WWE Monday Night RAW Super Show 12-10-12

RAW opens up with the music of the Chairman of the WWE, Vince McMahon! Mr. McMahon walks down to the ring to a huge pop! Vince enters the ring as he is introduced by Justin Roberts. Vince grabs a microphone and as his theme stops playing he says he needs to start things off right tonight by introducing the voice of RAW. Good Ole, Jim Ross! JR walks out to a great reaction. Vince tells him to take his seat at the announcers table, and he announces that JR will be returning to call RAW full time! Mr. McMahon says that the face of the WWE will forever change, a new era begins. He calls for a referee to come down to the ring and announces that the first match of the night will be a Fatal 4 Way Match, the winner will be named #1 Contender for the WWE Championship, and the winner will go one to face whomever the Champion is at the Royal Rumble, with that being Drew McIntyre or Triple H. Mr. McMahon exits the ring and takes a seat at ringside.

#1 Contender’s Match for the WWE Championship: Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose vs. CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan

Seth Rollins’ theme hits first. He comes out to a nice pop. Dean Ambrose comes out next to a big reaction of boos. Daniel Bryan’s theme hits. He comes out to a massive mixed reaction. Many “YES!” and “NO!” chants are being sent out through the arena. CM Punk comes out to a massive pop. He enters the ring and the bell sounds. All four men stare each other down for a moment. Ambrose goes for the first move and tries to blind side Rollins, but Rollins ducks out of the way and gives Ambrose a chop to the chest! Daniel Bryan and CM Punk lock up! Punk hooks in a waist lock, but Bryan counters into one of his own! Punk spins back around Bryan and rolls him up! 1, 2, kickout! They pop up to their feet and strike battle poses. Punk goes for a spinning round house kick! Bryan ducks out of the way and goes to trip Punk down, but Punk side steps him, and hits a big kick to the side of the head! Meanwhile, Rollins hits a spinning neck breaker on Ambrose and hooks the leg! 1, kickout! Ambrose battles to his feet, but Rollins hits a drop kick knocking Ambrose through the ropes! Daniel Bryan gets up and runs at Rollins. Rollins moves out of the way and back body drops Bryan over the top rope. Daniel Bryan crashes into Dean Ambrose. CM Punk approaches Rollins and they both nod. They grab the top rope and splash onto Bryan and Ambrose on the outside! Rollins and Punk enter the ring and they give themselves some breathing room before locking up! CM Punk gets Rollins in a small cradle! 1, 2, kickout! Rollins counters into one of his own! 1, 2, kickout! They both get up and Punk connects with his signature neck breaker! He goes for the pin. 1, 2, kickout!

CM Punk calls for the GTS on Rollins. He backs off waiting for Rollins to get to his feet, but Daniel Bryan grabs Punk by the feet and rips him to the outside. Bryan stomps away at Punk for a moment then enters the ring. As Rollins gets to his feet, Bryan runs at him and connects with an elbow! Daniel Bryan heads to the top rope. He connects with a diving headbutt! Daniel Bryan goes for the cover. 1, 2, and Dean Ambrose gets the save just in time! Ambrose lifts Bryan up, but Bryan throws him into the corner. Daniel Bryan charges and drop kicks Ambrose! He falls face first and Bryan hooks the leg. 1, 2, kickout! Daniel Bryan sees Seth Rollins getting to his feet and Bryan goes for the No Lock! But Rollins counters and nails a Super Kick! Rollins hooks the leg! 1, 2, and CM Punk makes the last second save! Punk lifts Rollins up and connects with the GTS! As he prepares to go for the cover, Dean Ambrose grabs Punk, but Punk counters him and takes him down! Punk locks in the Anaconda Vice center of the ring! With Rollins and Bryan down, Ambrose fights it for a few moments, but is forced to tap out!

Winner by Submission: CM Punk

CM Punk is announced the winner and the new #1 Contender for the WWE Championship. CM Punk grabs a microphone and says that the “Best In The World” promises to capture the Title at the Royal Rumble, and that it doesn’t matter if Drew McIntyre is the Champion, or if Triple H is the Champion, the Title will be his! Punk’s theme hits and he celebrates his victory.

JR, King, and Michael Cole are shown at ringside they hype up the show tonight, and a preview is shown. The match is the All Champions Match! Intercontinental Champion, Kane vs. United States Champion, Wade Barrett with Special Guest Referee, Divas Champion, Paige! RAW goes to commercial. They hype of AJ Lee vs. Kaitlyn next!

AJ is shown walking backstage, preparing to make her way to the entrance area, Kaitlyn blind sides her and rams her into the concrete wall. AJ goes down and Kaitlyn begins an all-out attack on her former best friend and tag team partner. Backstage personnel and referees grab Kaitlyn off of AJ. AJ gets to her feet and runs at Kaitlyn tackling her to the ground. They exchange blows, but Kaitlyn gets a thumb to the eye. She smashes AJ’s face of a table and drags her across the floor by her hair. Kaitlyn slams AJ into another wall. AJ comes fighting back and hits a hard right hand spinning Kaitlyn into a catering table. Kaitlyn grabs a glass bottle without AJ seeing. AJ goes to turn her around and Kaitlyn blasts her in the head with the bottle. It smashes over AJ’s head and she collapses. Kaitlyn talks trash as the officials finally get her to leave and medical teams check on AJ who is knocked out cold. RAW goes to commercial.

RAW returns from break with replays of Kaitlyn’s attack on AJ Lee. Michael Cole announces that AJ has been taken to a local medical facility to have her injuries evaluated more accurately. The bell sounds and the next match is ready to get underway!

The theme of Sin Cara hits and he and Ezekiel Jackson come out to a good pop. Michael Cole talks about how the team has been Tag Team Champions since July! They enter the ring and the lights suddenly go black! A series of strobe lights and black and blue lighting hit the arena. Out walk two men. The fans not knowing to cheer or to boo watch as they emerge from the stage and march down the ramp. Justin Roberts announces them as the Ascension! Conor O’Brian, Kenneth Cameron, and Raquel Diaz! They enter the ring and the bell sounds!

WWE Tag Team Championship: (C) Ezekiel Jackson & (C) Sin Cara vs. the Ascension

Conor and Ezekiel start the match. They meet center of the ring and lock eyes. Conor lets out a sinister laugh. Jackson goes for a right hand, but Conor catches him and hits a series of blows. Conor backs off then charges with a huge clothesline taking Ezekiel Jackson down! He hooks the leg. 1, 2, kickout! Conor lifts him to his feet and goes for a powerslam, but Jackson slips behind Conor O’Brian and goes to lock in a full nelson! But Conor shifts around and locks in one of his own, but instead of doing a submission; Conor O’Brian nails a huge Full Nelson Slam! Conor tags in Kenneth Cameron. Cameron stalks Jackson around the ring. He starts to get up, but Kenneth Cameron hits a big kick to the gut! He yells at Jackson to tag in Sin Cara. Jackson battles back to his feet and forces Cameron into the corner! Ezekiel Jackson hits a big shoulder ram! Followed by a suplex! Ezekiel Jackson hooks the leg. 1, 2, kickout! Jackson tags in Sin Cara! Sin Cara waits for Cameron to gets to his feet. Sin Cara spring boards and hits a body splash! Sin Cara goes for the win! 1, 2, and Conor O’Brian breaks it up! Ezekiel Jackson re-enters the ring and he and Conor begin slugging it out! Sin Cara and Kenneth Cameron get to their feet and exchange blows. Sin Cara hits an enziguri dropping Cameron! Conor O’Brian throws Jackson out of the ring. He turns to Sin Cara and hits a Full Nelson Slam followed by a leg drop! Kenneth Cameron covers him! 1, 2, 3!

