No, Girouxsalem as in Claude Giroux, centerman for the Philadelphia Flyers.

If you would like, I could also have some sort of leadership role when it comes to the NHL part of things, considering that I understand hockey a bit better than most.

i.e.:

- Waivers
- Salary Cap
- 18 dressed skater maximum. (+2 scratched)
- 2 goalie maximum (+1 scratched)
- Different lines (4 offensive lines with 3 skaters each, 3 D-lines, goalies, PP, PK, etc...)
- Injuries
- Tendencies
- I watch a lot of fucking hockey
- Feels good man

Toronto has Luke Schenn and Phil Kessel, poor goaltending in Gustaffson.

Ottawa's main offensive power comes from their special teams, primarily from their defensemen and generating traffic in front.

Edmonton has an unorthodox offense that creates odd man rushes, relying on their youth to use their speed and agility to break out of the offensive zone and create said rushes.

Calgary's offensive star in Jarome Iginla is fading, and their goaltending in Kiprusoff is dwindling. Once a powerhouse, the Flames have become a stepping stone toward the likes of the LA Kings and Phoenix Coyotes. You have to agree that 3-4 years ago, Calgary could have easily beaten Vancouver.

Speaking of Vancouver, they're not short on offensive firepower. What they've truely lacked in is defensive prowess and in-zone awareness, with former Florida Panther Roberto Luongo being the main cause of concern for why the Canucks can't get it done as of late.

As for Montreal... Well, their logo is a toilet seat.

And as far as Winnipeg goes, the division structure is really poor, so when it comes to division games, they might as well have a road trip, because the home-at-homes are ridiculous. Winnipeg got screwed by the NHLPA looking for a new CBA.

I mean is this a competition. I'll basketball for an example as I understand that better than the other spots being used, but say L. James is on Mikel's team and D. Wade is on Cole's and L. James makes a 3 pointer at some point, does he get three points, but if he fouls someone he loses 2, and then at the end of the game he may have 90 points where as Wade may have got 12, 3 pointers and tore the game apart and scored 120 points. So then all the points are added up from the two teams and the team with the highest score overall finishes higher on the ladder or whatever the NBA does. Does this help more?

Jake, it's not Fantasy Sports, which I'm assuming you're thinking of. In this case, it's sort of like playing "Franchise" or "Dynasty" mode in video games, but online, and Mikel will likely do the results.

Mesa is right, 'Franchise' 'Dynasty' 'Association' fits well with this, and is what it is.

I will be doing the results based on how well your roster is, how well you run your team, and stuff like that.
