Which was a very smart move. WWE has gone from 'wrestling' to 'entertainment', so Impact Wrestling is doing the exact opposite.

TNA wrestling sounds like a porno. which was there original intention, but now that they have a substantial amount of viewers, tna just sounds ridiculous. granted, Impact wrestlin doesn't sound much better, but Impact Wrestling i think will find a new name, Impact Wrestling is just a transitional name i believe until they cna find a new name.

WWE is dropping the wrestling in their name, TNA is adding wrestling to their name. Probably Hogan's smartest move yet. And Angelina Love is my porno

| AJ Styles Abyss Alex Shelley Amazing Red Anarquia Brian Kendrick Brother Devon Bully Ray Chris Harris Chris Sabin Christopher Daniels Crimson D'Angelo Dinero Desmond Wolfe Douglas Williams Eric Young Gunner Hernandez James Storm Jeff Hardy Jeff Jarrett Jeremy Buck Jesse Neal Kazarian Kurt Angle Magnus Matt Hardy Matt Morgan Max Buck Mr Anderson Murphy Okato Orlando Jordan Robbie E Robert Roode Rob Terry [/i]Rob Van Dam[/i] Samoa Joe Scott Steiner Shannon Moore Sting Tommy Dreamer
15/42 which by my estimate is closer to 1/4 than 3/4.
Take out OJ and Dinero who have been completely repackaged and you're down to 13/42. Then factor in that Jeff Jarrett, RVD, Steiner, Moore and Dreamer made their name in ECW or WCW and thus aren't considered "WWF/E" guys as they were already of huge prominence when they came to the WWE and you're down to 8/42.
Now lets look at who they DID pick from legit E/F stars;
Brian Kendrick - Sure they picked him up. He didn't get much in the 'E after the run with London, very young guy. Would you really condem them for this? Baring in mind this was at a good stage for the X-Division [Red was champ].
Team 3D - An upstart company that had just got a proper TV deal and was starting to get a bit of attention, it had a tag team division that was greatly talented but ripe. Who do you bring in? The most succesful tag team in the world perhaps? Could do with Brother Devon stepping down now but Bully Ray has been a highlight in a cess pool of shit the last few months. Also could be argued that they made their names in ECW.
Jeff Hardy - Again, Hogan coming in = name power. Hardy has a huge following, and although he didn't drastically do anything to the ratings, his merch was hot stuff. Still, an absaloute dick for what he did and I'd sever all ties with him unless he was going to return to the X-Division as "a draw".
Kurt Angle - Widely acknowledged as the best wrestler of the past decade. His feud with JJ is awful but if you were offered him, wouldn't you take him?
Matt Hardy - I was skeptical at first but my oh my alongside Bully Ray he's been one of the top performers. Gotten himself in good nick as well.
Morgan - Didn't really get much of a shot at WWE, I see him in the same type of catagory as Kendrick, young talented and hadn't really made a name for himself.
Mr Anderson - I'm on the fence about this one. Although he's out and out main event in TNA, WWE apparantly had similar plans for him. I think WWE created Anderson and TNA just kinda picked him up where WWE left him off.
Even in the KO Division there's only Tara and Chyna from WWE. The rest are all TNA.

Even in the KO Division there's only Tara and Chyna from WWE. The rest are all TNA. What about Mickie James, Ms. Tessmacher and Winter? Mickie James made her name in WWE, sure. She's a great draw & TNA is doing what WWE didn't do at the end of her run & is using her right. What did Brooke Adams do in WWE? Fail at the Diva Search & dance in Extreme Expose. That's it. She didn't do anything in there to make people remember her. They have changed her character from a hooker to what she is now. &...Seriously...tell me what Winter did in WWE. Really? Manager Paul, wrestle a few times & That's it. WWE basically created the psycho gimmick she has now, but TNA took it further than what WWE did & made it b etter.

I think after all this time that people have gotten to know the name TNA, it's a bit dumb. Especially since Impact Wrestling sounds like a small-time bingo hall indy promotion. |

Excuse my negligance about Miss Tessmacher I jhad not realized she was Brooke Adams. Forgot about Winter. She did next to nothing in tna as alexis laree. If you want to go the route of stars that were in another big company before joining tna, despite not eoing anything important, you should add alex shelley, chris sabin, kazarian, desmond wolf, rob terry (he had an fcw contract if im not mistaken), aj styles, christopher daniels, and more.

| I think Chyna and Angle will win this Sunday at Sacrifice.. I think that's a given.
I hope Chyna stays around TNA as they have been needing a powerhouse Knockout since Kong left. |