Winners & New WWE Tag Team Champions: the Ascension

The lights turn black again and the strobe lights hit. They are awarded their Tag Team Titles. Conor O’Brian grabs a microphone and says he and Kenneth would like to thank their higher power for this opportunity, and that they will take control of the WWE when the higher power gives them that order! Until then, they will sit and wait. Kenneth Cameron takes the microphone and says that their higher power will reveal himself tonight! And that the Ascension will rise and rule them all! Their theme hits and they hold their Tag Titles high as RAW goes to commercial!

RAW returns from commercial with Dolph Ziggler backstage with his manager, WWE Hall of Famer, Ric Flair! Flair is giving Ziggler a pep talk about what it means to become the World Heavyweight Champion, and that facing John Cena will be no walk in the park, but he can do it! Ziggler says Cena has gone too far, especially with the attack he unleashed on Flair a month ago. Ziggler vows to become the World Heavyweight Champion tonight!

Back at ringside, Kane’s pyro ignites and the lights go black. His theme starts and the Intercontinental Champion walks out to a massive pop! United States Champion, Wade Barrett walks out next to a big reaction of boos. Justin Roberts takes the microphone and announces the All Champions Match! Paige, the Divas Champion comes out next to a lot of boos also. She is announced as the Special Guest Referee

Intercontinental Champion, Kane vs. United States Champion, Wade Barrett, Divas Champion, Paige as SG Referee

The bell sounds. Barrett and Kane have a stare down before locking up. Kane powers Barrett and shoves him down. Barrett pops back up and they lock up again, Kane this time throws Barrett over the top rope! Kane shows his sinister smirk and the crowd gives him a big pop. Barrett shows frustration but re-enters the ring. Kane goes for a right hand, but Barrett ducks and hits a right hand of his own. Kane slowly turns back to Barrett looking furious. He flips his hair out of his face and hits Barrett with a huge uppercut! Barrett goes down and Kane stalks him waiting for him to get to his feet. Barrett uses the ropes to get to his feet and he trips Kane up into the top turnbuckle pad! Kane turns back to Barrett and Barrett hits a combo of rights and lefts. He goes to Irish whip Kane into the opposite turnbuckle, but Kane counters and throws Barrett into that corner! Kane runs at him, but Barrett gets out of the way. Kane turns back and Barrett hoists him up onto his shoulders for the Waste Land! Kane counters and grabs Barrett by the throat! Barrett with a thumb to the eye followed by a huge elbow! Kane falls backward into the ropes, but comes back with a big boot sending Barrett out of the ring! Kane exits the ring and Paige follows to make sure they don’t break rules. Barrett shoves Kane away and grabs a steel chair! Paige intervenes and tells Barrett to put the chair down or else she’ll DQ him. Barrett hands her the chair! Kane grabs the chair from Paige’s hands and smashes it off Barrett’s head! The fans are in awe as Kane levels Barrett! He lifts him up and throws him into the ring. Kane hits a huge Tombstone and he tells Paige to make the three count. Paige hesitates to DQ him, but instead makes the pin.

Winner by Pinfall: Intercontinental Champion, Kane

Paige retrieves Kane’s Title and awards it to him. Kane looks down at her and holds his Title high. The fans don’t know what to think as Kane ignites his pyro. He stands tall in the ring as Paige exits and heads to the back. RAW goes to commercial with Kane looking on at the crowd.

RAW returns from break where Kane is walking backstage. Vince McMahon confronts him. He asks Kane what the Hell just happened out there and if that was all a set up on Barrett. Kane tilts his head and doesn’t say a word. McMahon demands answers, but Kane smirks at him and walks off.

A Video Package plays highlighting the brutal rivalry between the WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre and the Game, Triple H! Up next, since being injured at Summer Slam by McIntyre, Triple H returns to action and has a chance to take the McIntyre’s most prized possession away from him. They go one on one in a Falls Count Anywhere Match for the WWE Championship!

The theme of the WWE Champion hits. Drew McIntyre walks out to a massive reaction of boos. McIntyre enters the ring and grabs a microphone. The WWE Champion says that Triple H’s return will be nothing but a fluke, and he will have no problem shelving him again! McIntyre is interrupted by the Games’ theme! Triple H emerges on the stage and McIntyre looks to be in shock. He enters the ring and Justin Roberts goes over the rules of a Falls Count Anywhere Match!

WWE Championship, Falls Count Anywhere: (C) Drew McIntyre vs. Triple H

McIntyre quickly exits the ring and Triple H runs after him! McIntyre reaches all the way to the stage and Triple H tackles him down. The Game throws a heavy amount of right hands! McIntyre squirms away, but Triple H catches him and throws him head first into the mini-tron! Sparks fly out of it as McIntyre smashes into it. Triple H doesn’t let him fall and he slams him on the steel stage! McIntyre yells in pain as Triple H stalks him. McIntyre tries to get to his feet, but Triple H kicks him in the side of the head! The fans are going nuts for Triple H. He lifts McIntyre up and prepares to hit a Pedigree on the stage! McIntyre hits a low blow! Triple H drops and McIntyre heads to the back! Triple H follows behind. As Triple H turns a corner backstage, McIntyre blasts him with a metal sheet! Triple H goes down and McIntyre hooks the leg! 1, 2, kickout! McIntyre yells for Triple H to get up as he prepares to hit him again. Triple H gets to his knees and McIntyre goes to smash the sheet again, but Triple H catches it and steals it from his grasp! Triple H quickly gets up and thrusts the sheet into McIntyre’s face! McIntyre falls backward and over a catering table! Triple H grabs him and McIntyre is shown busted open. Triple H drags him across the table and launches him back onto the floor! Triple H says it isn’t about the Title, that the WWE Title is only a perk in his quest for revenge. Triple H grabs McIntyre and throws him through a set of doors that go out into the parking lot! Triple H grabs the WWE Champion, but McIntyre grabs a pipe and hits Triple H in the gut! McIntyre smashes the pipe off of Triple H’s back. Triple H goes down and McIntyre goes for a cover. 1, 2, kickout! McIntyre lifts Triple H up and hits a knee to the gut. He prepares to hit a Future Shock DDT, but Triple H rams him into the side of a car! McIntyre shoves him away and runs to another car that is open. McIntyre locks himself in!

