The show begins with Elix Skipper in the ring. He has the X Division title around his waist and a microphone in his hand. He says that later on tonight he will be defending his title against Amazing Red and he says that Red will be a challenge but that he will not come in between him and the X Division title. He continues by saying that he will dominate the division for years and months to come.

David Young defeated Jimmy Yang via pinfall

Jeremy Borash is backstage and he interviews Monty Brown. Brown says that next week he is going to hit Christopher Daniels with the POUNCE~ before going on to win the tournament and win the NWA Championship from Raven!

The New Church is seen in the boiler room. Father James Mitchell speaks and tells The Second City Saints that their reign as tag team champions will be soon coming to an end. He says that Tempest and Slash are coming for their titles and will win them no matter what it takes and will even end their careers if need be.

Christian York and Joey Matthews defeated Spanky and Shark Boy via pinfall

Ron Killings is in catering when Jeff Jarrett approaches him. Jarrett sarcastically wishes him luck in the tournament. Killings tells Jarrett to watch his ass before it gets beat and Jarrett just chuckles and says that Killings stands absolutely zero chance in the tournament and Killings says that Julio Dinero will whoop Jarrett's ass before splashing steaming hot coffee in his face. Jarrett grabs his eyes and screams in pain.

Kid Kash defeated Low Ki via pinfall

Amazing Red is shown warming up when Jeremy Borash approaches him. Borash asks his thoughts on Elix Skipper and Red says that Skipper is awful damn cocky and that cockiness can often lead to mistakes and that he will capitalize on it.

The show begins with Ricky Steamboat making his way to the ring. He says that tonight begins the tournament to declare a new #1 contender to Raven's NWA Championship. He says that over the next several weeks there will be many tournament matches and only one will remain to challenge Raven. He tells the fans to enjoy the show and he heads to the back as Monty Brown makes his way to the ring.

Monty Brown defeated Christopher Daniels via pinfall to advance in the tournament

Backstage, we see Elix Skipper and Low Ki watching the match. Skipper comments that they should go after the tag titles and Low Ki looks at him before eyeing his X Division title belt. Skipper notices and tells him that he's gotta earn his shot and he won't just be handed one.

Jeremy Borash interviews Scott Hall and asks him about his upcoming match with Kid Kash. Hall says that Kash isn't a match for him but starts stumbling over his words before telling Kash that he needs to watch his ass and that he's going to go whoop some ass.

Sonny Siaki defeated Sabu via pinfall to advance in the tournament

Cameras cut to the boiler room where The New Church currently resides. Raven has the NWA title over his shoulder and they are watching the monitor. Raven looks to the camera and says that it doesn't matter who wins the tournament because he is going to become the longest reigning NWA Champion in history.

Ron Killings defeated Steve Corino via pinfall to advance in the tournament

Killings celebrates his win and grabs a microphone. He says that he hopes Raven keeps the title nice and shined up for him because he is going to be taking it back very soon. He continues by telling Sonny Siaki that he better be ready because in 2 weeks time he'll be getting his ass whooped. 

Christopher Daniels is in his locker room looking very frustrated with himself. Low Ki enters the shot and Daniels asks him what the hell he wants and Low Ki says that they should go after the tag team titles and Daniels looks very intrigued.

Kid Kash defeated Scott Hall via countout to advance in the tournament

Scott Hall has been released from his TNA Wrestling contract. It is stated that Scott Hall allegedly showed up to the weekly PPV on the 31st of July intoxicated. TNA management have stated that there is a zero tolerance policy in regards to showing up to work intoxicated as there is the possibility of causing injury to other workers. Scott Hall will no longer appear in any form in TNA Wrestling.

The show begins with highlights of last week's show before we cut to Mike Tenay and Don West who hype up tonight's show as a continuation of the tournament to declare a new #1 contender. West says that he is picking Ken Shamrock to win it all and Tenay says that he thinks Bryan Danielson will become the breakout star and come out on top.

Sean Waltman defeated Trent Acid via pinfall to advance in the tournament

Following Waltman's exit from the arena, Sabu makes his way down the ramp. He and Acid have a staredown. Acid kicks Sabu in the mid-section before hitting him with the Acid Bomb and heading to the back.

