| Again, things have become somewhat complicated during step 4b. This time around, with five candidates in the running and only three allowed to go on, two candidates were expected to be eliminated during this round. However, it has so happened that there are two candidates who will clearly continue as well as one who clearly will not. Unfortunately, the other two have tied. Weighing the options, I have made a decision of my own to hold a quick and impromptu runoff election between these two candidates, lasting from 5:30 PM on January 11 to 5:30 AM on January 12, a full twelve hour period. 3. Nova - 18%

| Glad to see Mesa out in front. Not surprised in the slightest that I came bottom, I lost all trust in the users last time around. | |