Triple H makes it to his feet and McIntyre mocks Triple H. Thinking he is safe. Triple H walks around the corner and is gone for a moment. He comes back with a sledgehammer! McIntyre looks scared for his life as Triple H brings the hammer down on the windshield busting it out! Triple H reaches in, but McIntyre escapes through the door. McIntyre tries running away and makes it back to the entrance area, then to the ringside area. Triple H walks out with sledgehammer in hand. The fans are on their feet cheering for the Game! McIntyre begs Triple H as Triple H marches down to the ring. McIntyre grabs a microphone and yells to Triple H that he is sorry; he was just trying to make a name for himself. Triple H shakes his head upon entering the ring. Triple H swings and McIntyre ducks out of the way to the other side of the ring. McIntyre continues to beg Triple H. Triple H gets closer and McIntyre throws the microphone at him. McIntyre quickly gets up and tackles Triple H down and throws a series of lefts and rights. Triple H turns him over and throws in hard right hands, gashing McIntyre’s cut open even more! Triple H grabs the microphone McIntyre threw at him and says that everything he did to him, Stephanie, and Vince. It all ends now! Triple H picks McIntyre up for the Pedigree! McIntyre reaches down and is able to snatch the sledgehammer! Before Triple H can lock his arms, McIntyre spins out and swings the sledgehammer catching Triple H in the jaw! Triple H goes down and McIntyre hooks the leg! 1, 2, 3!

Winner and Still WWE Champion: Drew McIntyre

McIntyre is laying restless in the ring over Triple H. The referee signals for medical attention the second the match is over. Both men lay center of the ring as RAW goes to commercial.

RAW returns from commercial and replays what happened during the break. Drew McIntyre was loaded onto a stretcher and wheeled to the back. Medical teams tried to get Triple H onto one, but he refused and he received a standing ovation from the crowd as he walked to the back under his own power!

Up next! Randy Orton and the Undertaker settle their feud!

Randy Orton vs. the Undertaker

Randy Orton comes out first, and as he makes his entrance, highlights of him costing the Undertaker the WWE Title back at Night of Champions is shown. Undertaker’s theme hits and he comes out to a massive reaction. He enters the ring and the bell sounds. Both men stare each other down. Orton slaps the Undertaker in the face! Undertaker swings a big right hand, but Orton ducks out of the way! Undertaker catches him with a swift elbow! Undertaker grabs Orton and throws him into the turnbuckle. Undertaker unloads on him! The referee intervenes, but the Undertaker gives him a stare that causes him to back off. Orton explodes out of the turnbuckle with a flying elbow taking Undertaker down! Orton hooks the leg. 1, 2, kickout! Undertaker quickly rises back up, but Orton catches him with a powerslam! Undertaker gets up and Orton decks him with a drop kick! Orton goes for the cover. 1, 2, kickout! Orton calls for the RKO! Undertaker makes it to his feet and Orton leaps, but Undertaker shoves him away. Orton turns into a big boot! Undertaker runs the ropes and comes back with a big leg drop! Undertaker goes for the cover. 1, 2, kickout! Undertaker signals the cutting of the throat when the Ascension come out of nowhere and begin beating down the Undertaker! The referee calls for the bell!

Orton looks on for a second before joining in on the attack! The announcers speculate if Orton is the Ascension’s higher power! Fire erupts at the stage and Kane comes charging down the ring. Conor O’Brian and Kenneth Cameron back off of the Undertaker. Orton also backs off. Kane enters the ring and stands over his brother staring down Ascension and Orton. Kane takes a step toward the three. Kane grabs both Ascension members by the throat! He brings them in close and a vile smirk appears on his face. Kane forces the two toward Orton, and the Ascension begins to beat down Orton! They unleash a brutal assault on Randy Orton. Kane turns as the Undertaker is getting to his feet. Kane extends his hand and the Undertaker takes it. Kane lifts him to his feet, but proceeds to hit a massive Chokeslam on the Undertaker! Paige emerges on the stage and begins walking down to the ring. Kenneth Cameron and Conor O’Brian hold the ropes for her as she enters. Kane signals for Conor and Cameron to continue their attack, and now they go back to Undertaker. After a few moments Kane commands them off. He lifts Undertaker up and hits a Tombstone in the center of the ring! Kane gets to his feet. Paige has a microphone and announces that the higher power has arrived. Kane has brought the light of darkness to the Ascension, and that they will rise with him as he conquers the WWE. Kane takes the microphone from Paige and throws it out of the ring. Kane ignites his ring pyro as the Ascension’s theme plays. The fans boo as Kane is revealed to be the leader of Ascension, and that he has joined forces with Paige, Kenneth Cameron, and Conor O’Brian. The Ascension stands tall in the ring over the Undertaker and Randy Orton as RAW goes to commercial.

RAW returns from commercial with cameras following the 4 members of the Ascension. Josh Mathews cowardly walks up to them and asks them to explain their actions. Paige turns to him and tells him not to worry about their actions. Kane steps in front of Paige. Kane asks Josh if he really wants an explanation. Josh Mathews takes a gulp and nods. Kane levels him with a big boot. Kane starts walking off as Conor O’Brian lets out a sinister laugh. Kenneth Cameron kneels down next to Josh and tells him that this is only the beginning. The 4 walk off.

JR, King, and Michael Cole are shown at ringside looking shocked. King admits that he is scared of the Ascension, and Cole and JR both agree and say that they don’t blame him. Cole says even with the events that just occurred, the show must go on. Up next is the World Heavyweight Championship match! John Cena defends against Dolph Ziggler!

World Heavyweight Championship: (C) John Cena vs. Dolph Ziggler w/ Ric Flair

John Cena’s theme hits and boos reign down on the World Heavyweight Champion. He taunts the fans as he enters the ring. Moments later, Dolph Ziggler’s theme hits! Led out by Ric Flair, Ziggler walks out to a huge pop! Ziggler enters the ring and the referee holds the Title high and signals for the bell! Both men stare each other down for a moment before circling the ring then locking up! Cena gets in a waist lock and tackles Ziggler down! Ziggler counters into a small cradle! 1, 2, kickout! Both pop up and stare each other down again as the fans cheer for Ziggler! They lock up again! Cena goes for a back suplex, but Ziggler back flips onto his feet! Cena turns to him and Ziggler hits a big drop kick! Ziggler goes for the cover. 1, 2, kickout! Ziggler taunts for Cena to get to his feet. Cena sees Ziggler waiting out of the corner of his eye. Cena slips under the bottom rope. The fans boo Cena as he retreats to the outside, but explode into cheers as Ziggler leaps over the top rope, flipping onto Cena! Ziggler gets to his feet and lets out a yell as he gets energized! The fans start a “Let’s Go Ziggler” chant! Ziggler grabs Cena and rolls him back into the ring! Ziggler goes for the cover. 1, 2, kickout! Ziggler calls for Cena to get up. Cena staggers to his feet and rakes Ziggler’s eye! Cena hits a diving shoulder and goes for the cover. 1, 2, kickout! Cena mounts Ziggler and delivers a pair of right hands before the referee forces him to get off. Cena lifts Ziggler up and hits a snap suplex! Cena goes for the cover. 1, 2, kickout! Cena pops to his feet and calls for the Five-Knuckle Shuffle. As he runs to the ropes, Ric Flair catches his ankle! The fans cheer as it goes unnoticed! Ziggler gets to his feet and he goes for a super kick as Cena turns around! Cena ducks and dips his shoulder. Cena goes for the AA, but Ziggler slips off behind him and goes for the Zig Zag! Cena holds onto the rope sand Ziggler crashes into the mat!

