Venom

[With some sting in his eyes, he becomes thankful he wears his mask, which blocked a lot of the spray from the fire extinguisher. Almost from instinct, without need to see where he's going, he grabs onto the throat of Angel and squeezes it, choking him out and holding him against the wall, his grip getting harder and harder as his fury is almost visible.]

Angel feels the vice of Venom's grasp closing around his throat. Knowing he had no other choice, Angel aimed straight for Venom's nose with a right hook.

Venom

[Pain slowly sinking in, Venom's grip loosens momentarily. He keeps his hand wrapped around the throat of Angel however, turning his head away. Seconds later, he turns his head back and meets the gaze of Angel. You can see the pure anger on his face and blood dripping from his mask, in the nose area. He uses both hands and chokes Angel as hard as he is able to, occasionally slamming him into the wall while doing so.]

Angel feels the circulation slowly, slowly stopping. Rather than wait for death to creep in on him, he pulls his legs up, placing both feet on Venom's collarbone, and starts to slowly pry himself away from the vicious vice of Venom.

I made an impact when I first arrived here in ECCW. Now, I'm used on Crush as the low-carder. I am constantly being underused and I realized why. I was sitting at home, wondering how I could make an impact once again. And then it hit me. I have to go after the champion. And I'm not talking about the Legends Champion. I'm talking about a man that I have a history with. That man is none other than Hunter J. I want the TV title. I need the TV title. I plan on getting the Television Championship. So here's what I'm going to do. I'm gonna compete. I'm gonna win. And sooner or later, you will see Christian Storm as the NEW ECCW Television Champion! Doom 5 – Wrecking things

The third episode of the fifth season of Doom kicks off with the current rookie rankings!

1. Ricky Lackett
2. Kevin Evans
3. Santiago Del Rosario
4. John America
5. Mickey Wreckingball
6. Jeff Nowell
7. Coty Weston
8. Randal Hennings

Randal Hennings comes out and demands to have a match right now so he can move on in the rankings. Out comes Jeff Nowell.

Jeff Nowell vs Randal Hennings. Randal dominates most of the contest. However, Nowell is able to pick up the win after delivering the Riptide (Yakuza Kick) out of nowhere.
Winner: Jeff Nowell!

Out comes Coty Weston and he tells Randal that he is going to be eliminated first from this season because he can’t make an impact.

Backstage, the first pro of this season, Harry Jones tells Jason McDonald that he doesn’t care about Doom and he leaves the arena. McDonald didn’t like that.

Mickey Wreckingball comes out for the second match of the night.
Coty Weston vs Mickey Wreckingball. Quick back and fourth action. The match doesn’t last long as Randal Hennings distracts Coty, allowing Mickey to hit a running spinning heel kick and get the win!
Winner: Mickey Wreckingball!

A Monday night Terror Recap airs.

John America vs Santiago Del Rosario. This is the very third encounter between these two with Santiago getting two victories over John the last two weeks. Much like last week Santiago looks very impressive. John America accidently knocks out the referee. Del Rosario missed with a moonsault and America grabs the U.S. Flag and hits the Luchador in the head with it. John covers Santiago and gets the victory!
Winner: John America!

For the third week in a row John America covers the body of Santiago Del Rosario with the U.S. Flag.

A Wednesday night Crush Recap airs.

The Main Event is up next.
Doom World Championship – Ricky Lackett vs “The Classic” Kevin Evans.
During Evans’ entrance Mickey Wreckingball attacks him from behind and sends him shoulder first into the steel steps. Security comes out to stop the attack. Evans gets into the ring and the match starts. Lackett starts working on Kevin’s injured shoulder. Evans starts fighting back, but Mickey comes out again and hits a running kick on Lackett to cause the DQ!
Winner as a result of a DQ and Still Doom World Champion: Ricky Lackett!

After the match, Evans goes after Mickey. McDonald comes out and orders them to stop but both Mickey and Evans continue going at it. McDonald says that he has decided which title match we will see this Sunday. But Evans and Wreckingball are not in it! McDonald says that Lackett is going to defend the Doom World title inside a Steel Cage against Jeff Nowell, John America and Santiago Del Rosario in a fatal four way match! Lackett, Evans and Wreckingball look shocked. Evans goes after Mickey and their brawl continues backstage. John America comes out and he tells Lackett that his days are numbered as champion. Santiago Del Rosario comes out and sends John out of the ring with a hurricarana. Jeff Nowell runs out and hits the Riptide on Lackett. Nowell and Del Rosario stare down each other as the show goes off…

Daniel Evans and Tiger Boy are seen in The Thunder Kats locker room, watching some tape of Xerxes Xander Xorn and Ryan Andrews. All of a sudden, Tiger Boy changes the channel, and on pops an old episode of "Thunder Cats." Evans shakes his head at Tiger Boy and puts his face in his hand.

Daniel Evans: "Tiger Boy, we really need to study the Tag Team Champions, we're Number One Contenders!"

Tiger Boy tilts his head, obviously not understanding.

Tiger Boy: "We no need study if we number one. Thunder Kats best tag team."

Tiger Boy starts to clap as the fat Thunder Cat appears on the screen.

Daniel Evans: "Tiger Boy, being number one contenders means we get to wrestle Triple X and Ryan Andrews for the Tag Team Titles."

Tiger Boy looks at Evans, almost as if he thinks Evans is dumb.

Evans stares at Tiger Boy, who looks extremely proud of himself.

Daniel Evans: "TB, Azazel and Jake are fighting Harry Jones for HIS belt. We have to fight Andrews and Xorn on our own."

Tiger Boy: "Daniel confused. Tiger Boy watch cartoons, get belt buckles Sunday."
