It's clear that something needs to be addressed by me, so here it is.

I am not going to allow this petty fighting and useless drama even come close to ruining my e-fed and therefore I will no longer tolerate any of it. I understand the 'heat' between Jake and Granger right now, but this needs to be worked out, not continued through a series of decisions made out of frustration alone. And so, for now, Jake remains Terror GM and Granger remains Terror asst. GM, unless of course there are objections.

If this decision is not respected, you're not needed and therefore are not wanted.