Cena calls for the AA! Ziggler gets to his feet and Cena hoists him up! Cena connects! He hooks the leg. 1, 2, kickout! John Cena looks to be in shock! Cena lifts Ziggler up for another, but the Flair reaches out and pulls Ziggler off of Cena! Cena throws a right hand decking Flair off of the apron! Ziggler connects with a Zig Zag! He hooks the leg! 1, 2, kickout! Ziggler can’t believe it, and neither can Flair or the fans! Ziggler heads to the top rope. Ziggler flies off the top rope going for an elbow drop, but Cena rolls out of the way! Both men are down! The referee begins his 10 count! They both reach their feet by 7, and begin exchanging lefts and rights. Cena goes for a heavy right hand and Ziggler dodges out of the way. Ziggler hits the Zig Zag! He hooks the leg! 1, 2, 3!

Winner and New World Heavyweight Champion: Dolph Ziggler

The referee awards the Title to Ziggler and Ziggler goes nut as he celebrates his victory! Ric Flair retrieves two bottles of champagne and enters the ring. They begin celebrating and Ziggler holds the World Heavyweight Title high. Replays of the matches finish are shown. RAW goes off the air with Dolph Ziggler on the top rope holding the Title high.

WWE Friday Night Smackdown 12-14-12

The theme of the WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre hits! McIntyre walks out with a crutch to support him. The fans are on their feet for the Champion, but the boos reign down. McIntyre has his usual cocky smirk on as he enters the ring and asks for a microphone. McIntyre begins to laugh. He says that everyone thought that Triple H could actually defeat him. McIntyre says he put Triple H down once already back at Summer Slam, and had no problem doing it again on last weeks WWE Super Show. McIntyre brags about his reign as WWE Champion and begins talking about the ones he beat to keep the Title around his waist. CM Punk, Triple H, The Undertaker, Randy Orton, Kofi Kingston, and the Great Khali. McIntyre says that no one in the wrestling business could beat him! Just then, CM Punk's theme hits! Punk walks out to a huge pop! CM Punk says he wants to refresh McIntyre's mind on some of his Title defenses. Punk reminds McIntyre that a handful of his wins have been by dirty tactics, and that McIntyre couldn't beat anyone cleanly. McIntyre asks Punk if he remembers Armageddon? Where McIntyre beat CM Punk in a street fight! Punk laughs it off and says the past is the past, and that he guess none of it matters because McIntyre is still the Champion, and the end that is what counts for him. Punk says the Royal Rumble will be different. Punk guarantees victory and proclaims he'll be the new WWE Champion! McIntyre tells Punk that he isn't even worthy of stepipng into the ring with him. Punk questions him and tells McIntyre to choose his words carefully. McIntyre tells Punk that he doesn't have to listen to him, because Punk is beneath him. Punk tells him that is it and marches to the ring. McIntyre quickly backs down and yells at Punk that he is injured and not cleared for any contact tonight. Punk doesn't care and enters the ring.

Teddy Long's theme hits and the Smackdown GM rushes out! He tells Punk that he can't harm McIntyre because of his injuries. McIntyre begins laughing at Punk. Teddy says he can tell Punk wants some action tonight so he'll get it. Tonight CM Punk goes one on one with Damien Sandow! Punk nods his head and turns his attentions back to McIntyre who is heading backstage. CM Punk's theme hits and he exits as Smackdown goes to commercial.

Heather Slater is in the ring with Hunico, and Camacho as Smackdown returns from break. Slater says he speaks best for the three of them, and that they are sick that they haven't had a match on Smackdown in weeks! Heath Slater demands a match and offers an open challenge to anyone in the back! Ryback's theme hits! Ryback walks out to a big pop! He charges to the ring and Heather Slater says he changes his mind. He says instead, He, Hunico, and Camacho should face Ryback in a handicapped match. Ryback nods his head and looks focused. They lock up and Del Rio shoves Kidd to the canvas. Tyson Kidd gets up and Del Rio slaps him across the face! Tyson Kidd turns back to him and explodes with a drop kick! Del Rio quickly rolls away and makes it to his feet! Tyson Kidd runs at him and hits a spinning wheel kick! Kidd goes for a cover! 1, 2, kickout! Kidd yanks Del Rio to his feet and hits an impressive scoop slam followed by a leaping leg drop! Tyson Kidd goes for the cover again. 1, 2, kickout! Del Rio fights to his feet and rakes Kidd's eye. Cameras cut backstage to where Kaitlyn is walking. Josh Mathews approaches her and asks if she has any remorse for what she did to her former best friend AJ Lee. Kaitlyn questions "remorse." She says AJ got exactly what she deserved. Kaitlyn trashes AJ because she plays to the fans and does what they want. Kaitlyn says that AJ can't survive in this type business. Kaitlyn says if she got the chance again, she'd smash the glass bottle over AJ's head again. Kaitlyn says the interview is over and continues on walking.

The RAW Rebound Airs. It highlights the Rise of the Ascension! Led by the Monster, Kane. He, Kenneth Cameron, Conor O'Brian, and Paige made a statement on Monday Night when they revealed their furious faction by taking out the Undertaker and Randy Orton. It is announced that the Ascension will open up the show this Monday on RAW!

