Basketball in UK?

I see that most of the NBA players are thinking about playing in Turkey or China. I would think that the counrty most like the USa would be the UK. So why dont they wanna play there? Does basketball just really suck over there?

Soccer = Football

There is also Ruby, Darts, Cricket and others.

We still do all of those other sports but they just aren't popular.

Aye, Darts is fairly popular over here.

And just to elaborate on Basketball, we have it over here but no one cares about, it gets no mainstream attention and there is very little money involved in playing it.

Like Karl said, Football (soccer I spose to you lot), Rugby (two differnt varieties), Cricket and also Tennis are the biggest sports here.
