| Many websites are reporting that WWE have removed John Laurinaitis' name from the corporate website as Executive Vice President Of Talent Relations. It is being reported that his role will be taken over by Paul "Triple H" Levesque as the website is now calling his role Executive Vice President, Talent and Live Events.
This now makes John Laurinaitis an on-screen character only and he will still be referred to on screen as the Executive Vice President of Talent Relations.
Also, concerning his "job evaluation" tonight on RAW, it is thought that he will be retained as General Manager of both brands, mostly due to Linda McMahon's current campaign. In this campaign she is painting herself as a "job creator" and it is thought among the WWE brass Linda may be made to look bad if John Laurinaitis is fired on screen.
With this being said, it is believed that John Laurinaitis will receive praise from Vince McMahon tonight regarding his running both shows and we can expect him to remain General Manager for a little while yet. | |