Layla & Alicia Fox vs. The Bella Twins, Nikki & Brie

Layla's theme hits and her and Alicia come out to a good reaction. As they make their entrance a promo from Layla and Alicia airs from earlier today. They talk about how they are forming a tag team, and that they want to prove the Divas can have their own Tag Team Division! The Bellas' theme hits. They walk out to mostly boos. They have microphones in hand as they head down the ramp. Brie says that her and Nikki are the most dominant Divas Tag Team, and that no one other team is on their level! Nikki calls Alicia and Layla a wanna-be Tag Team. They enter the ring and the bell sounds. Alicia and Nikki start things off. They lock up, and Nikki hits a knee to the gut. Nikki grabs Alicia by her hair and throws her down to the mat. Nikki hooks the leg. 1, 2, kickout! She yanks Alicia up by her hair and tags in Brie. Nikki holds Alicia's arm up as Brie delivers a punch to the gut. Brie talks trash to Alicia as she tries to get to her feet. Brie lifts her up and forces her into the corner. Brie extends her leg and puts her foot in Alicia's throat choking her. The referee makes Brie break the hold. She argues with him for a moment giving Alicia just enough time to make a come back. Alicia leaps out of the corner and hits a diving clothesline! She begins to crawl to her corner, but Brie makes the tag first! Nikki comes in and yanks Alicia to the center of the ring. Alicia gets to her feet and drop kicks Nikki. Alicia crawls again and tags in Layla! Layla gets the hot tag and takes down Nikki, then follows up by knocking Brie off the apron! Nikki manages to get to her feet and kicks Layla in the stomach. Nikki goes for a spike DDT, but Layla coutners into her finishing neckbreaker! Layla hooks the leg. 1, 2, 3!

CM Punk's theme hits and he comes out to a massive pop! He enters the ring and the bell sounds! They circle the ring and lock up! Sandow spins around Punk and hooks in a waist lock. Punk elbows his way out. Sandow runs back at him, but Punk connects with a spinning kick to the chest taking Sandow down! Punk hooks the leg. 1, 2, kickout! Alex Riley hops on the apron, but Punk swings at him and he quickly hops off. Sandow gets to his feet and attacks Punk from behind. Punk falls throught he middle rope. Sandow distracts the referee as Alex Riley gets in a few shots on Punk before throwing him back to Sandow. Damien Sandow grabs Punk and pulls him center of the ring and goes for the pin. 1, 2, kickout! Sandow locks in a head lock. Punk begins to fight out of it, and Sandow releases the hold and clobbers Punk in the back with an axe handle! Sandow follows up with a back suplex! Sandow gets to his feet and taunts before dropping an elbow on Punk. Damien Sandow goes for the cover. 1, 2, kickout! Sandow yells at the referee believing he got a three count! Sandow goes for a spinning elbow, but Punk ducks under neath him and hits a kick to the head! Punk heads to the top rope and hits the Macho Man Elbow Drop! Punk calls for the GTS! Alex Riley gets onto the apron and the referee gets in Riley's way preventing him from interfering. McIntyre slides into the ring and swings his crutch smashing it into Punk's back! McIntyre slides back out of the ring un-noticed. Sandow grabs Punk and hits his finishing neckbreaker! He hooks the leg as the referee turns around! 1, 2, 3!

RAW starts off by showing highlights of the debut of the Ascension! Kane leads Conor O'Brian, Kenneth Cameron, and Paige! O'Brian and Cameron won the WWE Tag Team Championships, Paige is the reigning Divas Champion, and Kane the reigning Intercontinental Champion. The Ascension unleashed a brutal attack on the Undertaker and Randy Orton last week. What is to come next?

The lights turn black and appear dim as the Ascension's theme plays. The Divas Champion, Paige walks out first and waits on the stage as the Tag Team Champions, Kenneth Cameron & Conor O'Brian walk out behind her. They walk down to the ring and enter the ring. All three retrieve microphones. Conor O'Brian speaks first. He states that an uprising is on it's way. That the era of the Ascension is upon us. Kenneth Cameron speaks next. He states that no one is safe. He says that Undertaker and Randy Orton learned that last week! Paige raises her microhpone. She says that the Ascension is here to rise. Kane's pyro goes off and the lights go black. The red dim lights come on and Kane's theme hits. The reigning Intercontinental Champion walks out to a massive mixed reaction. Kane enters the ring and takes the microphone. Kane says that his brother and Randy Orton were in the wrong place at the wrong time last week. He didn't make them marked men, he wanted to make a simple statement that would build into strong statements week, after week, moment after moment! Kane promises that this is just the beginning, and the Ascension will make their mark that will forever be known in the WWE! Kane ignites his pyro as his theme plays. The Ascension stands in the ring looking confident as RAW goes to commercial.

RAW returns from break. RAW GM, John Laurinaitus is in his office on the phone. He says he knows he needs to get the Ascension situation under control. He Laurinaitus books Kenneth Cameron & Conor O'Brian to defend their Titles against the former Tag Team Champions, Sin Cara & Ezekiel Jackson. Cameras cut to ringside where J.R., King, and Michael Cole talk about the Ascension, but get into another major situation. There is a new World Heavyweight Champion, and his name is Dolph Ziggler, who will be in action right now!The bell rings for the opening contest.

The Miz comes out first to a lot of heat. He taunts the fans as he makes his way down to the ring. The music of the new World Champion hits! Dolph Ziggler comes out to a huge pop! Ric Flair leads him out. Ziggler enters the ring and hands his Title to Flair. The bell sounds. Ziggler and Miz circle the ring and lock up! Miz locks in a head lock, but Ziggler forces him away and shoves him into the ropes. Ziggler comes back with a clothesline knocking Miz down. He quickly recovers and Ziggler connects with another clothesline! Miz pops back up and Ziggler hits a big drop kick! He hooks the leg! 1, 2, kickout! Ziggler gets Miz to his feet and throws him into the corner. Ziggler runs at him, and Miz moves out of the way. Ziggler is able to stop him self and throw an elbow catching Miz in the jaw. Ziggler hops to the second rope and comes back with a diving cross body! Ziggler hooks the leg! 1, 2, kickout! Dolph Ziggler taunts the Miz to get up. Miz gets to his feet and Ziggler goes for a fameasser, but Miz gets out of it and hits a back body drop! Miz goes for the cover. 1, 2, kickout! Miz throws Ziggler on the second rope and begins choking him. The referee breaks Miz's hold with a 5 count. Miz calls for the Skull Crushing Finale! Ziggler staggers up, and Miz locks in the hold, but Ziggler spins away and comes from behind nailing the Zig Zag! He goes for the cover. 1, 2, 3!

Cena tells Ziggler that his Title reign won't last longer then the Royal Rumble, because Cena has just come from John Laurinaitis' office, and the rematch is official! Ziggler grabs a microphone and says that he isn't scared of Cena, and that the Ziggler era is here for the long run! Ziggler drops the microphone and raises his Title. He and Cena have a stare down as RAW goes to commercial.

Ambrose promises to make an impact in this years Royal Rumble and go on to WrestleMania to win the WWE Title! Zack Ryder's theme hits. He comes out to a nice pop. And enters the ring.

