Now that we're into the first few days of the second half of the year, I figure it's appropriate to determine what is in the lead so far for the 2012 Slammy Awards in WWE. Considering the year is only half over, some of these choices may change by December, but ask yourself this: if the Slammies were today, what would the winners be? Superstar of the Year: Sheamus. Others may have had better matches, or been more of a focus, but Sheamus has had the most consistently good year so far.

Match of the Year: HHH vs Undertaker, Hell in a Cell (Wrestlemania 28). Sadly, I don't have much to go on as WM was the only PPV I got to watch live, and TV didn't offer anything overly memorable, at least compared to this match.

Diva of the Year: AJ. Yeah, debate this, bitches.
