shock out of frustration! The referee gets down to check again, but still nothing. John decides that more damage can be done on the outside of the ring, as he yanks Jarrett to the outside. Jarrett tries to fight back, but his weakened hits are nothing compared to the force John is showing. John then scoop slams Jarrett to the lightly padded floor of the arena, as he starts to tear apart the announce table. This gives Jarrett a small amount of time to regenerate some energy. John grabs Jarrett and helps him to his feet, just before Jarrett retaliates with a low blow to John, perhaps payback from earlier. John is stunned. Jarrett stands on wobbly legs and gets John onto the table. Jarrett soon follows suit and hops up onto the announce table. Snatching up John, he tries for an Icebreaker. John reverses the attempt and instead of countering with an attack of his own, gets right off the announce table before any real damage can be done to him. Jarrett follows him. He slams John into the ring post, but his head doesn't hit it dead on, and therefore, he isn't busted open. John musters up enough fight to stop any further assault from Jarrett, going at him. Jarrett moves out of the way. Instead, John rakes the eyes of the referee, in what looked at first to be an accident, but now appears to be done completely purposely. Jarrett picks up the ring bell from the timekeeper and hits John with it! John is busted open immediately! Jarrett looks as if he's alreayd celebrating, but he then remembers that the referee is temporarily unable to see what's going on around him. He tries to convince a blinded referee that John is bleeding, but the referee is too concerned about regaining his full sight to worry about Jarrett's pleas. John grabs the towel he brought out with him, wiping his forehead of as much blood as he possibly can, getting rid of a large part of the evidence. Barely able to stand straight, he hits Jarrett with the ring bell, which also forces Jarrett to bleed. The referee eventually gets some of his sight back, noticing the blood on Jarrett's forehead and calling for the bell.*
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin: Here is your winner and still the Crush World Champion, John Leopold!
Commentator 1: You've got to be kidding me! We should have a new champion!
Commentator 2: But we don't!
Commentator 3: I'd say that John Leopold lucked out tonight.
Commentator 1: I'll say! He raked the eyes of the referee!
Commentator 2: You know what they say. If the referee didn't see it, it didn't happen.
Commentator 3: Leopold is willing to stoop to the lowest of levels to hold on to that title. We have learned that much.
Commentator 1: Wait just a minute! What's this?!
Commentator 2: That's...
Commentator 3: Kevin Silver!
*Recently eliminated rookie from Doom season four, Kevin Silver, appears and shakes hands with John Leopold. John exits the ring and gets Jarrett, who he rolls back in. Kevin then lifts him up and slams him to the mat with a huge powerbomb.*
Commentator 1: Talk about an unholy alliance!
Commentator 2: It appears as though John Leopold has pulled a few strings to get Kevin Silver a Crush contract!
Commentator 3: This isn't good news at all.
*Just then, Neville Ryan rushes down the ramp and into the ring, getting rid of John and Kevin. He stops to check on Jarrett before shooing them away.*
Commentator 1: Neville Ryan making the save!
Commentator 2: You can't help but respect that.
Commentator 3: Well, looks like we've got a two on two fight now.
Commentator 1: But I don't think that we've heard the last from Jarrett Calloway.
Commentator 2: I agree. A rematch is most likely in his future.
Commentator 3: He came so close, but yet so far.
Commentator 1: What a night No Holds Barred has been so far!
Commentator 2: This has easily been the most extreme event in ECCW history. We've seen flaming tables, bloodied men, shattered ladders and tables, and more. But there's one thing we have yet to see.
Commentator 3: That's right, folks. And that's the Terror World title match. It's our main event! And that happens now!
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin Roberts: The following is a last man standing match and it is for the Terror World Championship!
*The first man out is Azazel, who is challenging.*
Justin: Introducing first, the challenger, Azazel!
*The crowd boos Jake Lyndon on his way to the ring.*
Justin: And the opponent, he is the Terror World Champion, Jake Lyndon!
*DING, DING, DING!*
*The two men start off the match with a basic lock up. The bigger Azazel takes control early, shoving Jake. The push takes Jake right off his feet and onto his back. Azazel smirks as Jake gets up fast. Azazel grabs Jake, who tries to fight out of Azazel's hold, but to no avail. Azazel gets Jake into a corner and slaps the chest of Jake with his palm a few times. The palm shots soon turn to hard punches, as the targeted area goes from the chest to the head. Jake is almost helpless, cornered. Azazel then Irish whips Jake into the opposite corner and charges after him. Jake gets the boot up and kicks Azazel right in the face. He then lifts himself onto the second turnbuckle, jumping off and hitting a flying elbow on Azazel. After a minute of regrouping, Jake gets up and starts to stomp on Azazel. Once he believes he's done enough, he brings Azazel to his feet and Irish whips him to the ropes, hitting an enzuiguri when he rebounds back. He continues his ground attack, dropping a few elbows to the chest of Azazel. Jake then gets up on the top rope, as he lunges forward, looking for a senton bomb. Azazel rolls out of the way in the knick of time, causing Jake to fall right on his back once again. It looks like he landed awkwardly. The referee begins his ten count.*
Referee: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7!
*Jake gets to his feet. Azazel takes full advantage of this small amount of time he has to get some offense going. He decides to relocate, as he exits the ring and drags Jake to the edge of the ring. He starts to slam the legs of Jake into the ring post, getting fiercer with each smack. After some more bashing at ringside, Azazel grabs Jake and brings him up the ramp. Once the two are at the stage, Jake starts to punch Azazel in the chest. Azazel regains the upper hand as he clotheslines Jake so hard that he does a flip, landing badly on the stage metal. The referee counts again.*
Referee: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9!
*Jake finds it in him to stand. Azazel pushes him again, as the two men are now getting dangerously close to the edge of the stage. Azazel throws some more punches. Jake does the same. The battle could go either way right now. Soon, Azazel looks as if he is once again starting to put Jake away, as the blows get harder and faster. But just then, Jake kicks Azazel in the gut unexpectedly. He uses one hand to grab the back of Azazel's head and the other to grab his tights, as he tosses Azazel right off the stage and through a production table! The referee has no choice but to count.*
Referee: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10!
*DING, DING, DING!*
Justin Roberts: Here is your winner and still the Terror World Champion, Jake Lyndon!
Commentator 1: What a match!
Commentator 2: What a night!
Commentator 3: We have had a lot of bad spills tonight!
Commentator 1: Like that one!
Commentator 2: What will this mean for the future of these superstars?
Commentator 3: Join us tomorrow on Terror! Hopefully some questions will be answered! |