The bell sounds. They lock up, and Ambrose quickly hits a knee to the gut. Ambrose forces Ryder into the corner and hits a combo of shots before throwing him into the ropes. Ryder ducks under a clothesline and comes back with a flying forearm! Ryder hooks the leg. 1, 2, kickout! Ryder gets Ambrose up, but Amrose rakes his eyes! Ambrose hits a hip toss and applies a sleeper hold! Ryder fights out with a few elbows, but Ambrose smashes an elbow into Ryder's back, and connects with a spike DDT! Ambrose goes for the cover. 1, 2, kickout! Ambrose gets Ryder up and shoves him into the corner. Ambrose hits a series of kicks to the gut and throws Ryder into the opposite corner. Kaitlyn says there isn't any games being played. It's just the spirit of friendship! AJ tells Kaitlyn to shut her mouth and the fans pop! Kaitlyn says give her one chance. Kaitlyn calls for AJ's Christmas gift! The theme of Kharma hits! AJ quickly whips her head around to the entrance area as Kharma emerges on the stage! Kaitlyn elbows AJ in the back of the head as Kharma walks down to the ring. Kaitlyn retreats out of the ring as Kharma enters. Kaitlyn tells AJ Merry Christmas to Kharma, her gift...AJ Lee! AJ gets to her feet as Kharma stands across the ring from her. AJ puts her fists up and gets in a fighting stance. Kharma unleashes a sinister laugh. AJ runs at her and Kharma rams a shoulder into AJ knocking her down. Kharma rips AJ up by her throat and headbutts her! AJ crawls to the otherside of the ring and pulls herself up by the ropes. Cameras cut backstage to the outside of his office. The door is locked. Laurinatis begins to demand answers as cameras cut to the inside of his office chair spins around and Paige is sitting in it! Paige says that RAW belongs to the Ascension, and that the entire WWE Roster has been put on notice! She says the Ascension will rise. She smirks and Kane lets out a sinsiter laugh. RAW goes off the Ascension's warning!

Smackdown opens up with CM Punk. Who is backstage taping up his wrists preparing for his 6 Man Tag Team Match tonight! Josh Mathews approaches him and asks if Punk has found his Tag Team partners for tonight’s match against WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre, Damien Sandow, & Alex Riley. Punk says he wouldn’t mind taking on all three by himself. Especially after what they pulled last week to get Sandow the win over him. But the WWE Universe is going to have to wait, because Punk says he has found two great team members! Punk smiles and walks off. Smackdown cuts to its opening and Michael Cole, J.R., and King welcome the fans to the show!

The music of Daniel Bryan hits! Bryan walks out to a massive ovation of “YES!” chants. He shakes his head and begins yelling “NO!” as he makes his way down to the ring. He catches his composure as he gets to the ring. Bryan grabs a microphone and rolls into the ring. Daniel Bryan starts off by talking about how he hasn’t been in a Title match in sometime, and it’s time for that all to change! Daniel Bryan says he couldn’t help, but laugh when he was watching RAW on Monday. He talks about how Dean Ambrose guaranteed a Rumble victory to go onto WrestleMania to compete for a World Title. Daniel Bryan says that he is sending a special invite to Dean Ambrose to come to Smackdown next week and take him on one on one! Bryan says that he and Ambrose have the same goal, to win the Rumble and to win at WrestleMania! Barrett and Big Show lock up, and stalemate for a moment, but Show shoves Barrett back and he goes into the corner. Big Show runs at him, and Barrett gets his foot up in Show’s face. Big Show comes back at him, but Barrett hits a big right hand. Big Show turns back to Barrett with a furious look. Barrett slaps him across the face, and the Big Show has a smirk and laughs at Barrett shaking his head. Big Show grabs Barrett by the throat and rams him into the corner. Big Show rams his shoulder into Barrett a few times before hitting a choke toss across the ring! Big Show covers Barrett. 1, 2, kickout! Big Show lifts Barrett up and hits a scoop slam. Big Show runs to the ropes and rebounds going for an elbow drop, but Barrett rolls out of the way. Big Show sits holding his elbow, and Barrett quickly gets up and kicks Big Show in the side of the head. Big Show goes down and Barrett hooks the leg! 1, 2, kickout! Barrett hits an elbow drop of his own, and then locks in a sleeper hold on Big Show! After a few moments, Big Show begins to battle back with big elbows to the gut! Barrett finally releases the hold, and Big Show catches him by the throat! Big Show lifts him up for the Chokeslam, but Barrett gets a thumb to the eye! Barrett gets to his feet and is given his U.S. Title. Wade Barrett calls for a microphone. Barrett says the United States Championship has great prestige. But he feels it needs something more! Barrett calls for someone to come out. Out walks a man in a suit that is carrying a solid briefcase. He gets into the ring holding the case out for Barrett to open it. Barrett says that his Champion must be ready to fight anywhere, any time! The fans begin to cheer knowing where this is going. Barrett states that whoever held this Title had to be prepared to defend it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Barrett opens the case and pulls out the Hardcore Championship! Wade Barrett announces that the United States Championship is now the reincarnated as the Hardcore Championship! Barrett asks who better than a man who is a former bare knuckle brawler Champion to carry the Championship. Barrett says his 24/7 Title defenses begin now! Barrett drops the microphone and holds his Hardcore Championship. Cameras cut to a match coming up next. Layla and Alicia Fox will take on the team of Aksana and Maxine. Alicia and Layla are shown walking backstage, their match, coming up right after the break!

Aksana and Maxine are in the ring as Smackdown returns from break. Layla’s theme hits and she and Alicia Fox come out to a nice pop. The bell sounds. Alicia starts off with Maxine. Maxine starts talking trash right off the bat. Alicia puts her hands on her hips and smiles waiting for Maxine to shut up. Maxine doesn’t show any signs of shutting up, so Alicia drops her with a drop kick! Alicia hooks the leg. 1, 2, kickout! Maxine tries to run away, but Alicia pulls her back into the center of the ring. Alicia lifts her up and hits a scoop slam! Alicia does a handstand and lands connecting a leg drop on Maxine! Alicia gets to her feet and tags in Layla! Layla hops over the top rope and hits a running leg drop on Maxine and goes for the cover! 1, 2, kickout! Layla picks Maxine up, Maxine trips Layla into the ropes. Layla hits her gut off the second rope and Maxine rolls her up and pulls on the tights! 1, 2, kickout! Layla quickly pops up and Maxine tags in Aksana. Aksana doesn’t want to get into the ring, but Layla pulls her in and hits her neckbreaker! At the Royal Rumble the first ever Divas Tag Team Champions will be crowned! Alicia and Layla cheer Teddy’s announcement and celebrate their victory more as Smackdown goes to commercial.

Michael Cole, J.R., and King talk about Daniel Bryan’s challenge to Dean Ambrose to come to Smackdown next week and face him. Well, Ambrose has said he will address the situation Monday on RAW!

Cameras cut backstage to WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre. He enters the locker room of Alex Riley & Damien Sandow. They begin game planning for tonight’s Main Event.

Smackdown returns from break and Jinder Mahal is in the ring ready for action. Daniel Bryan’s theme hits and he comes out to a nice pop! He enters the ring and the bell sounds.

