Last year, you had to have 2 WWE Roster members in your Universe, this year, you can have an all CAW Universe.

A superstar's momentum in Universe Mode all depends on how you book them.

For example, if Daniel Bryan is on a losing streak his momentum will go down but if he is on a winning streak it will go up.

I've never played HCTP because it has never appealed to me so my answer is yes.
