War Results (6/6/2011):
Live in Detroit, MI

Brock, Lionel Deathshot, Hardcore Pulveriser & Danielle In-Ring Segment

Brock, Lionel, Pulveriser & Danielle opened the show this week to speak about the beatdown they laid on Demon & Lara at the end of War last week. The 4 bragged about the beatdown, saying that it was so easy to execute, as they had to just get rid of Criss & Thorn, leaving Demon slim pickings, as they put it. As they continued bragging, Josh Polson came out & started to down talk the 4, saying that what they, as well as Omega, did last week was just an act of cowardice. Brock rebutted by saying that Josh was an even bigger coward when he ran away from The Assassin on Revolution. Pulveriser then took the mic & challenged Josh to come into the ring. Josh seemed to want to do it, but he chose not to. Pulveriser kept taunting Josh, until he just snapped & bolted down the ramp. He entered the ring, but Pulveriser met up with him by hitting a huge clothesline. Pulveriser, Brock & Lionel viciously assaulted Josh as Danielle cheered them on. As Brock & Lionel held Josh up, Pulveriser continued taunting him. Pulveriser even warned Josh about the fact that since Brock knocked Josh out on Acceleration, he could just as easily do it again. The trio of gargantuan superstars continued assaulting Josh, as Danielle still looked on gleefully. Pulveriser & Lionel both grabbed Josh by the throat & drilled him with a violent double chokeslam. The trio stood over them & smirked at their work, then Danielle threw in a steel chair for the 3 to use. They smirked & Pulveriser picked up the chair. Pulveriser started smashing Josh in the back with the chair over & over & over & over, until Josh was flat out on the mat & the chair was completely bent. Pulveriser slammed the chair down, looked down at Josh & screamed “Never disrespect me you little punk”. Lionel then picked Josh up, hoisted him up in a military press motion, then dropped Josh with a cutter, thus hitting The Elimination, on the already bent out of shape steel chair. Josh laid completely unconscious in the ring, as Brock, Lionel, Pulveriser & Danielle walked backstage. EMTs came to ringside with a stretcher, loaded Josh on the stretcher & wheeled him out of the arena.

Non-Title Match
Top Shelf Talent vs The Perfect Name Society

Top Shelf Talent were badly beaten down last week on War, so they took out their frustrations on The Perfect Name Society, dominating them before scoring the easy win when Derek nailed Hal with a painful 3 consecutive Samoan Drops & sending a powerful & painful message to Peste & Guerra for Road to the Throne.

Josh Polson Ambulance Segment

Josh was seen being loaded into the ambulance after the brutal assault from Brock, Lionel & Pulveriser at the top of the show.

Diego Garza & Zeke Zahn Promo

Diego spoke about how he & Zeke were going to rid War & CWW of all the big guys who always pick on the smaller guys & that he will start with Thorn & Criss Menace tonight.

Singles Match
Trenton York vs Nitsuj Tarr

Trenton York made his debut on War this week & made a good impression by annihilating Nitsuj Tarr from the opening bell, before finishing Nitsuj off with York Style for the pinfall victory. After the match, Trenton applied a painful submission hold to Nitsuj, which he calls Twisted, & he refused to release the hold, but the referees managed to pull Trenton off of Nitsuj.

Dan Bolt War Debut Hype

A video was shown, hyping the War debut of Dan Bolt later on tonight.

Criss Menace & Thorn Backstage Segment

Thorn & Criss were seen talking backstage about Acceleration & their match later tonight, when Lara James approached the both of them & wanted to know where Demon was, which they replied that they haven’t been able to find him.

Non-Title Match
Lara James vs Danielle (w/Hardcore Pulveriser)

We all knew that Pulveriser was going to be in his girlfriend Danielle’s corner in this match, but we didn’t know if anyone was going to be in Lara’s corner to combat Pulveriser. No-one did show up, but Lara didn’t seem to care & she took the fight to Danielle, who brought the fight right to Lara on her debut match in CWW. Pulveriser tripped Lara midway through the match, causing Danielle to be disqualified, but Danielle didn’t really care about that, as she went right on the attack. She nailed Lara with the same DDT that she laid Lara out with last week, then Pulveriser entered the ring. He looked like he was about to put his hands on Lara, until the lights went out. When they returned, Hardcore Demon stood behind Pulveriser. “The Punisher” turned around & stared right into the face of his brother. Demon started laying into Pulveriser with vicious right & left fists to the face, backing Pulveriser into the corner, but then Danielle jumped on the back of Demon. Lara recovered & pulled Danielle off of Demon’s back & started punching Danielle. As Demon watched Lara hand a beating to Danielle, Pulveriser spun Demon around & kicked him in the midsection. Pulveriser scooped Demon up & tried a Tombstone, but Demon escaped & grabbed Pulveriser by the throat. Pulveriser escaped the grip of Demon & high-tailed it out of the ring. Pulveriser then pulled Danielle out of the ring & the devious couple backed up the ramp, as Demon & Lara stood in the ring staring them down.

Road to the Throne Hype

The matches currently scheduled for Road to the Throne were hyped.

