We get a promo for the World Heavyweight Championship match at Vengeance between Sheamus and Drew McIntyre. We go to Michael Cole who welcomes us to the show alongside with Josh Matthews and Booker T live from Columbia, South Carolina. Tonight, John Cena will take on Wade Barrett in a rematch from Monday night Raw.

Daniel Bryan comes out to a massive heat from the crowd. Bryan cuts a promo on why he did what he did to Randy Orton two weeks ago and says that Orton costed him an opportunity at the World title and Bryan doesn't like losing opportunities like that so he wanted to make sure that Randy Orton wouldn't get a World title match either. He says that some may call him an egomaniac but maybe that's exactly what he is. Teddy Long appears on the screen and says that he has changed his mind regarding the tag team bout between Bryan/Kane and Show/Orton. He says that in case that he isn't the SD GM next week he doesn't want his last decision to be a tag team match. He now says that Kane will face Orton in last week's rematch, a No DQ match where both Show and Bryan will be suspended from ringside. But that is for later on. Right now Bryan will meet the Big Show also in a No DQ match where Kane and Orton are banned from ringside. The Big Show comes out laughing as Bryan is absolutely upset. Our opening match will be No DQ as Cole bashes Teddy Long for changing his mind at the last moment.

We get a promo for next week's WWE Draft.

We get a recap video from last night's Vengeance PPV.

Backstage, Matt Striker interviews Chris Jericho who claims that he is the best in the world and it's because of him that today's superstars like Jack Swagger are in the WWE. Swagger walks by and says that he respects Jericho but can help but feel sorry for him because he is a has been. He says that Jericho isn't the best in the world, CM Punk isn't the best in the world, Jack Swagger is. That's because he's the WWE Champion. He hopes that Jericho beats Cena tonight so he can beat him next week just like he beat him when he won his first World title. Swagger leaves and Jericho looks a bit pissed.

R-Truth comes out for the next contest. He asks Little Jimmy to go sit with the commentators. Apparently Little Jimmy has joined the announce table. Mason Ryan comes out and he gets a lot of boos but there are some cheers too in the mix.

They hype the #1 contenders match between John Cena and Chris Jericho as tonight's main event.

Up next, Evan Bourne calls out Kofi Kingston.

Commercial break

We come back and Evan Bourne makes his way down to the ring. Bourne talks about what happened last night and he says that he wanted to get his Vengeance for what Mason Ryan did to him but it was taken away by his best friend here in the WWE. Bourne recalls that Kofi was also one of Ryan's victim and that's what makes it even harder for him to understand why Kofi did what he did. Evan calls him out and Kofi Kingston comes out looking different. He is dressed in black jeans (R-Truth style) and a black leather jacket. Kofi stays on the ramp as he hears some people booing him. Kofi says that over the years he done it all. He became US Champion, Intercontinental Champion and Tag Team Champion. He says that he started from the bottom and he made it to the middle of the bottle. He says that he never got to push himself into the top level and become World Champion because of people that were holding him back. People like Evan Bourne. He says that Bourne is not his friend but just a small guy that steals his spotlight each and every week but enough is enough. He adds that last night he did the right thing and he is proud of it. Bourne says he is disapointed that the man he thought was honest and decent turned to be someone that blames other people for his mistakes. He says that Kofi never got to the top because he never tried and some times it looked like he didn't care but as we all see everyone wants more than they already have. He apologizes if he was indeed holding him back and says that all Kofi needed to do was to sit down with Evan and talk to him. Tell him that he wants to move on and finish Air-Boom. Kofi says that Air-Boom was a joke. All these people were making fun of them that's why they voted for that stupid name in the first place. He says that he hates bullies and that's exactly what all these people are, even the little ones. He says that he did anything and everything, every high risk move to make this people feel good and entertain them but they would always cheer for John Cena or CM Punk more than they did for him. He says that now he realizes that he doesn't need these people, all he needs is a chance to get to the top and that will never happen as long as there are people holding him down. Bourne tells him to shut up and get this thing over with. He calls Kofi to get in the ring and settle this the way the WWE superstars do.