They circle around the ring for a moment, and Bryan starts off by hitting a combo of chops to the chest backing Mahal into the corner. Daniel Bryan delivers a few kicks to the gut, before the referee starts a 5 count. Daniel Bryan backs off a bit, and then charges at Mahal hitting a drop kick in the corner! Jinder Mahal falls face first and Bryan hooks the leg. 1, 2, kickout! Daniel Bryan pops up and calls for Mahal to get up. Jinder Mahal ends up tripping Daniel Bryan up into the corner. Mahal rams his shoulder into Bryan. The referee makes Mahal back off, but Mahal swings a right hand catching Bryan in the jaw. Jinder Mahal brings Daniel Bryan to the center of the ring and hits a scoop slam. He goes for the cover. 1, 2, kickout! Jinder Mahal tries to lock in the Cobra Clutch, but Daniel Bryan counters right into the No Lock! Mahal has no choice, but to tap, and Daniel Bryan picks up the quick, but impressive victory!

Smackdown returns from break highlighting the 3 on 1 Match Ryback had against Slater, Hunico, and Camacho last week! An interview before the show airs with Slater, Hunico, and Camacho demanding a rematch against Ryback tonight!

Ryback vs. Heath Slater, Camacho, & Hunico

The three are in the ring already, and Ryback’s theme hits! Ryback comes out to a great pop! Hunico and Camacho immediately leave the ring and charge Ryback up the ramp! Ryback catches Hunico and tosses him up the ramp. Camacho hits Ryback with a big right hand, but as he goes for a second Ryback catches him and rams him into the security barrier! Ryback starts marching toward the ring where Heath Slater looks frozen in fear! Slater yells at him telling Ryback that it was Camacho’s and Hunico’s idea to face him again! Ryback doesn’t care and as he enters the ring the referee signals for the bell! Slater runs at Ryback and starts swinging away, but Ryback hits a massive spear that nearly folds Heath Slater in half! Ryback calls for the Meat Hook clothesline! Hunico slides into the ring and Ryback smashes him with the clothesline! Ryback now calls for Shell Shocked! Camacho jumps into the ring and leaps onto Ryback’s back trying to choke him out, but Ryback swings Camacho up onto his shoulders and connects with Shell Shocked! As Ryback stands over Camacho, Heath Slater comes from behind and rolls Ryback up! Kickout! Not even a one count. Ryback quickly rises to his feet and Heath Slater looks frozen in fear again! He tries to back off and puts his hands up for mercy, but Ryback twists his arms back and hits a big spine buster! Ryback lifts Heath Slater up and connects with Shell Shocked! Drew McIntyre’s theme hits. The WWE Champion walks out with Damien Sandow and Alex Riley! CM Punk’s theme hits and he comes out to a huge pop! Punk walks out with a smile on his face looking confident. CM Punk has a microphone in hand and says that he has picked his two partners for this match! Here’s one of them! Sheamus’ theme hits! Sheamus walks out and takes his place next to Punk. CM Punk says that their partner has been waiting to get an opportunity for a long time! And Punk thought how is there any other way to make an impact than this? Punk brings out his second partner! The theme of Michael McGillicutty hits! Michael McGillicutty walks out and takes his place with Punk and Sheamus. CM Punk leads the charge down to the ring and an all-out brawl begins! Punk and McIntyre begin exchanging shots as McGillicutty and Riley fight in the corner, Sheamus immediately throws Sandow over the top rope! McGillicutty disposes Riley as Punk drop kicks McIntyre out of the ring! Smackdown takes it’s final commercial break with the Punk, McGillicutty, and Sheamus standing tall in the ring.

Sheamus and Sandow starting off as Smackdown returns from break. Sheamus is working Sandow over in the corner. Sheamus hits a shoulder to the gut and pulls Sandow out of the corner and throws him into the ropes! Sheamus dips his shoulder and hits a back body drop on Sandow and goes for the cover! 1, 2, kickout! Sheamus drags Sandow over and tags in CM Punk. Punk hops to the top rope and Sheamus holds Sandow up. Punk hits a diving axehandle! He hooks the leg. 1, 2, and Drew McIntyre breaks it up! McIntyre quickly retreats as Punk gets up. CM Punk starts toward McIntyre. The referee gets in front of Punk and tells him to get back to the match. Sandow comes from behind and turns Punk around. Sandow gets in a thumb to the eye followed by a neck breaker! Damien Sandow goes for the cover! 1, 2, kickout! Sandow tags in the WWE Champion. McIntyre delivers a few stomps to Punk as he’s down. McIntyre rips Punk to his feet and throws a hard elbow that nearly decks him. McIntyre forces Punk into the corner and talks trash. McIntyre swings a hard right hand, but Punk ducks out of the way and forces McIntyre into the corner. CM Punk connects with a combo of kicks and punches. Alex Riley locks in a head lock, but CM Punk delivers a few shots to the gut and gets free! CM Punk hits a big kick to the side of the head! Riley goes down. Punk crawls and tags in Michael McGillicutty! McGillicutty enters, and as Riley gets to his feet, McGillicutty levels him with a clothesline! Michael McGillicutty lifts Riley to his feet and throws him into the ropes. Riley rebounds, and McGillicutty hits a powerslam! He hooks the leg! 1, 2, and Sandow breaks it up! McGillicutty quickly gets up and knocks Sandow off the apron! He swings at McIntyre, but before it connects McIntyre hops off the apron himself. McGillicutty calls for the McGillicutter on Riley. Alex Riley gets to his feet and McGillicutty kicks him in the gut and sets him up. McIntyre enters the ring and boots McGillicutty in the back of the head! CM Punk enters the ring and hits a flying forearm on the WWE Champion! Damien Sandow comes in and hits his signature neck breaker on Punk! He stands over Punk and talks trash. Alex Riley gets to his feet and tags in McIntyre. McIntyre joins in and Sheamus quickly enters and goes for a Brogue Kick on McIntyre! But Drew McIntyre grabs Damien Sandow and shoves him in front of Sheamus! Sheamus blasts Sandow with the Brogue Kick! McIntyre kicks Sheamus in the gut and connects with the Future Shock! CM Punk gets to his feet as McIntyre is sizing McGillicutty up for the Future Shock. Punk spins McIntyre around and connects with a GTS! Smackdown opens up with a replay of Six Man Tag Team Main Event from last weeks's show, where Michael McGillicutty scored an upset victory over the WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre! What does this mean for McGillicutty, and does this give the #1 Contender, CM Punk an advantage just weeks before the Royal Rumble? Cameras cut to ringside and the theme of Michael McGillicutty hits! McGillicutty comes out to a nice pop. He enters the ring with a microphone in hand. McGillicutty says last week he was given a shot, and he would like to thank one man, CM Punk. He says if CM Punk didn't choose him as one of his partners last week, who knows what would happen with his career. Maybe he could be released next week, or even the day after last week's Smackdown! Michael McGillicutty says he wants to show everyone that last week wasn't a fluke and go one on one with the WWE Champion tonight! The fans cheer McGillicutty's challenge. Drew McIntyre's theme hits. The WWE Champion walks out to a sea of boos. McIntyre asks if McGillicutty is serious, or is he just so full of himself that he has blinded himself. McGillicutty tells McIntyre to cut the crap and accept the challenge or be a coward! McIntyre looks appauled and says that the challenge is accepted, but tonight, the WWE Universe forgets who Michael McGillicutty is! McIntyre promises to end McGillicutty's career tonight! Smackdown takes it's first commercial break with the two staring each other down.

