I wouldn't do that, and even if I did.. Everyone would know who made it, and even if they didn't know who did it, they would know from my banner work that it wasn't me. If you don't believe me, I'll show you my crappy artwork. And if I did awesome graphics, I wouldn't ask people for banners.