Josh Polson Medical Update

Jim Ross & Todd Grisham spoke about the medical condition of Josh Polson, saying that the beating he suffered at the hands of Brock, Lionel & Pulveriser not only cancelled the match between Pulveriser & Josh for tonight’s War, but also caused him to withdraw from the Road to the Throne Tournament, meaning the winner between Angel Rodriguez & Hunter J will face Craig Owens at Road to the Throne in the Finals.

Interview with Angel Rodriguez

Angel spoke about how Josh was one less parasite he had to squash in the tournament & that he will easily take Hunter J out of the tournament next.

Road to the Throne Semi Final Match
Angel Rodriguez vs Hunter J

Both these great Revolution stars put on an amazing Semi Final Match, where the winner would now face Craig Owens in the Finals. Fittingly enough, Craig sat at ringside to scout both men. Hunter looked like he was going to be Craig’s opponent, but a distraction from The Mexican Mafia caused Hunter to lose his focus & allow Angel to take full advantage. Angel nailed Hunter with the El Nino Planter & scored the 3 count to advance to the Finals & face Craig Owens at Road to the Throne.

Shane McMahon In-Ring Segment

Shane came out this week to address Hayden Jaggerz, who Shane feels, disrespected him a few days ago. He offered Hayden an invitation to come to War tonight for a match, but he ended up getting no response. Shane elaborates that this is the kind of disrespect that he was talking about & will expect to confront Hayden face to face this Wednesday on Revolution.

Interview with Omega

Omega spoke about how he feels Criss has been ducking him ever since he won the Cage Championship & that he will put Criss in his place tonight, as well as at Road to the Throne.

Singles Match
Dan Bolt vs Andrew Gold

Andrew Gold made his in-ring return since debuting his new look, but this was also the CWW debut of newcomer Dan Bolt. Andrew tried to have a test of strength with Dan, but Dan was just way too strong for Andrew. Dan leveled Andrew with a violent full nelson slam. Dan picked Andrew up & drilled him with a chokeslam. Dan then called for the finish, picked Andrew up & nailed Andrew with his finisher, Rearrange In Hell. Dan covered Andrew for the easy 3 count & first win in CWW.

Hardcore Demon Locker Room Segment

Demon was seen slowly pacing in his locker room, when Lara James walked in, wanting to speak with Demon. Demon then shoved the camera man out of his locker room & shut the door, so the conversation is confidential.

Tag Team Match
Mark “Razor” Jones & Chris James vs Jordan Chase & Calvin Hobbs

Last week, Jordan & Calvin picked up a tag team win over Josh Polson & Chris James. This week, they were facing Chris again, but this time, Chris was partnering with the CWW Champion, Mark “Razor” Jones. All 4 of these men will be facing each other in a Fatal 4 Way for the CWW Championship at Road to the Throne, but tonight, they met in tag team action. Mark & Chris barely managed to scrape the victory when Mark pinned Calvin after Full Force Impact, but after the final bell had rang, Chris hit Mark with the spinebuster, proving that Road to the Throne will indeed be every man for himself.

Lara James Leaving Arena Segment

Lara was seen leaving the arena with a smile on her face, maybe due to the conversation with Demon. As she was placing her bags in the boot of the car, Josh Matthews approached her, wanting to know what the conversation was about between her & Demon. Lara just said that everyone will know next week, then she entered her car & drove out of the arena.

2 on 3 Handicap Match
Thorn & Criss Menace vs Omega, Diego Garza & Zeke Zahn

This match was the in-ring return for Zeke, but he obviously expected to have a cruise in this match. He was in for a rude awakening as he was taken out of the equation early by a chokeslam from Thorn on the outside. Later on in the match, Brock, Lionel & Pulveriser ran out to cause the match to end in a disqualification win for Thorn & Criss. Brock, Lionel, Pulveriser & Omega assaulted Criss & Thorn, while Diego & Zeke looked on. They entered the fray & joined in the assault, making it 6 on 2. Mark “Razor” Jones & Chris James ran out & started to help Criss & Thorn out, but the numbers were still not in their favor. Pretty soon, the whole War locker room emptied out into the Warzone & started an all out free for all. Everyone was going after everyone, until the lights went out. They returned to normal 10 seconds later & Demon was standing in the middle of the ring with baseball bat in hand. Demon was hitting people with the bat left & right & cleared the ring of majority of the War roster. Demon then cleared the ring of Pulveriser & Brock, while Thorn & Criss cleared the ring of Omega & Lionel, until it came down to Demon, Criss & Thorn looking down at Diego & Zeke. Zeke didn’t look an ounce intimidated by the 3 towering figures in front of him, but when he charged at them, he was caught around the throat by Demon. Demon hoisted Zeke up & chokeslammed him to hell. Zeke rolled out of the ring & the 3 towering figures surrounded Diego, for his comments directed at them earlier in the week. Diego begged off, but Demon was incensed about what Diego said & kicked Diego right in the mouth. Demon then military pressed Diego up, then threw him out of the ring, onto Zeke, Brock, Lionel, Pulveriser & Omega. Demon, Thorn & Criss stood tall in the ring as War went off the air.