Backstage, Jeremy Borash interviews Jerry Lynn. He asks Lynn his thoughts on his opponent Bryan Danielson tonight and Lynn says that Danielson is a young guy that will have plenty of chances to make a name for himself in the business but tonight will not be one of those times. He continues by saying that he will be facing Raven in a few weeks time no matter what.

Jeff Jarrett defeated Julio Dinero via pinfall to advance in the tournament

CM Punk and Ace Steel are in the hallway reading comic books when the lights flicker. Punk wonders what the hell is going on and suddenly they are assaulted by two mystery men. The men are revealed to be Tempest and Slash. They beat Punk and Steel down and grab the tag team title belts and walk off with them.

Ken Shamrock defeated AJ Styles via pinfall to advance in the tournament

We get a video package that highlights Bryan Danielson and shows his training regimen and his accomplishments thus far in his career before we cut into the arena where he makes his way to the ring.

The show begins with The Second City Saints in the ring. CM Punk is on the microphone and says that The New Church needs to learn some respect and that he can't wait to teach Tempest and Slash a lesson. He continues for a few moments before Father James Mitchell walks out onto the stage. Mitchell starts off by saying that The Second City Saints are going to be no more once they face off against Tempest and Slash. Punk challenges them to a match for next week which Mitchell accepts on their behalf.

Monty Brown defeated Kid Kash via pinfall to advance in the tournament

Bryan Danielson is interviewed by Jeremy Borash and says that he is more than excited to have the chance to face off against a legend such as Jeff Jarrett in tonight's main event and that he plans on winning tonight and going on to win the tournament and the NWA title.

Ken Shamrock defeated Sean Waltman via pinfall to advance in the tournament

Meanwhile, Ricky Steamboat is in his office going through paperwork when Low Ki and Christopher Daniels enter. Steamboat asks what they'd like and Daniels says that they want a shot at the tag team titles and Steamboat says that they haven't shown that they deserve it and Daniels says that The New Church hasn't shown that either. Steamboat says that next week it will be The Second City Saints defending their tag team titles against Tempest and Slash AND...Low Ki and Christopher Daniels in a triple threat tag team battle! Low Ki and Daniels look very pleased.

Ron Killings defeated Sonny Siaki via pinfall to advance in the tournament

Trent Acid is walking backstage when Sabu jumps him and knocks him to the floor. He begins stomping on him and grabs a chair and throws it at his face. Acid starts fighting back as he has blood dripping from his face. The two men brawl for several more minutes before security rushes in and pulls them apart. Acid screams that he wants Sabu in a death match.

Elix Skipper walks backstage and is approached by AJ Styles. Skipper says that Styles did a great job in the tournament and Styles cuts right to the chase and says that he wants a shot at the X Division title. Skipper chuckles and tells Styles to get in line. Styles says that he's going to get a shot and will win the title no matter what and Skipper wishes him luck.

Jeff Jarrett defeated Bryan Danielson via pinfall to advance in the tournament

- It has been confirmed by TNA Head Office that the next TNA Weekly PPV will venture out of Alabama as he comes to you live from the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida!

- Sean Waltman is reportedly on the outs with TNA management as he arrived very late to the last Weekly PPV.

- Malice has been released from his TNA Wrestling contract.

The show begins with Sabu making his way to the ring. He's handed a microphone and rambles for a few minutes before saying that he accepts Trent Acid's challenge to a death match and wants that match to happen tonight. With that said, Trent Acid makes his way down to the ring and the two men begin brawling back and forth. A referee rushes down and calls for the bell.

Trent Acid defeated Sabu via pinfall in a Death Match

Weapons are scattered all over the ring and Acid is covered in blood as he lifts his arms in the air celebrating his victory. Sabu slowly gets to his feet, also covered in blood. He grabs a kendo stick and whacks Acid in the back of the head with it. Acid goes down and Sabu continues whacking him over and over again until several referees rush down and pull him off.

Ken Shamrock is interviewed by Jeremy Borash and says that he is ready to get his rightful shot at the NWA title and that he will whoop Raven's ass right into next week. He says that Jeff Jarrett is nothing but a punk and deserves to have his ass kicked.

Monty Brown defeated Ron Killings via pinfall to advance in the tournament

Brown is elated at his victory and Killings is absolutely pissed and sits in the center of the ring with his head in his hands. Brown heads to the back, still celebrating his gigantic victory. Killings demands a microphone and starts by saying that Ricky Steamboat is going to pay for what he's done before throwing the mic to the mat and heading backstage.