Smackdown returns from break and Michael Cole announces that Dean Ambrose has indeed accepted Daniel Bryan's challenge, and is here tonight. The two will go one on one later tonight! The bell sounds for the first match!

Layla & Alicia Fox vs. Beth Phoenix & Natalya Neidhart

Layla and Alicia come out first to a nice pop. As they make their entrance, a match graphic for the Rumble airs, the first ever Divas Tag Team Champions will be crowned, competitors TBA. Beth Phoenix's theme hits. She and Natalya come out to mostly boos. The bell sounds and Layla starts things off with Natalya. They lock up, and Natalya goes for a head lock, but Layla slips out and rolls Natalya up! 1, 2, kickout! Natalya quickly pops up and hits a drop kick. Layla goes for another cover! 1, 2, and Beth breaks it up! Layla gets up and hits Beth off the apron as she steps back to the outside. Natalya gets enough time to recover, and as Layla turns around, Natalya decks her with a clothesline. Natalya lifts Layla up and hits a delayed suplex! Natalya hooks the leg. 1, 2, kickout! Natalya hooks in a single leg Boston crab! Layla struggles to reach the rope, but manages to do so after a moment. Natalya refuses to break the hold and the referee starts his 5 count, and Natalya finally breaks the hold! Layla holds her leg in pain as Natalya tags in Beth Phoenix. Beth enters the ring and grabs Layla by her hair. She tosses her across the ring. The referee warns her to watch the hair pulling. Beth lifts Layla up over her head for a Military Press, but Layla slips behind her and hits a reverse DDT! Both Divas are down! Layla crawls and makes the tag to Alicia Fox! Alicia enters the ring and as Beth gets up, she goes right back down as Alicia hits a drop kick! Alicia Fox sizes Beth Phoenix up. Alicia goes to lift her up, but Beth easily over powers her. Beth Phoenix hits a side slam on Alicia Fox and goes for the cover! 1, 2, kickout! Beth Phoenix calls for the Glam Slam! She hoists Alicia up, but Alicia counters into a roll up! 1, 2, kickout! Alicia quickly dives and tags in Layla! Layla enters the ring and hits a forearm to the jaw. Layla hops to the second rope and then the top coming down on Beth with a cross body! Alicia makes sure Natalya can't interfere as Layla hooks the leg! 1, 2, 3!

Tyson Kidd is in the ring as Smackdown returns from break. Wade Barrett comes out to a big mixed reaction. He raises the Hardcore Title up as he stands on the stage. He makes his way down the ramp. Barrett enters the ring and the bell sounds. They circle the ring for a moment before locking up! Kidd trips Barrett up and Barrett immediately slips to the outside! Tyson Kidd runs and thrusts himself over the top rope and onto Barrett! Tyson Kidd sizes Barrett up. Barrett gets to his feet and Kidd charges at him. Barrett hits a spinebuster on the outside! Wade Barrett gets up and looks under the ring, he pulls out a metal street sign. Tyson Kidd gets to his feet and turns to Barrett. Barrett blasts him with the sign! Tyson Kidd falls flat on his back. Barrett goes back under the ring and finds a kendo stick! He unloads on Tyson Kidd! Barrett throws the stick down and grabs Kidd. He rolls him into the ring. Wade Barrett goes for the cover. 1, 2, kickout! Barrett looks down and tells Tyson Kidd that it wasn't a good idea to kick out! Barrett lifts him up and hits a devistating Waste Land! Barrett hooks the leg. 1, 2, 3!

Daniel Bryan's theme hits! Daniel Bryan comes out to a big ovation! As he makes his way down the ramp, Dean Ambrose comes charging down the ramp and clubs Bryan in the back of the head! Dean Ambrose begins to hammer away on Bryan. Officials rush down the ramp and break up the attack. Deam Ambrose breaks free and goes back on the attack! More officials come out and pull Dean Ambrose away. Medical officials check on Daniel Bryan as replays of Ambrose's attack is aired.

No Contest

Dean Ambrose grabs a microphone. He says that he isn't facing Daniel Bryan tonight. Ambrose says that he'll face Bryan on his own terms. Dean Ambrose drops the microphone and taunts the fans as cameras cut backstage.

Michael McGillicutty is taping up for later tonight. CM Punk approaches him. Punk wishes him good luck tonight, and says that tonight is McGillicutty's night! He tells McGillicutty that Drew McIntyre is no walk in the park, but he knows that McGillicutty can get the job done! McGillicutty thanks Punk for the pep talk, and he walks off looking focused.

Cameras cut to ringside.

The theme of the WWE Champion hits! Drew McIntyre walks out to a ton of heat! He plays to the crowd and taunts them as he makes his way to the ring. Michael McGillicutty's theme hits! McGillicutty comes out to a great ovation! He enters the ring and the Main Event is ready to get underway!

The bell sounds! They circle the ring and lock up! McGillicutty surprisingly over powers McIntyre and shoves the WWE Champion down! McIntyre looks furious and embarassed. McIntyre gets to his feet and throws a big right hand, but McGillicutty side steps it and hits one of his own! McIntyre staggers backa nd McGillicutty hits a combo of lefts and rights! McGillicutty follows up with a DDT! He hooks the leg! 1, 2, kickout! McIntyre slips under the bottom rope! McGillicutty gives chase, but McIntyre runs around the ring. McIntyre slides back in and McGillicutty slides in right after him. McIntyre takes advantage of McGillicutty entering the ring and begins stomping away. McIntyre lifts McGillicutty up and throws him shoulder first into the turnbuckle! McIntyre shoves McGillicutty to the mat and hooks the leg. 1, 2, kickout! McIntyre shakes his head and throws a hard right hand. McIntyre lifts McGillicutty up and goes for a suplex, but McGillicutty counters into one of his own! He goes for the cover. 1, 2, kickout! CM Punk enters the ring and raises McGillicutty's hand in victory! Replays of the match's finish air as McGillicutty celebrates his huge win! McIntyre is now on the outside. He grabs a microphone and tells McGillicutty that the only reason he won was because of CM Punk, and that McGillicutty would never be anybody in the WWE! McIntyre looks on with a furious look. McGillicutty grabs a microphone and tells McIntyre to put his mouth where his money is. McGillicutty says if McIntyre thinks he needs CM Punk to defeat him, then he'd love to prove him wrong! Michael McGillicutty challenges Drew McIntyre to a Steel Cage match next week on Smackdown! McGillicutty's theme hits and he and CM Punk celebrate in the ring. McIntyre is shown looking furious as Smackdown goes off the air.
