I like most of your ideas HTH. Along with a few more/less, then I'd think we are getting somewhere.
Have Bugs & Daffy as commentators again (If we need them that is) since they were brilliant in the CWWE days. Lola as ring announcer, Kairi & Namine as interviewers, Machops, Machoke & Machamp as Cameramen & Security Guards (Machop as Cameramen only though and Machamp as extreme security).
Not sure who the refs will be though, probably Team fortress Characters if the medics from there will be used.
Off topic to everyone now, I'll be a little busy until Wednesday or the weekend, but I'll do my best to get the Title Histories up. =-)

@HTH - To be fair, and I'm sure the others will agree with me from the old CWWE days, SmackDown went down hill when you had to leave as the writer for it, and Bugs & Daffy made everything so much more interesting, not that it wasn't anyway.

I sucked at RPing with Venom anyways, so am I accepted or what, I got big Tingz planned with these two, and Sephiroth will take out Cloud Strife at the ppv so he'll be done with that, and Lightning should become the next Womens champ and face off against Amy soon, i got this all planned out XDD

I think having one of your characters be in a rivalry with one of your other characters is kinda stupid, just think, doing a promo and then continuing it all by yourself. xD