Ken Shamrock defeated Jeff Jarrett via DQ after Jarrett hit Shamrock with his guitar, Shamrock advances in the tournament

Jarrett walks to the back, looking pissed off and we cut to The New Church who are in the boiler room. Father James Mitchell is getting Tempest and Slash ready for their tag team championship match which is up next.

Monty Brown opens the show by cutting a promo on Ken Shamrock and saying that he can't wait to finally get his shot at the NWA Championship next week. Shamrock interrupts him and says that he is going to get his ass handed to him later on tonight and Brown says that he begs to differ. Suddenly, the lights dim and Raven walks out on the stage with the NWA title around his waist. He has a microphone in hand and says that it doesn't matter who wins the tournament, that he will retain the title regardless. Brown and Shamrock both say that they will kick his ass.

Bryan Danielson defeated David Young via submission

The New Church is in the back with Father James Mitchell. Mitchell says that Tempest and Slash have impressed him immensely and have shown the division that they are not to be messed with and that they will be champions for a very long time to come. With that said, America's Most Wanted approach the team. James Storm starts off my saying that they aren't afraid of some bitchass voodoo crazy people and Chris Harris chimes in by telling them to make sure they keep the titles all shined up nice. Mitchell tells them that they better watch their tone.

Ricky Steamboat is in his office when Sabu bursts in. Steamboat demands to know what Sabu wants and Sabu says that he wants a rematch against Trent Acid. Steamboat tells him that next week the two will face off in the first ever Cage match in TNA history. Sabu looks pleased. Steamboat also says that the match will be a Loser Leaves Town match!

Amazing Red defeated Jimmy Yang via pinfall

CM Punk and Ace Steel are chatting in the back when Julio Dinero approaches them. They discuss what it will take to rid TNA of The New Church before realizing the camera is there and shooing the cameraman away.

Monty Brown defeated Ken Shamrock via pinfall to earn himself a shot at the NWA Championship

Following the match, Raven walks out on stage, clapping sarcastically. Brown yells something inaudible at him and the lights flicked off. When they come back, Brown is laid out and the show fades out.

The show begins with a video package showing highlights of the tournament to declare a new number 1 contender to the NWA Championship and it culminates with Monty Brown laid out on the mat at the end of last week's show. We cut into the arena to the broadcast table where Mike Tenay and Don West welcome us to the show and hype up tonight's main event which will feature Raven defending his title against Monty Brown as well as the first ever Cage match in TNA history featuring Sabu and Trent Acid!

Low Ki defeated Psicosis via pinfall

Following the match, Low Ki requests a microphone and challenges Elix Skipper to a match for the X Division title. Christopher Daniels makes his way out and tells Low Ki that he can't just challenge for a match when he hasn't proved himself and Daniels says that he is challenging Skipper to a match for the X title as well. With that said, AJ Styles makes his way out and says that he is ready to take the X Division to the next level when he defeats Elix Skipper for the title! Ricky Steamboat walks out on stage and tells them that next week it will be Elix Skipper defending his X Division title against Low Ki, Christopher Daniels and AJ Styles!

America's Most Wanted defeated Christian York and Joey Matthews via pinfall

Following the match, Tempest and Slash rush the ring and brawl with James Storm and Chris Harris. They beat the hell out of one another before security rushes out to break them up. Storm grabs a microphone and says that they want a shot at the tag titles.

Trent Acid defeated Sabu after escaping the cage, Sabu will be forced to leave TNA

Acid celebrates his win and heads to the back leaving Sabu in the ring. Sabu stands and bows his head before walking up the TNA ramp for one last time. Tenay and West discuss what the future will be for Trent Acid now that he has disposed of one of his greatest enemies.

Raven (c) w/Father James Mitchell defeated Monty Brown via pinfall to retain the NWA Championship

Father James Mitchell hands Raven the championship belt and Raven holds it up with one hand as the show fades off the air.

Newswire:

- TNA's 2 week road trip to Florida was a successful one as they had approximately 3000 fans on hand for both shows. It is speculated that the company will go on the road again in the very near future.

- Sabu will be officially leaving the company due to losing his match against Trent Acid.

- Steve Corino, Shark Boy and Jimmy Yang have been released from their TNA contracts.

- It is speculated that TNA is in contract negotiations with Chyna. If signed, she will be the first female talent contracted by the company.
